Great trip
First I was connect with woman called orginally, she was very friendly and lovely.
The trip was for 3 days and 2 nights, orginally sent me every thing about the trip, and about the hotel, and I saw exactly what she sent me.
When I arrived I met her, despite the problems encountered and delays, she understood me.
The hotel was excelant and the staff there were very friendly and helpful.
The trip was very interesting with hello tanzania, and and everything was very organized.
Thank you hello tanzania from my heart.

100% committed to client satisfaction
In one word: amazing.
First of all the approach of Mwajabu: always available (really at any time during day and night) to kindly answer to our question and requests, before and after booking. It is impressive her energy, the sympathy and her smile and laugh that always goes with her tales.
Mwajabu was able to find a good solution for us in term of price, place to visit and accommodations. No other tour operator reached this goal.
Finally, our guide during the safari (Jacob) was extremely experienced both in finding animals, beautiful places and also in telling us a lot of very interesting information about what we saw. On the other side he was also very respectful about our privacy and he was really able to feel our very comfortable in any situation.
Really a great experience!

Hakuna Matata: great tour and special attention to the customer!
We chose Hello Tanzania for 7 days tour in Serengeti/Ngorongoro/Lake Manyara/Tarangire.
The tour was organized by the extraordinary Mwajabu: a person very friendly, lovely and helpful; she suggested us the best itinerary for our needs (with lot of patient :D ), answering any question at any time!
We communicated with her before and during the journey with whatsapp.
The professional driver-guide, Jacob, was very experienced and caring, with him we had the possibility to see lot of animals and learn more about them and Tanzania. We stayed in the vehicle many hours per day and was really comfortable (the plus was that we were 4 people in a 7 seats jeep!).
Finally, Mwajabu also organized the transfer from/to the airport in Dar Es Salaam, even if we booked alone hotel and flights and was the 1st of January!
For the high quality of services, customer focus, experience and honest price: we highly recommend Hello Tanzania!!

Wonderful Service Experience!!
It started with me visiting www.safaribooking.com and inquiring about Selous Game Reserve Safari package. Within a short period Ms. Mwajabu Mo Sultan connected to me through WhatsApp to understand my requirements. i asked for a camp situated within in Reserve. She was truly informative and knowledgeable about my requirements and suggested Lake Manze Camp. She quoted the rates and I made the booking by paying a small deposit. I has challenges in transferring the entire amount for booking the package. Mwajabu empathized my situation and never demanded for money. Indeed she asked me to pay the amount upon meeting her at Tanzania (DAR).
Before my day of arrival, she reconfirmed my arrival time and informed me that her driver will be waiting for me at the airport arrivals with a placard displaying my name. Needless to say, she kept up to her words… Her driver was waiting at the arrivals area. Thereafter, I met Mwajabu at her office near the arrivals. She offered to drive me to my hotel in DAR along with her driver (Othman). Mwajabu gave me lot of insights about DAR during my transit to the hotel (Ramada Resort). Upon reaching the hotel she handed over the itinerary (flight+camp) for my travel to Selous the next day. I made the complete payment for my stay and flight to Selous. She informed me that her driver will pick me from the hotel at 5am and drop me at the Domestic terminal to board Coastal aviation flight to Selous. I was surprised to see Othman (driver) at the hotel lobby at 5am.
I was prudently dropped at the airport on time. The transaction with Mwajabu was smooth and seamless and she is indeed a fantastic person who is ever ready to provide support.
Also, my stay at Lake Manze cam was fabulous. The camp is certainly located within the game reserve. Millie and Shaun (Camp Manager) are amazing hosts. They interacted with me as if we know each other for ages. They gave a lot of information about the game reserve. My Guide and Jeep Driver (Kalisthi and Kamkumba) are the best. They can spot animals from any distance, I can quote... ”They have Eagle’s vision”. I saw lot of Lion, Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra, Wildebeest, Hippo, Crocodile, Hyena, Wild Dogs and numerous birds
I highly recommend Hello Tanzania Safari Organizers (Ms. Mwajabu Mo Sultan) and Lake Manze Camp.

Two Day, One Night in Selous
Really awesome trip. Mwajabu organized everything. Pick up from my apartment in Dar, straight to the airport, jump on a plane, land in the bush, get on a truck, safari (see a ton of animals), return to camp, lunch, boat safari, dinner, wake up early, safari, back to the airstrip, land in Dar, taxi ride back to my apartment.
That's how busy people knock out a Safari so we can get back to work on Monday.

local and personal operator that
We decided to book through a local operator in stead of booking through a travel agency from back home. Admitted, we were a bit nervous having no idea what to expect.
Hello Tanzania were from the beginning very informative and professional and we quickly felt in good hands.
Hello Tanzania kept us informed in the months prior to our safari and were very considering concerning various food allergies, offering different kind of lodges after our choice etc.. Before we even left we felt like they did their very best to make our safari the best experience possible.
They provided us a tailormade solution as we didn't have that much time, but still wished to see different parks. We ended up visiting Selous and Mikumi over a five day period. They offered to pick us up from the airport in Dar free of charge even though our safari wasn't until the next day.
Our driver Edgar was very nice and informative - not only regarding the wildlife, but also regarding Tanzania and the local people.
Our safari experience in especially Selous was fantastic - the reserve has a very diverse nature and lots and lots of wildlife. Selous felt more untamed and wild. Mikumi was also nice and you get to see the animals up very close.
In Selous we stayed at Kinga Lodge which was very nice - and we shared the lodge with a family of baboons. In Mikumi we stayed at Camp Bastian which was also very nice. Both lodges had excellent staff, good food and comfortable rooms.
We decided to drive all the way from Dar-Selous-Mikumi-Dar, which gave us an nice look into the everyday life in various villages etc., but these trips were also very long and the roads are (at best) in bad conditions. Hello Tanzania had offered us that we could fly - and looking back we should have accepted this offer at least one way.
After our safari we went to Zanzibar where Hello Tanzania also have an office. Here Hello Tanzania arranged a free airport transfer to our hotel, and since we decided to book a trip to Stone Town through the local branch which also worked out great.
We can only fully recommend booking through Hello Tanzania, they gave us a great safari experience and excellent service - both before, during and after our trip.
