The communication and helpfulness of this company were second to none. Every query was answered quickly and fully by Allison. She could not have been more helpful. She listened to what we wanted and booked fantastic accommodation and designed a wonderful tour. I would recommend this company to anyone. Everything was perfect.

Great Experience

Anita was extremely efficient, thorough and professional. Excellent service .
Communication with Anita at Cardboard box was superb from start to finish. I could not fault the service in any way. She recommended and booked various different lodges, campsites and hotels that I was finding impossible to book from New Zealand and each one was fantastic. She sent out vouchers for each with a detailed description and map of where it was. Highly recommended and I will certainly be using Cardboard Box again.

Selfdrive Botswana and Namibia
I got Cardboard Box details from a Trip advisor forum in 2015 and planned a selfdrive trip from Livingstone Zambia to J'Burg via Cape Town over 36 days with the help of Norelle for the Zambian, Botwsanan and Namibian part of the trip, 22 days.
Norelle was a great help giving good advice and guidance. Sadly I had to cancel due to illness 5 days before we were due to fly out. Again Norelle was very helpful with the paper work for the insurance company.
But I got better and reinstated the plan in 2017 and we had a great time.
Cardboard Box (Norelle) did every they said on the tin. Will use again

First amazing experience in Namibia, great !
Norelle is a great person (thank you for all!), with a lot of patience and a lot of suggestions about our holidays ! She gave us a lot of informations about the trip. and also she was available to solve a little problem encountered just when I reached Windhoek. Great help and advice to put together the perfect self drive trip around Namibia
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday, driving around Namibia with its many attractions and abundant wildlife. The advice and planning from Cardboard Box travel ensured our trip was perfect. They were excellent from start to finish. Great advice and help couldn't ask for anything more. Allison helped create the perfect holiday.
The only thing they didn't do was stop us from coming home! We will be back.
