Excellent driver called Evans
We (family of 4) went on a 4 day safari to the Masai Mara and then on Lake Nakuru. Evans, our driver, was so kind, obliging and attentive to our needs. He was knowledgeable about the animals and birds we saw. My son was very keen to see a Cheetah. Evans found one on the first evening and we got very close to it. The next morning we even saw a Cheetah chasing a Wildebeest. Wow! What a sight! We saw all the big cats and big five including rhino and a Leopard (furtherawayup a tree). Overall the tented accommodation was fine but with a bit more effort Lenchada on the Mara could be more comfortable. (Somewhere basic to hang clothes and a toilet that was more than a foot off the ground, solar lightingin the dark bathroom during daylight when the generator is not on). Not having drinking water provided with meals by the lodges/hotel was also irksome. Overall, a great tour and 2 really nice parks. The success of it was in no small way down to our excellent guide. Thanks Evans!

Top safari mit professionellem Guide
We booked the three day safari tour with Jockey Tours. The communication in advance was uncomplicated via email and questions were answered quickly.
The safari is 3 days (2 nights). The camp is warmly run and the food is good. The tents were functional and perfectly adequate for the price. Electricity and hot water were available. Nevertheless, it got a bit cold in the evenings (winter in Kenya) and we were glad to have taken warm things with us.
The tour includes an evening, full day and morning safari. All had their own charm.
During our tour we saw a number of animals and 4 of the 5 so-called Big Five (only the rhino was missing) and marveled at the unique landscape with thousands of wildebeest and zebras.
Our guide Robert was very experienced, friendly and spoke excellent English. He planned the tour according to individual animal sightings of the previous days and seasonal features (great migration). As a biologist, he had well-founded and extensive knowledge of the individual animals, which even fascinated me as a biologist. We particularly liked his positive attitude towards the animals and nature conservation in Kenya. Overall, one had the impression in the masai mara that the drivers behaved well towards the animals (no chasing, animals are observed closely but also left alone and places of retreat are granted). We can only highly recommend the provider and especially Robert as a guide!

Amazing safari with a great company
Jocky tours operated a really fun safari. We saw many animals every day we were out, we learnt a lot and got to ask many questions (most probably silly questions).
Our guide and driver, Jack, was amazing at his job. Really great communication about time and schedule, and actually keeping everything on time helped make our experience really fantastic.
I think he must be really talented at finding the animals as we had so many times with just our car and either some lions, elephants or giraffes. Then as we leave, all the others begin to arrive.
We were always really well positioned to see the best view of the animals and get some fantastic photographs.
We were well fed and accommodation was basic but perfect for us.
Overall, this was a really great tour, I would recommend to anyone.
Separately, the company and Jack really went out of their way to help us as our baggage got left behind by an airline, so they even called the airport for us to check up on them.

3-DAY MEMORABLE SAFARI
We went to visit Masai Mara from 10 Jul 22 to 12 Jul 22. From the phase of planning till the execution of the visit, Jockey Tours and Safaris were always beside us. Eric helped us a lot and answered our question after question. He was prompt in replying despite our different time zone. On basis of our requirement and budget, he gave us what is best for us. And while comparing with other operators we found out we had the best deal. Francise was our tour guide through the 3-day trip. He was helpful, reliable and energetic to our questions. We enjoyed a lot with him. He knew his job, he kept no stone unturned to gave us with the best experience of the safari. Side by side, he had respect for the wild animals and he knew how to gave us the max satisfaction without hindering the dailies of the wilds. On basis of our request we got the 4x4 safari vehicle, accomodation at Mara Chui Resort and lunch at Longonot Transit Hotel way back to Nairobi. Thanks to Fancise for his recommendation and suggestion. He suggested us to visit the Masai Village, it was a wonderful experience we had. If to summarize - WE HAD A WONDERFUL TOUR.

Great
We did a 6-day safari visiting the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli NPs. It was our first safari and the experience was unbeatable. The accommodations of great quality, as well as the meals. But what really made the difference was our driver-guide, Evans. A great professional, who explained everything about the animals, as well as the country. Thanks to him, we managed to see the Big Five and countless other animals and birds.
He 100% recommends the company Jocky Tours, with an excellent value for money.
When we return to Kenya, we will repeat with them, yes, as long as they put the great Evans as their guide!
