Very well planned tour
I did a 4 day safari with Jocky tour, joined by other co-travellers. The driver and guide, Danis was punctual, experienced and extremely friendly. He showed us around Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru leaving no stone unturned to make sure we were happy with the sightings. We were able to see almost every animal due to his efforts and time management. The company has a great team as evidenced by well managed tour in terms of accommodation, food and the safari experience. Five stars!!!

Excellent 3 days' Masai mara tour
I had planned 3 days Masai mara , Kenya tour, along with Victoria falls ( Zambia + Zimbabwe) & Chobe National Park, Botswana trip and from Tripadviser rating, I chose Jocky tours from Nairobi, for Nairobi to Nairobi Masai mara 3 days tour on our way back. In one sentence, I can say that they fully deserve the 5 *s ! First during planning stage, Hellen was very prompt in answering all queries. I asked for Mara Sopa lodge & I shall recommend it whole-heartedly due to it's nice ambience, service & food quality. They arranged for airport pickup & drop at nominal price. All Kudos to our driver-cum-guide Richards 👌👌👌 - he was very enthusiastic & jolly and took special efforts, so that we could see all animals at close distance. Overall I would whole-heartedly recommend Jocky tours 👍👍👍

Simply Excellent, he was behaving as if he is relative/ mediator of all animals, especially LION
Jockey tour was excellent. We were 13 batchmate of Dr vmgmc of 1977.
We celebrated 65 birthday of everyone at the masaimara.
No words to explain it and felt the best.
We were treated as if We are the owner of Jockey tour and travels.
This expression is more than enough

He was very cooperative, flexible and considerate.
Proper guidance and deciding about itinerary was given. The actual tour operators Richards and Roger were very cooperative, informed, considerate and flexible in arrangements. Their behaviour was very polite and their tenacity in safari was commendable. Five stars to both of them and Khalib.

Nice relaxed expeirmce
We flew for a safari in May 2024, just after the floods in Masai Mara. We opted to stay at Mara Sopa Lodge. We booked with Jocky Travels. Overall, experience, however, things are a little bit more laidback. They picked us up from the airport, we went to the office, when we finalized our booking, and then set off for the Safari. The trip to the national park took about 6 1/2 hours, when we reached, we had lunch, and relaxed for some time. At the Lodge, they switch off electricity between 3 PM to 5 PM, on a daily schedule, which results in Wi-Fi, lighting, and hot water being turned off.
The next day, we set off, Shortly after 7 AM, and had a full day safari, where we saw animals we were expecting to see. We returned to the lodge around 3:30 PM, and did the same thing the following day. On the next day, we did a mini game drive, and then drove back towards Nairobi. Overall, a good experience.
Our driver and guide, Dickson is highly recommended, He knows a lot of spots where the animals are, and was able to give us some good insight. He was also able to spot animals from a great distance, and key in making our trip more enjoyable.

Unforgettable Experience
Just got back from the 5-Day Safari and wow, what an experience! The wildlife sightings were incredible - we saw everything from lions and elephants to zebras and giraffes, all in their natural habitat. The Masai Mara, in particular, was just breathtaking.
Our accommodations were also great - comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for easy access to the parks.
However, there were a couple of minor issues I wanted to mention. Some days felt a bit short, and we ended up back at the accommodation with not much to do. It would have been nice to have some optional activities or excursions planned for those downtime periods.
Also, a heads-up about the locals would have been appreciated. Many were friendly, but some were quite persistent in asking for money or trying to sell souvenirs. I ended up giving away more cash than I intended. A little advice from the tour guides on how to handle these situations would have been helpful.
Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this safari. It's a fantastic way to see some of the most amazing animals in the world, and the price is very reasonable. Just be prepared for some downtime and bring some extra cash for tips and souvenirs!

I had the best time in Kenya!
I did the 5 days Masai Mara budget tour with Jimmy as our driver and guide.
Everyone in our jeep felt safe with Jimmy as our driver expertly navigating the rough rocky/muddy roads with mad skills. He was always checking up on me, and being a female solo traveller I find that to be really thoughtful.
The highlights were that we saw some Nat Geo worthy scenes in real life and some animals came real close to the jeep which was just incredible to watch. Definitely pay a little more to visit the Maasai village and learn about the Maasai tribe.
Whilst the food and accommodation was really simple and basic, it’s really good value for money in terms of the experience gained and friendships forged.
The trip was nothing short of incredible and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family that are interested in going on a safari.
