Amazing experience

Great trip
First I was connect with woman called orginally, she was very friendly and lovely.
The trip was for 3 days and 2 nights, orginally sent me every thing about the trip, and about the hotel, and I saw exactly what she sent me.
When I arrived I met her, despite the problems encountered and delays, she understood me.
The hotel was excelant and the staff there were very friendly and helpful.
The trip was very interesting with hello tanzania, and and everything was very organized.

we spend 2 days in Selous and it was fabulous. with Our best driver Dalla, and Michael the guide we had a lot of chance to see a lot of animals! the Kinga Lodge is fabulous.

Everything was well organized, always someone near us, Mrs Mwajabu always reasy to help and kind!
The safari in Selous was very very exciting, thanks to Abdalla our driver and the guide we could see animals so near. Some problems with Internet, electricity and water in Hippo camp, but it was nice to wake up with hippo walking just out our room! We tryed to save some money and we decided to do all the transfers by car, it is possible, it takes times, lot of hours, but somehiw it was worth to see villages along the roads.

5 day Selous and Mikumi budget safari
We picked Hello Tanzania to organize the above trip based on their reviews and what seemed to be good value for money, and we were in no way disappointed.
Communication was fast and alle questions and requests were delt with efficiently. We used Whatsapp to stay in touch during the safari.
We stayed in Hippo Camp the first 2 nights. Basic accomodation in a beautiful location right at the banks of a big river. The last nights at Camp Bastian, an equally nice place with helpful staff and nice food.
Booking a safari online without previous experiences can feel a bit risky but we are glad we decided to go for a local agency and can recommend Mrs Mwajabu Mo and her excellent staff. Service was personal and kind and she stayed in touch during the trip to make sure everything was going as planned. We had the same driver for all 5 days and felt safe and in very good company.

A Breath Taking Experience
Hello Tanzania made this trip an unforgettable experience! Communication is a very important part of traveling especially aboard. Mrs. Mwajabu Sultan did a excellent job on all the above! The Safari Tour was incredible. Our driver Mr. Athuman and tour guide Gilbert made sure we were comfortable and made sure we had an exciting mix of wild life and scenic experience. I want to give a special thanks to our driver Mr. Athuman, we never think about thanking people such as drivers but he did a fantastic job serving us, taking us places and doing his job well. Also, going over and beyond to make sure we ( Larissa's x2) had an amazing time while in Africa.

Perfect Safari in Tanzania
I really recommend Hello Tanzania! You can trust them. Communications was very good and fast. No problems with payment. Guys from Hello Tanzania were very easy going and helpful. Everything was like in the offer. Safari tour-incredible! Place we stayed-Camp Bastian-customer experience was like 5 star hotel! Food was amazing.

Such a friendly family business who really care about making your holiday the best experience!
Mwajabu and Hello Tanzania truly made our holiday such a great experience! Firstly, she was always available over whatsapp or email to respond to my many queries having never been on a safari before. Our driver Osman was really friendly and got us through the very long drive from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi safely and back to the airport in Dar es Salaam with plenty of time to spare.
Secondly, our driver for the game drive Bob was excellent and very patient. He was a great spotter and even managed to get us up close to a lioness and her three cubs which was an amazing experience. Mwajabu had promised us a private game drive and that was exactly what we were given.
We stayed at Camp Bastian which had a lovely atmosphere. The cottages were clean and cosy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Finally, we only used Hello Tanzania for our first part of our holiday which was the Safari element and booked a trip to Zanzibar separately. I would really recommend booking it all through Hello Tanzania as Mwajabu has many contacts with the airlines and people on Zanzibar. Mwajabu went out of her way and spent ages on the telephone arranging an earlier flight for us from Dar es Salaam to Zanzibar even though we had not even booked this part through her company. She then also arranged two drivers, one for a day trip on Zanzibar which she organised for us including a hotel transfer at the end of the day and one for our transfer between terminals in Dar es Salaam which meant all the little pieces of the holiday ran smoothly.

Amazing service and safari
I cannot recommend Hello Tanzania enough - from the first email to the very end of my trip Mwajabu could not have been more helpful - she was an absolute star! As a solo traveler, many tour operators didn't even bother to reply to my initial email but Hello Tanzania arranged everything perfectly, from my pick up at the airport to the trip itself. Transport was clean and comfortable. Accommodation was nice and Mikumi National Park was fabulous - our Hello Tanzania guide was particularly good at making sure we saw lots of animals - including several lions! Would highly recommend Hello Tanzania for anyone looking to organise a safari in Tanzania. :)
