Excellent Maasai Mara tour , even more excellent tour guide and driver in Julius Gikonyo
We saw almost all of the big five minus 1- the rhino and my daughter has stories for days.
We got a tour and an education on the animals that are in the Maasai Mara with our guide Julius Gikonyo who went out of his way to find the very majestic lions and elegant cheetahs, oh! We also saw a leopard eating on top of a tree

Excellent Trip to the Maasai Mara
I had never been to the Mara and was looking forward to the trip with my baby girl.
It was quite a great decision I made, from the pickup being awesome to the drive being so beautiful and the driver very patient and knowing his stuff, I loved every minute of it.
The safari itself was unbelievable!! The mara is really, really beautiful. It is so big and beautiful and there are animals in the most interesting of places, the driver was able to give a thorough experience and we saw the big five, missing only the Rhino that was hiding

Amazing tour in Masai Mara
We did 3 days Masai Mara via Hellsgate national park. The tour was amazing - we saw 4 of the big 5 several times and our guide Walter was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the animals, land and even plants. He was also accomodating on any requests we were making around where we wanted to go. Other people I dealt with to get your booked was professional too - quick to reply and reliable. The accomodation we stayed at was great - clean, spacious and we had WiFi and hot shower. Food was also good. Overall I had the best time. Definitely recommend.

We couldn't have asked for a better guide than Mo, very informative and made the safari even better!
The tour went seamlessly as described. Saw the big 5 as well as many others.

Very good experience
During the six-day trip, the driver Johny's service was excellent, beyond my imagination. Very responsible and considerate towards tourists. Johny will choose this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

Absolutely incredible experience, made even better by the tour guide David
As a couple who have just finished studying at Uni, money isn’t as dispensable as hoped. When we found Jocky Tours, who are described as a more budget option for safari choices, this was never emphasised in the experience. Each place stayed at, in Masai Mara, Nakuru, and Amboseli were very well kept and had very welcoming hosts; we couldn’t have asked for much more from any; experiencing a more Kenyan enviroment through tented camps was a special environment and important way of diving into the culture of the country. A special shout out and recommendation to the Manjaro Tented Camp in Amboseli who were AMAZING - Henry, a member of the camp, will soon become one of your favourite people! But in terms of the actual safari, it was one of the greatest experiences of our lives, as a Kenyan Safari is expected to be. But this experience was made so much better with our tour guide and driver that was with us for the whole 6 days, David. David was as attentive as anyone could have been on the experience, giving facts about each park and animal encountered, but was all very receptive to any requests by us tourists, whether to stop to take as many photos as humanly possible or find a safe place to pull over due to our tiny bladders. Although we had some hiccups in the way, David handled each situation to the best of his ability and helped make sure we made the most of every single second of our experience.
Thankyou so much for an amazing experience, and again, thankyou to David for being as amazing as you were; make sure to enjoy your next life as a male Impala!

Excellent experience
The most important thing about Safari is the driver. Our driver is Johny, who is very responsible. He took us to find many good camera positions to take pictures of animals, and all the Big Five saw them. BTW, the sunrise and sunset on the grassland are so beautiful. I really love this land of Africa.

Nice trip
It was a great trip and I saw a lot of animals. Johny's guide showed us a lot of animals and stopped every time he touched them. He also arrived on time every time by car. The service at the hotel was also very good and the food was delicious. Great trip, would recommend to friends.

They provided an unforgettable Kenyan safari experience.
Review of My Kenyan Safari Adventure
From start to finish, my safari experience in Kenya was nothing short of remarkable. The operator was transparent and ensured good communication throughout, which immediately set a positive tone for the adventure ahead.
We set out from Nairobi promptly at 8 am, and even though it was a long 6-hour drive to the Maasai Mara, the anticipation kept my spirits high. Despite heavy rain that afternoon, our first game drive at 16:20 was incredibly rewarding. To my amazement, within just a few hours, we encountered elephants, giraffes, baboons, and zebras in their natural habitats.
Day two was an absolute treat! We embarked on a full day of game driving, and the variety and number of animals we spotted felt surreal. It's one thing to see these majestic creatures on screen and entirely another to witness them up close in the wild.
Our journey on the third day was a reflective drive back to Nairobi, reminiscing about the captivating sights of the previous days.
A significant highlight of this safari was undoubtedly our driver and guide, Alex. Thanks to him and some luck we were able to spot the 'Big Five' – a dream for many safari-goers. Alex didn't just point out the animals; he enriched the experience by sharing fascinating facts and answering myriad questions about each species, making the safari both fun and educational.
Accommodations at the Lenchada Tourist Camp were basic, aligning with its description. While it's not a luxury stay, it perfectly served its purpose by providing a comfortable resting place after exhaustive game drives, keeping the authentic feel of the safari intact.
In summary, this safari was an unforgettable adventure, blending the wild beauty of Kenya with impeccable service and expertise. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic African wildlife experience.
