Excellent service
Our entire experience was excellent. Very efficient in responding to emails. Paying the deposit was easy. Out pick up was on time and brought us to the office to pay and head on our way. The drive there was good with toilet and snack breaks.
Our camp was simple but perfect, comfortable beds and good food.
Our driver Johny was the best. He knew where to go and where to see all the animals. We saw so much and got so close to everything. He was really helpful and made the whole experience very fun and relaxed.
I would highly recommend this your.

Good
The tour was adventurous and engaging, we were lucky to get good photos, the tour guide had a great sense of humour, and the overall service was excellent. I wouldn’t argue about booking this safari, it is an obvious yes.

Great fun!
We did the Masai Mara, Nakuru, and Lake Naivasha trip. We are a group of four girls. We had a brilliant time! Our guide Dennis was fantastic. We really enjoyed the safari and saw some great animals - lions close up, a cheetah, and a black rhino! We also loved the Hell's gate day and did cycling and rock climbing up Pride Rock! It was also really nice to have a break from the car. The only downside to the trip is that there's a lot of time spent driving, but I think this is unavoidable and helps keep costs down.

Steve is a blessing for our 5-day safari trip!
We're 3 girls traveling together and we booked the 5-Day safari trip.
The most important part first: What makes our trip AMAZING was our tour guide + driver, STEVE. He's so very kind, passionate, funny and knowledgeable. He has a warm and postive energy with him that doest not feel overwhelming. You can tell he loves his job and it's truly a people person. Although our schedules were full, and he could be tired as well, but he still always made sure we had the best time, and everyone was feeling good and made us laugh, always. He took care of everyone on the tour and gave us the most spectacular safari one can ask for with the best photos and the most fun. I know it depends on luck a lot with the tour guide one can get, and I have to say we felt extremely blessed and lucky to have gotten Steve, especially for a week-long trip where one has to be with the guide the whole time. Such a good vibe, a great soul to be with on such an amazing ride with. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to do a safari. Thank you so much, Steve! ❤️🔥
For the overall safari, we paid 590 USD per person and 20 USD on top for the Maasai Village. 3 meals a day, accommodations, tour guide/driver, and entrance fees for all reserve and parks were all included already except tips and other additional events done. It's a good value for money for a once in a life time experience for us. For accommodation, we stayed 2 nights at The Lanchada camp at Maasai Mara and it was very minimal since it's just a camp - limited light supply, power outlet only in the dining hall, no wifi and showering with extremely low water pressure - for peoppe who'd like a more comfortable experience, this camp is NOT it but it provides the basics things needed so that's good. We then stayed at Hillcourt resort & Spa for a night and it's our best stay in the 5 days. The service, food, room, spa and overall environment were amazing after a long day to recharge. Our last stay was with Chambai Safari Hotel at Naivasha. It's a mediocre hotel and that's it, not much to say about it.
We visited Maasai Mara National Reserve, Nakuru National Park, Naivasha Lake and Hell's Gate National Park. We saw the most animal at Maasai Mara and got to visit the Maasai Village there, so for people we only had a short period of time, maybe doing 2-3 day there will be enough already. But we saw other different animals like rhinos at Nakuru and saw Hippos up close during our boat ride at the Naivasha Lake and got to ride bikes and rock climb next to wild animals at the Hell's Gate, so they were all very unique experience as well. I thoroughly enjoyed our 5-Day trip and thanks a lot again for THE boiiii Steve!

Once in a Lifetime Safari experience
We chose the 5 day Safari to fully enjoy all Kenya has to offer. We were fortunate to see 4 out of the Big 5 and we also got to see the Ugly 5 😉 iykyk. We also visited the Maasai village where we met Dan the son of the chief and communed with them for about 1-2 hours
Our guide , Steve was very well versed in the history of the Maasai people and was able to answer all our questions about the animals. What’s more, he also gave us tips for Kenya and our further stay in Nairobi. Steve took really good care of us and was there every step of the way. If you ever need a Safari guide , I fully recommend Steve and would give 10 stars 🌟 if possible

We opted for the 5-day adventure, and found it to be a great value for money. Our accommodation exceeded our expectations and the food was always good. Our safari guide Steve was incredible! He was very knowledgeable and made sure we saw as many animals as possible. His friendly demeanour and humor made the journey even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Best customer experience
Here's a revised version of your review to enhance the wording and maintain the praise for Jockey Tours:
I was initially hesitant to book my first-ever safari with Jockey Tours and Safaris, especially because their prices seemed significantly lower than the typical costs I had heard about from friends. Despite their glowing reviews, I tempered my expectations, given the modest price of $620 for a five-day safari. Having traveled to over 20 countries across four continents, I can confidently say this was the best value for money I've ever experienced. From the moment they picked us up at the hotel to our return drop-off, the professionalism and dedication to enhancing the client experience were exceptional. I was in the company of amazing tourists from around the globe, which led to forging new friendships and creating lifelong memories.
A special shoutout to Albert, our extraordinary guide, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. He navigated through floods, mud, and other challenging terrains to ensure we always reached our destinations.
Thank you / Asante to Albert and Jockey Tours, my first safari was nothing short of spectacular!
Hope to see you soon for another trip with my friends !

Fabulous experience - a great Masai Mara safari and lodge, and brilliant value for money
Jimmy was a fantastic tour guide - fun, informative and a smooth driver! The highlight of the safari was seeing a cheetah and lionesses and their cubs.
We were blown away by our accommodation at the Jambo Safari Lodge. All inclusive and very high standard hospitality and food at the lodge. The only improvement would be that the packed lunches were a little uninspiring.
Well organised and highly recommeded!
