Amazing experience with incredible customer service. Safe, clean, and a lot of fun!!!
I must say i was a little hesitant of the whole situation when first looking to book but I cannot speaker higher of the people at Hello Tanzania. My wife and I booked a 2 day tour in Selous with them for the beginning part of our honeymoon and our only regret is that we did not book and even longer stay. The communication and customer service leading up to and throughout the visit was absolutely incredible. Everywhere we went there was a driver waiting for us to safely get to and from airport/ferry and they were very friendly and knowledgeable to the point of each drive being a mini tour in itself. The areas outside of the airports and ferry terminals are extremely hectic so knowing the transportation was already set up was huge for peace of mind. The Lake Manze camp they set us up at was stunning and the food was outstanding. The guide drivers went above and beyond to make our short time memorable and comfortable with anything and everything we needed and we were able to see just about every animal the game reserve has to offer. I also highly recommend doing a breakfast or lunch out in the "bush" as it was truly a unique experience. We will absolutely be returning at some point for an anniversary trip and will without doubt be using Hello Tanzania. Amazing company, amazing people, amazing experience!!

Great customer service from Hello Tanzania in Dar es Salaam
I had to travel back from Zanzibar and board a flight to JHB from DAR. Hello Tanzania arranged the charter flight for us, picked us up at the airport and took us to the correct terminal to board the flight to JHB. The trip was comfortable and the cost was manageable. The service was excellent. Thank you so much for making this last leg of our trip a stress-free one, Mrs Mojavu.

Authentic Safari with "Hello Tanzania"
We were 4 people who should spent some weeks in Dar es Salaam, and therefor we wanted to go for a safari. We contacted Hello Tanzania and they arranged a 3days safari for us in Mikumi and Udsungwa National Park. We got picked at our hotel in safari early in the morning on the first day. The driver was a great guy, who informed us with interesting things all the way on th long ride to Mikumi. He was very calm and nice talking with and we were very satisfied with him. When we came to Mikumi, we had a game drive with both our driver and another guide, and we had a lot of fun and saw a lot of animals like lions, giraffes, buffalos etc. During our safari we stayed at Camp Bastian, which was a great spot in the middle of the savannah. We got great food, and the cottages and beds were very lovely and real authentic. The second day we took to Udsungwa and hiked to see the gourgous waterfalls, a great experience. The last day we had another game drive in Mikumi before we started our drive back to Dar es Salaam. It was a great and fun safari, where we really got served in all ways, and we did not need anything at all. The driver and guides were so good and we enjoyed the safari a lot. Hello Tanzania were very professional and reliable all the way through the safari. Both in part of the arrangement of the safari, during the safari and even afterwards. They were taking care of us all the time, and it is with our deeply respect and satisfaction we truly recommend Hello Tanzania to all who wants a marvelous and authentic safari.

Our experience of Hello Tanzania is nothing but excellent and trustful
During the last three years we have several times applied to Hello Tanzania (H T) for different kinds of bookings. We have been renting cars, booked safaris and booked accomodations through H T. All the time we have met a caretaking and trustful approach and no disturbances at all have occured. It is also our experience that H T always tries to find the best alternatives worth its price when booking for the customer. Especially Mrs Mwajabu contribute to that through her wide contacts within Tanzania. I can highly recommend H T.

Fantastic and unique experience
it was the first time for us in africa. unfortunately we didn't reached the camp booked due to damaged roads caused by bad weather and got stuck in the Ruaha Nationalpark. But soon we got another camp and were able to do our safari. it was a really fantastic experience and a great adventure. the driver was very professional and we felt very safe in all the roadtrip. the safari is exciting. we saw a lot of animals in one in a half day and the guide had a huge knowledge of the animals and plants.

I went to Tanzania for 2 weeks with my girlfriend. I booked all with Hello Tanzania and was really amazing. We went to Selous to make a safari, where we could see all the animals unless the chita and Rhino. After that we went to Zanzibar, where Hello Tanzania booke for us the boat tickets and all the things that we needed while we were there. GosListen was our chofer durenig 5 days. Is a very kind guy, who show us all the autentic thing form Tanzania, also we spent with him a great times drinking or taking a dinner. I recommend a lot this company.

Ngorongoro-Serengeti
Me and my friends went Serengeti and Ngorongoro on Easter Holiday with Hello Tanzania Tour and we really enjoyed during our holiday! They were so punctual and attentive. The foods were excellent! Thanks to cook and to lovely guide! we had a great experience!
