AMAZING!
Meru Slopes was amazing! My wife and I booked a 6 day mid-range private safari. We researched companies for weeks and we’re so glad we chose Meru Slopes. Almachius was VERY quick in responding to all our inquiries leading up to our trip and even arranged domestic flights for us. Nixon met us at the Arusha airport and, after a quick stop at the Meru Slopes office, we were taken to our hotel. We met our driver Nuru the next morning. He briefed us on our safari vehicle, Wi-Fi, and unlimited water and drinks. Nuru is very knowledgeable about the plants, environment, animals and history of his country. We enjoyed our time in all 3 parks and conservation area. Our safari took us to Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngogoro Conservation Area and Lake Manyara National Park. The properties that Meru Slopes partners with were great! Nuru is an expert in spotting animals and we were lucky to experience many incredible natural interactions. He was an excellent driver and we felt safe during our 6 days together. We enjoyed the meals that we were able to share with Nuru. If you are planning a safari in Tanzania, Meru Slopes is the company to choose. Ask for Nuru!

Best Safari ever
Sales Manager Almachius is incredibly responsive, always replying to our messages within 10 seconds. He tailored our itinerary to fit our needs and proved to be extremely sincere and reliable. He took care of everything, from airport transfers to SIM cards, ensuring a seamless experience. Highly recommend him for his outstanding service!
We had an incredible safari experience with Patrick as our guide! He went above and beyond to ensure we saw a wide variety of animals, often going the extra mile to find them. Patrick's knowledge was outstanding; he brought out a guidebook to explain the different species we encountered and answered all our questions with enthusiasm and expertise. Highly recommend him for a memorable safari adventure!
Chef Rashid impresses us every day with a different, delicious dish that always exceeds our expectations. His culinary skills and creativity make every meal a delightful experience. Highly recommended!
Very accommodating and awesome job
I went on 7 day safari trip with Meru slopes. They were very accommodating in planning my trip. The safari vehicle and driver was great. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to show us the animals at close distance and still respected the distance for safety. The cook was amazing. He was able accommodate our needs. The whole group enjoyed the trip. They were able to pick us up from airport and drop us back. I think the whole trip is very amazing. The price is unbeatable compared to some of western sites. They were experienced in tours. I highly recommend them

The king of Safaris!!!
We had an amazing safari trip with Meru Slopes. Our guide, Patrick was amazing and exceptional and had great knowledge of places and animals. The hotels and lodges where we stayed were amazing too. We were very lucky to see the big 5 and some rare animals on our first trip to Tanzania. All thanks to Patrick's knowledge and eyes. He was very calm and patient to fullfil all our requests. This is a dream come true!

Custom made, excellent tour, very experienced guide
We booked an 8-day safari tour with Meru Slopes. The communication and flexibility was outstanding and the accommodations very good. Best was our guide Dani, who showed us many animals, is a very knowledgeable guide about nature and culture and was a very safe driver, he made our trip fantastic! Thank you Meru Slopes and Dani for showing us Tangire National Park, Ngongoro Crater, Serengeti central and north including wildebeast migration through the Mara river and Manyara Lake.

The best safari experience
Have recently just finished an 8 day safari which covered the 5 main national parks.
From start to finish Meru have been great and cannot fault them at all. Organizing and adjusting the tour to suit us was taking care of by Jerome, he was quick to communicate with and helped us all the way through.
We had never done a safari before so didn’t know what to expect but everything was taken care of from airport pick up to all your food and drink.
The real star of the show was our amazing driver STANLEY ! Couldn’t have asked for a better driver and I hope Meru recognizes him as a real asset to the company. He was such a genuinely nice person with great energy, that had so much knowledge of the animals and over the course of the week we felt like he was apart of our group.
Would not hesitate to use or recommend Meru for another safari trip in Tanzania.

Meru slopes promised and Meru slopes delivered ! The planing of the trip was very interactive and Almachius my point of contact at Meru slopes was very cooperative and responsive . He ensured that our itinerary in Tanzania and Zanzibar covered main attractions and parks ! The guides assigned to us in Tanzania ( Andrew ) and in Zanzibar ( Daniel) were both amazing , friendly , knowledgeable and very professional ! The few days spent with them gave us a taste of the remarkable Tanzanian people ! Our memories made during this trip with the outstanding number of pics & videos capturing the amazing wildlife , sceneries and portraits will accompany us forever ! Amazing time in Serengeti, can't wait to be back!
We joined a 7-day mid-range safari tour with Meru Slopes, spending five days in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Almachius the tour organiser responded to all our enquires very quickly (sometimes within minutes!) and arranged hotels based on our preferences and requests. Herman was ready to greet us at the airport and the transfer to the hotel went smoothly.
Our safari guide Asanta Heri is very knowledgeable with the African wildlife, especially birds - he could easily point out all the species we encountered in our trip. He knows the best locations and timing to see different animals. During our 5-day safari, we were lucky to see numerous species, including the big five, wildebeest river crossing, and had quite a few close encounters with the lions!
We highly recommend Meru Slopes and will definitely book with them again for our next visit. Asanteni!

One of the best collective memories in life with my family

Good driver and good condition of vehicle.
Since our trip was private, we even adjusted some part of the trip plan, our travel agency was quite cooperative.
My son managed to see all the African Big Five, precious experience.
Last day, our travel agency helped us to find a Fasten Belt for our suitcase, really appreciated it.
