Lovely staff! Reliable and professional organization !!
The Mwangza tour and agency is a really a professional reliable agency. The staff let you feel comfortable like home, they are really nice and always ready to do extra details for you. You can contact them 24 hours a day! My daughter and I were in Mikumi National Park! It was a wonderful experience that we will never forget in particular our driver Abedi! He was really kind and full of social knowledge!Beautiful Camp Bastian but the tour guide Bob at Mikumi was not really professional... Better Emiri!! Thank you Mwajabu for the wonderful experience!!

Very good driver and we discover Mikumi parc
The guide was very nice and prepared for any inconvinience.. The distance was too long for one day but at least we could discover the country. Our guide Michael was really patient and well prepared

Great service with a nice price
Arriving at Zanzibar, we initially did not plan a raid on the continent. But a safari is such a big temptation to break all your plans !! Local friends provided us with contact Ms.Mwajabu. Very quickly, we discussed with her possible options for our transfer from Nungwi to Mikumi Park. The driver was careful to drive and extremely polite. In a hurry to quickly bring us to the place. The road passes through the villages, so the average speed is not higher than 50-60km \ h. For a long time, however, the picturesque landscape and the driver's inquiries about local life were brightened up by our many hours of road. In the park arrived around 4 pm. Immediately, we took a jeep with a guide and made an express outing until dusk through the park. For the night we stayed at the Lodge Bas Bastian.
Chic dinner and breakfast, very polite and friendly staff. All the next day we also traveled inside Mikumi. We made thousands of photos, charged with the energy of the savannah, its colors and smells. The next morning, went back. Had time to the last ferry and around 8 pm were already in Nungvi on Zanzibar.
Summary: I highly recommend Tanzania Mwangaza Safari in matters of delivery to safari and I can assume that they organize other events perfectly well - look at the site. Due to time constraints, we visited only one place. But we will try to come here again.

Well organized Safari tour
I‘ve requested several Safari tour providers. Tanzania Mwangaza was answering very fast(note your phone no. in the enquiry!).
We’ve booked a private safari with two persons for two days/one night. We were a little bit anxious because it was our first safari and we weren’t sure if everything would be working as planned(everyone who was in Africa before knows what I mean;)) They’ve sent someone to our hotel and he briefed us about the schedule and clarified everything with the payment. So we payed and if you don’t want to read everything further: We didn’t regret.
Mrs Mwajabu Sultan (CEO of Tanzania Mwangaza, according to LinkedIn) was assisting and caring all the time with daily WhatsApp updates about everything we wanted to know. She even texted me in the middle of the night if our driver has arrived for our pickup.
Our Driver Abeid was very nice, in time as planned and a good driver on the chaotic streets to the Mikumi Park.
Arrived in Mikumi we met our guide Bob and we startet the first park drive. He informed us about everything regarding the park and the animals we‘ve seen. He was in contact with all the other guides so we‘ve seen lots of animals. The next day he tried to show us the remaining animals on our „to see“-list. We‘ve not been disappointed.
I would highly recommend these guys! They are all really ambitious and organized. They are absolutely worth the price!
If you want to do a safari in the Mikumi National Park I would also recommend to go in June. We‘ve seen almost every animal on the chart within the two days. There were lots of zebras, giraffes, elephants, wildebeests, impallas, baboons and birds. At the waterholes we‘ve found hippos and crocodiles. There was a lion (unfortunately just one) and even a juvenile leopard!

Professional personnel and good experience
The tour went on as planned and the personnel was professional and very good with communications. They picked me up in the ferry terminal and took me to my hotel one day before the tour.

Well Designed 2-Day Safari
I came into contact with Hello, Tanzania! through Safari Bookings and their physical office in the lobby of the Double Tree Hilton Hotel in Dar Es Salaam. Mwajabu and her son Mohammad were both prompt, effective communicators and very generously accommodating of booking a 2-day safari for one person in less than a week’s time. I had a great, safe driver for the long haul to the park and a funny, knowledgeable and charismatic guide once at Mikumi (hi, Bob!). Would definitely come prepared with questions for Bob- he knows a lot but is not one for waxing eloquent unless you ask. The itinerary is well-designed and allows for ample time in Mikumi National Park, which is full of large wildlife. Though the vehicle used for the transfer and the 4X4 for the park were both older and a bit run down, accommodations at Camp Bastian were beyond stellar: great food, comfortable bed, gorgeous ambiance, WiFi and hot water. Overall, I would say this is a perfect 4-star safari option- everything went smoothly and effectively in this no-frills travel package. I had a wonderful experience seeing grassland and big game during my limited time in Dar Es Salaam.

bad experience with this company
this company didnt give money to driver for fuel in advanced. so i was stuck in the car in the middle of day for more than 1 hour(the car condition is bad with no ac no light and even gear box is not functioning well) not suggest at all. terrible

Great communication, timely and good value for money.
I travelled to Zanzibar at the beginning of July and used Tanzania Mwangaza Safari for transfers and to organise ferry travel from Dar to Stone Town. The communication before the trip was excellent, with clear information. They got ferry tickets for me, kept me calm when I was freaking out about my flight times changing and were always quick to respond to my questions, both via whatsapp and email. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone travelling in the region.
