Efficient and customer-friendly
The tour was organized well, we were picked up as agreed. Our guide Jeff was really good. He was really aiming to deliver us a good and complete experience. He drove quickly to get us to see all the animals and listened to our wishes. We also appreciated much that Jeff was not hunting for a tip. That gave us a feeling of genuineness.

A wonderful adventure
Many thanks to Jockey Tours for a wonderful adventure on safari in the masai mara. the driver told many things about the animals. We saw a lot of animals. Lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, elephants, hippos and much more. I am very happy that I chose Jockey tours, I can warmly recommend it and When I go to Kenya next time, I will choose Jockey Tours again.

Excellent safari experience we
We had an amazing experience - everything was organized perfectly, with itinerary ideally planned.
Our guide, Richard, was highly professional throughout the whole week he was with us. The safari car was in perfect condition, very clean, stocked with fresh water and very comfortable.
Most importantly, Richard is a perfect driver, able to navigate off-road conditions with ease.
On the safari itself Richard went out of his way to give us the best experience ever so that we see as many animals up close as possible.
Can't recommend him enough!

We enjoyed the game drive where we could see the big 5 thanks to Albert.
The landcruiser made it easier driving in the safari.
Everything good except we had to eat lunch in the car on the way back to Nairobi. But I recommend!

Very reliable
The most important thing you have to know about our guide Richard is that he saved us from getting stuck in lodge in Masai Mara because of flood. It was the month when big floods happened in Kenya, the river that separated our lodge from all big roads overflowed, so it was very difficult to cross it. But Richard coped with it!
Besides he is a very nice person, he knows a lot abour African animals and where to find them.

Thank you for a wonderful tour of Kenya's parks. Now in my head there is a completely different country, nature and people than I knew from movies and books. It was very beautiful, comfortable and very unusual. The tour is very eventful and not monotonous: savannah, lake, forest, waterfalls, rivers and of course the animals we dreamed of. Thanks to our wonderful guide Richard, who showed us so many animals, told us about Kenya, helped in all situations, even in extreme conditions, he remained calm and allowed us not to worry. Thank you, Richard!

Trip of a Lifetime!
Truly the trip of a lifetime, all thanks to Johnny and Safari Tours! We truly cannot believe the value we got for the incredibly competitively priced trip. Johnny was above and beyond what we ever could have expected/asked for - he was so personable and kind, took the time to get to know us, answered all of our questions (there was a lot!), was an expert at navigating tricky roads/traffic, and was a perfect guide once we were in the park. We will be recommending a trip with him to all of our friends!
Outside of our wonderful guide, the lodging at Mara Sopa was better than expected and provided great food, service, and cultural experiences. We felt safe and like we were in luxury lodging.
Overall, the service from Jocky Tours was good. They were responsive to our questions, and gave us the information we requested. My only critique is that communication from the office staff before the safari could have been stronger to confirm details, send a more formal itinerary, etc. However, that minor point for improvement is nothing compared to the overall value and service we received.

Incredible experience
My dad and I loved going on safari with this company! We were really impressed by how easy they were to schedule and how professional they were during the tour. We did a 7 day safari in Kenya and were quickly able to see the "Big 5" and many more. I would recommend this company to my own friends and family. Thanks Richard!
