Delightfull, wonderfull service and extremly friendly employers!
Was a wonderfull service, they were more than happy to help if we had en question and really flexible about which hours to meet and the place to be. We got a nice decent 4x4 car to get around in, and a really cheerfull and funny driver/guide - cant put a finger on a single thing he could have done better. The only thing we thought could be better, was the safari guide - he didnt have much info about the animals and didnt really say that much, and he looked like he was bored most of the time even a bit sleepy - but I dont think he was a part lf the bureau.
But Hello Tanzania, I would recommend it.

What a memorable experience with Hello Tanzania
We booked a 2-day/1-night trip to Mikumi National Park with Hello Tanzania. We had great communication with the manager Mwajabu from the very first moment. She answers all our questions and made everything go smoothly without worries. In addition to our wonderful safari tour we also got complimentary lift from the airport to our hotel. Our driver Othman and guide Gilbert made our great trip unforgettable. Our safari were amazing because of the experience of seeing so many animals but also comfortable and nice accommodation in Camp Bastian. Thanks to Hello Tanzania that provide us everything that was necessary to have a great time on the road and in the savana with amazing animals and real adventure together with all the great people we've met. Thank you, Mwajabu, Othman and Gilbert for everything.

Mikumi National Park Trip
I had a very short time to organise my trip. I contacted Hello Tanzania before my departure and Mwajabu was in nonstop contact with me. I travelled by myself from Dar Es Sallam to Mikumi National Park and stayed over night in Camp Bastian in Mikumi. Loved my driver, he was very attentive and funny! We were joined by a park guide that made sure that I got to see all animals. My accommodation was very cute. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. Mwajabu is very customer orientated. I also have to point out that after careful research of other competitors in the area, Hello Tanzania's services were the cheapest! I had an amazing time and would love to see Mwajabu again!

Nice trip with high quality services
The travel agency is very professional. The staff are very kind and thoughtful. The accommodation was comfortable with nice food. About the Safari, we saw lions,giraffes, deers,waterbuck,crocodiles,hippos and so on.It was very lucky of us.

Everyone at hello Tanzania was absolutely amazing.
The whole trip was wonderful. All of our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly and super accommodating. The camp that we stayed at was beautiful with great staff and good food. Our safari was breathtaking. Overall I would highly recommend hello Tanzania to anyone and everyone.

Mikumi Safari
I booked a day trip to Mikumi national park. I got in touch with Mwajbu before the trip, she was so helpful. The driver took us from Dar airport and it took 6 hours from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi. Trip was under our expectation because we couldnt see lions or antelopes.

Ruaha
We were three people in Ruaha. That was our first safari, so I cannot compare with other. But I can say it was just amazing ! No problem with the organization, Hello Tanzania manage it very well.
In Ruaha you're sure to see lions, elephant, zebra in a wonderful landscape. With luck, we saw also Leopards and wild dogs. Next I hope to see Cheeta !
Very organized, no problems at all!
The communication through WhatsApp was very useful. They picked us up in Dar Es Salaam and drove us to the airport and picked us up at the airport after the safari and drove us to our residence, which made life very easy. The safari was incredible - cannot say enough positive feedback. Definitely the highlight of the trip.

to be in good hands, 3-days last minute Safary to Serengeti
We booked a last minute Flyin Safari to Serengeti. Mwajabu Sultan and her crew were very helpful and made our trip to Tanzania unforgettible. From the booking till the end of our trip to Serengeti they have taken care about us. We got picked up at the airport on the arrival day. Next morning a driver came to bring us to the domestic airport, we got well instructed in advance. Mwajabu herself was always in contact with us and is very well networked with Domestic airlines and Safari companys. Specially we apreciate the choice of a responsible eco-tourism company, luxury tendet camp on a beautyful landscape. Her arrangement for us was just great and well organized, we felt very safe and enjoyed as much as possible. By the end of the tour we got accompanied to our next destination.
