Not recommended
Ridiculously as it sounds, East Africa Tours and Safaris changed my schedule 'after' my arrival at Nairobi.
They failed to find a group going to Amboseli for me and suggested that I should pay extra money and have a private safari.
When I refused that and canceled the schedule, they charged me $140 saying that they had already booked a place in Amboseli!
They promised me to share the spoils and refund me $70 but eventually they were out of contact and didn't refund me at all.
I would like to share this bad experience to whoever visiting this page.

The best option we could have chosen
First of all, thank the team for the treatment they gave us. We were a group of Spaniards that we were incorporating in different days to the different safaris due to flight problems, and Peter was in constant contact with me to set schedules and dates apart from the multiple contingencies that arose.
Simon was our guide in Spanish and Jessy our driver and reinforcement guide, but above all they were our family during those days, they could not help us anymore. We went through Amboseli, Masai mara, Nakuru, Hells gate and Naivasha, making stops in Nairobi to pick up friends.
I recommend this company for any type of safari, I can not put any criticism.
Greetings from Spain

Great safari on a budget
Everything was great and following the program. The hotels were nice, safaris were great and the organisation too. We have visited Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha and Hell's gate NP:
I paid an amount in advance and didn't have any problems

Fantastic Operator, always accessible, very good safari
I was a solo traveller looking for a trip to Masai Mara. After speaking to a few operators, I short-listed Peter and East Africa Tours and Safaris.
His quotes were one of the best. More importantly he was always accessible, both on the mobile and on mail. I had a lot of queries and he patiently answered everything. I made a few changes to the itinerary and he quickly accommodated them. The minute I landed in Nairobi, and switched on my phone, had a call from him, saying the driver was outside. As I had the first day free in Nairobi, he arranged a car, visit to the Giraffe centre, a mall and Carnivore at reasonable costs.
The trip to Masai Mara was outstanding.
His person picked me up from my hotel, got me to the safari van.
Lots of game viewing. Peter also messaged me regularly, checking on how the safari was, and if I had any issues.
Readily recommend Peter and East Africa Tours and Safaris to anyone looking for a trip in Kenya.

A lovely, amazing experience in the Masai Mara.
My four friends and I had a great safari. Our driver, Jesse, was awesome and continuously checked on me and my 3 friends to make sure we were doing well. Our camp accommodations were very good and we met a whole bunch of lovely people from around the world. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely do another safari with them, perhaps in a warmer month.

Go with EATS!
The experience is awesome from start to finish. Peter is incredibly accommodating and makes the process so easy. Our safari guide was Cyrus, a man with 13 years of experience who got us the best shots possible. Twice he spotted lions that no one else in the park noticed. I would go again in a heart beat!

The tour was awesome
We had a great time with the safari tours/game drive provided by east africa safari. Peter communicated with us smoothly in regards to our booking. Lawrence our guide was an amazing one. He really tried to get close to the animals and looked for them eagerly. East Africa Safari did a great job! Highly recommended!

Open Communication with a great coordinator
Peter was very helpful since the day one, and he answered all my questions openly. He even suggested the right schedule and I am glad that he presented me with the right plan. His whole motivation was for me having a good time and the right schedule. Everything went according to the plan, and I didn't have any surprises. Both my guides in Kenya and Tanzania were wonderful and I really enjoyed every minute of this trip. Peter, John (Guide in Kenya), and John (Guide in Tanzania) make a great team :-)

4 day/3 night Masai Mara/Lake Nakuru Safari
When I first started searching for a short Kenyan safari, I was overwhelmed with the choice of different tour operators seemingly offering very similar products. After contacting a few such companies, East Africa Tours and Safaris really stood out due mainly to the exceptional customer service given to me by Peter. From the outset, it was obvious that he wanted my business much more than the other companies I contacted. He gave me very comprehensive and honest answers to my numerous questions, and made recommendations which helped me to decide on which safari to book.
Peter really went above and beyond the call of duty, keeping in regular contact with me even after I had paid the deposit on the safari, as well as during my trip and upon my return to the UK. He genuinely seemed to display a personal interest in making sure I had a great trip, which indeed I did.
The safari itself was everything I had hoped for. I opted for a budget safari so the accommodation was fairly basic, though perfectly adequate for my needs and still came with en-suite bathroom facilities. The drive from Nairobi to Masai Mara is quite long and on some bumpy roads, but the final destination is well worth the effort as there can be few places on earth which offer the variety of wildlife species to be found in the Masai Mara. The guide was brilliant and we had our own chef who prepared some fantastic meals for us.
There were two optional activities offered; a balloon flight which for me personally was too expensive at USD 420, and a boat trip on Lake Naivasha for USD 20 which I did, and which I thought was a great experience. I was quite glad that I didn't opt to spend an extra night at Naivasha as I saw a lot of the lake during the boat ride. The game drives at Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru were really good, and the Mara was a lot more scenically beautiful than I expected. It is a fairly popular park so expect there to be numerous vehicles surrounding big wildlife sightings, though this didn't really detract from the enjoyment of seeing the animals up close.
Peter also arranged the airport transfers and even contacted me to make sure I had been picked up both ways.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I really feel like I made the right choice in booking this safari.
