Awe inspiring experience with a very knowledgeable guide.
Context:
This was my first safari so I wasn’t sure what to completely expect other than what I read online or heard from friends.

It was AMAZING. Highly recommend. I would do it again.

- Logistics: It was very straightforward to book. Once we showed up, our guide picked us up directly from our Airbnb, took us to the office to pay, and then we were off to the safari. The jeep was spacious and comfortable for 6 on the city roads and the safari roads.
- Guide: Our guide was Jimmy. He was very knowledgeable about anything we asked (ranging from general questions about Kenya to specific questions about what we saw on the safari). He knew exactly where to drive to spot the wildlife. He went above and beyond to make sure our group was comfortable and had everything we needed.
- Safari experience: Truly awe inspiring. So many wonderful animals and beautiful landscapes to appreciate.

Wonderful and helpful
I had a great experience with my group of friends. Jimmy was a great driver and guide. Also, I had an experience where the atm ate my money and Jimmy was very helpful in helping me with the process. I felt very supported throughout! Would highly recommend

Attentive, patient, and knowledgeable to the core.
Jockey was really quick to respond and organize the trip.
Evans, our guide, was extremely kind, polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions perfectly (and we asked many). We saw all the animals we wanted to see and more. We even got to see a leopard stalking a bird.
The hotels booked were also good, and the people who worked there were absolutely amazing. They were the happiest people I've ever met, and by far the best service we've gotten overall.

Possibly poor computer security
We contacted Jocky Tours for a quote. They responded and we started communicating with them through the email address on their website info@jockytours.com. All communication was to / from this email. We sent payment as requested. When we got to Nairobi, they had no record of the emails or the payment. We suspect their email was hacked and our communications were being directed to a fraudulent third party. We have opened a fraud investigation on our side but caution anyone to be careful doing business with them.
Great experiance with Jocky Tours and Safaris
Best marks for Jocky tours, which organized an unforgettable experience of the Kenyan savannah and nature for our group of five persons. Guide Joshua was a dedicated person who went out of his way to meet us for everything. The price-service ratio completely met our expectations. They waited for us at the airport, drove us to the camp and made sure we got settled in nicely. the camp is excellently organized. very friendly and helpful staff. the food is ok. on safari, the guide made an effort to bring us closer to Kenya and the Masai Mara tribe. He drove us and made sure we saw all the wonderful animals of the Kenyan savannah. I recommend everyone to book a safari with Jocky Tours.

Beautiful trip to masai Mara
My Safari was 2 nights in Masai Mara, in a tented camp which was very simple but we had a nice stay, and one night at Lake Nakuru. My driver Kikitu was the best, Literally changed our experience in positive, wouldn’t have been the same with someone else!!

Overall tour was quite impressive. Food was excellent, interaction with the guide was quite cordial and kept the tour group lively. Big kudos to his knowledge of the park, and excellent wildlife spotter.

Can’t say enough good things about our entire safari experience with Dennis from Jockey Tours. His competency and professionalism shines through and through. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of each and every day. He does his “Dennis Moves” to get the best viewing position, shares his vase knowledge about the land and animals, teaches us Swahili, and even spices it up with his daily fun tests. 100% reliable, knowledgeable and FUN!!
Dennis our tour guide came to pick us right on time. He answered the many questions we had about the animals. Most of all he made it fun for all of us. Along the way Dennis wasnt only our tour guide but he felt like a friend, sharing his passion and knowledge about the animals and the environment. His expertise made the safari experience not only educational but also incredibly engaging and enjoyable for everyone in our group. Every sighting became an opportunity for him to share fascinating facts and stories about the wildlife we encountered.
The safari itself was nothing short of spectacular. From the stunning landscapes to the magnificent animals, every moment was truly captivating. We were fortunate to witness a wide array of wildlife, from graceful giraffes to majestic lions, and even caught a glimpse of an elusive leopard.
What truly set this safari apart was the personalized experience that Dennis provided. He made sure to tailor the experience to our interests... Read more and preferences, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. His commitment to responsible and ethical wildlife viewing was evident in the way he approached each encounter. We got to see 4 of the big 5 animals on the first day and the 5th on the second to last day of our 5 day tour.

Excellent Private Safari Operator: 5 days masai mara/nakuru/naivasha
Jocky Tours were excellent. It was easy to communicate, book and value for your money. We booked 5 days Private Safari at Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate.
The whole expérience was beyond expectations, especially our guide Denis! He was very knowledgeable about animals, birds, roads inside the parks and of course we all felt very safe on our way.
I am definitely coming back with my friends and would definitely would ask to have Denis as our tour guide.
