We appreciated the fact that she crafted the itinerary specifically for our needs and desires, as opposed to slotting us into the standard setup - this kind of care is not the norm. Very impressive. We also appreciated her excellent communication - she always responded quickly and professionally to our questions and concerns. As a result, we had an outstanding trip. Excellent customer service
I have been using Cardboard Box for more than 5 years and have recommended them to several friends wishing to travel to Namibia.
I tend to use the same consultant (Chantelle) and she is fantastic in accommodating my requests. Communication is prompt and the bookings in place in a matter of days.
I love their website with the detailed information on the lodges and camps and the map is brilliant.
I have no hesitation in recommending them whether you are a first time traveller to Namibia and need some advice or a frequent traveller who knows what they want!

Great service!
After our initial (slightly vague) enquiry, Lilly at Cardboard Box came up with a suggested itinerary. I sounded excellent and well thought out. She changed a couple of things at our request and handled the whole booking process efficiently and with great professionalism. Pre departure information was really comprehensive and helpful. Any questions we asked got answered fully and promptly.
In hindsight, all the camps / B&Bs / lodges suggested and booked were awesome and, I think, were chosen very well with our style of travel / requests in mind.
I'd use Cardboard Box (and recommend Lilly as a contact person) again in a heartbeat.
An extremely well planned trip, that gave us an excellent experience of all that Namibia offers.

Excellent and very personal client service
I had a number of interactions with different people of their team, and all very both competent and very pleasant. The tour I booked was the Fish River Canyon Trail ("Klipspringer Trail") and it was a fantastic experience - one of the best in a full year in Namibia. Going to Namibia Then Use Cardboard Box to Plan the Trip
I relied on Cardboard Box to plan our adventure in Namibia. They were extremely patient in working through all of the options. Because we were dovetailing our trip with a stint as volunteers on an elephant research site, we kept changing our dates. CB worked through all of that and found us six superb private game reserves to visit before our sojourn with the elephants. There are a hundred private game reserves in Namibia and CB picked superb ones. And they worked up an 1100 mile drive for us with reasonable distances between sites. They gave us superb briefing materials including both maps and directions that enabled us to drive without missing a turn. As I say, they were patient with us and just kept helping us and helping us. Then when our flight to Namibia was cancelled by British Air, they worked us with to reconfigure the plan to accommodate our arriving a day late. We loved Namibia and could have spent 2-3 more weeks there. CB is definitely a professional operation that listens to its clients. We've traveled in 85 countries so we have had experiences with every possible type of travel agent. Thanks.

Everything was easy and fast from the very beginning, meaning my first info request. Everything on the field was exactly as described, and sometimes better. I had a couple of little problems and Erika solved them in minutes.
Namibia itself helps, being so stunningly beautiful, but I don't need to tell you this, right?

Exceptional Service with Namibia Experts
This is the second time we have used the Cardboard Box - working with Lilly each time. The service each time has been exceptional with clear communication and support provided when needed. Booking was made easier by using their website to look at accommodation options, possible itinerary's, general information about the country and pricing.
The vehicle and all accommodation were provided seamlessly and were to the standard expected and at times more.
