Hell's Gate was a Walk-Bike Through The Paradise
We booked our 1 day Hell's Gate Biking Safari Trip through the Kenya Safari Holidays. Simon was quick to respond back on our questions related to the trip and helped with the bookings.
Biking through the Safari was an amazing experience. We saw zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, gazelles, pumbas and impalas to name a few. The biking started from the entrance to the national park. A jeep containing all our stuff was following us closely, so that we could just relax and enjoy our bike ride. At the turning point, we were exhausted so decided to take the jeep ride back.
Simon is a friendly and nice guide. He arranged pick up and drop off to our hotel at Nairobi. We spoke about a lot of things on the way to and from the national park - about Kenya's culture, history and the people. We picked up a few courtsey words in Swahili as well - like Asante Sana and Karibu :-)
Overall, I would highly recommend doing this trip with the Kenya's Safari Holidays. We stayed in Kenya for 3 days only, and it wasn't enough to explore the richness of flora and fauna the country is gifted with. We certainly plan to visit Kenya again in the future, and when we do, we would like to avail the services of Kenya Safari Holidays.

Great experience and top service
Kenya Safaris Holiday since the very first stages in the organisation of our holiday provided the kindest and most professional service. Simon, the manager, was very helpful, also regarding other aspects of our trip not directly connected to the safari, and Peter, the driver and safari guide, was kind, professional and helpful throughout the three days he spent with us. Excellent service from start to finish
Simon didn't just book us the perfect safari, he looked after us from day one, keeping us informed from the moment of our enquiry and throughout. He didn't join us on the actual safari, entrusting us to our driver/guide 'Peter', but was there to see us off and welcome us back. The whole trip surpassed our expectations, I would not hesitate to recommend Simon (and Peter).

Wonderful day trip at Hell's Gate & Lake Naivasha - experienced the Lion King Scenes!
The tour guide and service provider Simon was very helpful on everything, from the discussion before the trip - very flexible to let me adjust the content, schedule and timing, as well as willing to answer all my questions in details - to the day trip - introducing me very much details on everything about the spots and Kenya! The tour was well arranged that I didn't have to worry about anything, once I arrived at Hell's Gate I got my bike and I could start biking, and I could get back to the jeep whenever I was tired. Simon is also the best photographer! I did have a amazing experience and day for this tour.

Hells Gate National Park
I was absolutely satisfied with this tour. Simon was an excellent and responsive communicator in preparation of the tour. He kindly waited for me as I made it past customs and was ready to meet me outside the airport to begin my adventure. Simon was very professional and knowledgeable but also very friendly. I was on a solo tour but the whole time I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. I did the biking portion through Hells Gate national park and I highly recommend it. Further, Hells Gate itself is gorgeous and a must see during a trip to Nairobi. I enjoyed this experience very much and when I return to Nairobi I will make sure to book my next adventure with Simon and Kenya Safaris Holiday

Solo Safari at Nairobi National Park
Even before I had decided to book this trip, I had been chatting with Simon the owner of the business over WhatsApp, He was very helpful and very quick at responding. I was worried at first about it being a solo booking and a female that it might be a mistake. But I am so glad I booked it, it was worth the extra cost. I had the whole van to myself and I could move around freely in the vehicle. I was met by Sammy at my hotel very promptly and we were at the park and in by 7am. Within five minutes of being in the park we were watching a pack of lion hunting buffalo. It was incredible. Then we drove around and I got to see the landscape away from the rest of the crowds! I was worried that it would be very much like follow the leader and to see who could get the closest the the animals. But not at all we were by ourselves for the most of the time. We saw so many different types of animal and even got to see a rare black rhino! Sammy was very informative about the animals. After about 5 hours in the pack we made our way back to my hotel. I would recommend this company again for sure and perhaps if I am ever back in Kenya again I would try out some of the other locations.
