Wonderful experience from first contact to end of tour
Had a wonderful 3-day joining tour to Masai Mara with Jocky Tours and Safari. Hellen and Maureen responded quickly to my booking inquiry email and made the process of booking very smooth. Also no issues or extra fees for me booking as a solo traveller.
The tour itself was incredible. Our tour guide Francis ensured that we made the most out of our time in the Masai Mara with good and experienced planning. Definitely have him to thank for incredible moments, especially with the big cats which was a highlight for me.
Staying the tented camp was definitely good value for money. Shower and bathroom in the tent, great food for all meals with good vegetarian options and the picnic lunch for the full day safari was perfect.
Incredibly happy with Jocky and Francis for the days in the Masai Mara.

Excellent
Francis was an incredible tour guide - we were often first to see the animals, which shows a good understanding of the park and animal behaviour. Very friendly and helpful, and made us laugh a lot too.
The camp was simple, clean, tidy and everyone was helpful and friendly. Food was good and drinks were cheap

Perfect safari experience
This was our first visit to Africa. Our son arranged this trip for us and made all the bookings. On arrival at the booking office it appeared very cramped and although the members of staff were polite it did look slightly disorganised . After payment we were taken outside to meet our guide, Joshua, and load our bags into the jeep - a roomy Toyota land cruiser in which we would spend a great deal of our trip. The vehicle was clean and looked well maintained. We soon relaxed as Joshua was very friendly, polite and experienced, knowing every route to take around the parks to give us the best experience possible and we saw every animal we had wished for. He was happy to answer all our questions and to adapt the trip around various excursions we had booked eg hot air balloon flight and a boat trip. The various accommodation that was included were all of a high standard and staff were all very respectful, quiet and polite. The food provided was excellent, normally a buffet style with plenty of choices. We feel that we had the best possible experience and would highly recommend Jocky Tours. We definitely struck gold with Joshua and if possible ask for him and you won’t be disappointed.

An unforgettable experience in different parks !
We made a safari tour with Rodger and really enjoyed it. He is experimented and teached us a lot of things. He knows how to be discret and available to respond to our questions at the same time. You can go without hesitations !

Amazing tour with Robin
Our safari tour with Robin was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had the best experience possible. We saw so many different animals, including elephants, lions, giraffes, and even a cheetah! The entire experience was smooth, well-organized, and truly unforgettable. Highly recommend booking a safari with Robin—he’s the best!

He is the best
Kikitsu was an exceptional guide. In Maasai Mara, he not only consistently spotted wildlife but also positioned the vehicle at prime viewing spots faster than any other guide. We successfully saw all the BIG5.
He organized daily itineraries considering weather and temperature for maximum comfort. Most importantly, his consistently energetic and positive character made every day enjoyable. He also never push to buy something to us. His friendly personality made us feel like we were traveling with a close friend, and he was clearly beloved by locals wherever we went, always being popular mate.

Smooth and easy
We booked this only one day in advance, and thanks to the fast reply we were able to make a last minute booking. The tour itself was elephantastic! The guide really made an effort to show us all the animals, knew a lot about the region and brought good vibes. Everything was arranged perfectly, from picking is up at the hotel in Nairobi to the picnic next to the hippo's.

Our tour operator, Charles, is a capable and knowledgeable guide.
We had a great experience with our tour operator, Charles, who was very knowledgeable about the area and made sure everything was taken care of. Our group was very nice and it was great to share this tour with them. We saw lots of animals on both trips into the Masai Mara park. We booked this trip one day in advance in late March, which I’m told is the off-season, but everything was arranged perfectly, from our pick-up at the hotel to the accommodation where we slept. It was a great experience and definitely made our holiday memorable!
