This company was fantastic from beginning to end. I went into this with a fear of getting scammed, but I was anything but. Amos, who was in charge of setting everything up for us, was very responsive despite the time zone difference. He didn't pressure us into booking and gave us time to decide what option was right for us (unlike every other company, they badgered us incessantly and threatened price changes, after already quoting us a higher than listed price). The price quoted was exactly what was listed on the site and there were zero surprise fees, or any surprises for that matter. Amos answered all of our questions, and put our minds at ease when reservation confirmations were slower than we expected (his contacts had taken vacation, it turned out). Everything fell into place perfectly, our guide and the driver for the safari were both wonderful, the ruaha hilltop lodge was fantastic, and WAY better than we expected, the safari itself ended up being the highlight of our trip. We can't fully express how much we'd recommend this company, especially after having limited, but awful, interaction with the competition. Booking with these folks is a ticket to a stress free reservation process and a stress free once in a lifetime experience. You're done researching now, go ahead and contact them!

I had the most amazing trek with Migration Venture Africa
I am so grateful to Migration Venture Africa for taking care of me when I joined a group to trek up Kilimanjaro. I chose to go with Migration Venture because they had a small group going up with my dates and Amos was reasonable with the costs.
They took everything very seriously; regular health checks, weighing all the luggage even the one carried by the porters.
We had Vitalis as the head guide and he did a splendid job of guiding the group of strangers coming from different cultures to the summit.
He is an easygoing and wonderful guide and his experience around the mountain showed through the way he carried himself around without missing anything.
The climb was a beautiful experience seeing starting with the rainforest with beautiful waterfalls, monkeys. With each day the scenery changed as we got higher and higher and it was very educative to hear from Vitalis and his team.
I am really happy with the service and support that I received from Migration Venture Africa and I recommend them without any reservations

Great Kilimanjaro Experience
I joined a group of 4 to do Kilimanjaro Marangu route with Migration Venture Africa. The climbing experience was fantastic with us all getting to the summit at Uhuru Peak. I owe my success to Vitalis our chief guide for the Trek. He led our climbing party excellently and kept us safe. He planned the daily treks well so that we kept good climbing pace. We had good tents and mattresses. The food was delicious and nutritious and our cook served different meals everyday.
The summit night climb was is not easy and I almost gave up at Stella point but Vitalis encouraged me and I found myself summit extremely worn out but there. It was unbelievable standing there and feeling a sudden warm rush of joy.
This is a great company with great staff who aided my climb excellently.
For Kilimanjaro I recommend them

Touring Tanzania with the best
Amos the director of Migration Venture is one fine gentleman who made my family’s 6 day safari in Tanzania a great adventure. He was so helpful and patient with us as we created our itinerary. He was also very flexible allowing us to make changes to our itinerary a few weeks to our trip owing to flight changes.
We arrived in at night very tired after our long flight and we found a representative from Migration waiting for us at the airport. We were transferred us to our hotel and had a good night sleep.
Our guide Ninah was very experienced; he has been on so many trips such that he knows all the nice spots to view wildlife. By the end of our safari we had seen all the animals that were in our wish-list which are the big 5 and many more. We also got the opportunity to visit some local communities like the Maasai, Hadzabe and a cultural village in Moshi on the last day before our departure.
We had an amazing time in Tanzania thanks to Migration Venture Africa.

Three Generations on a Tanzania Safari
Migration Ventures is a great company and they organize great safaris like the one they just did for my family. We a family of 3 generations my 2 children aged 12 and 16, my mum and dad in their 70s and my husband and I had wonderful experience in Tanzania thanks to this company.
Amos made all the arrangements and hotel bookings in advance so that we got rooms that were not very far from the reception/dining room because of my parents and adjoining rooms where possible for my us and my children. My family is also vegetarian and hotels had nice variety of vegetarian dishes.
We had an awesome guide Japeth who was always smiling and so nice in dealing with the children and my aging parents. He had time for everyone and answered all the questions posed in detail.
He even helped my dad climb onto the jeep, carrying his bag around..... what a nice man.
We went to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti, and the parks were amazing and green during this time of year. We got to see many animals and it was a really nice time for my family to bond.
I recommend this company from the bottom of my heart!

7 days Kilimanjaro Machame Climb
We are group of 4 friends from Brisbane and we just returned from Tanzania where we did the 7 days Kilimanjaro Machame route. Amos and his team from Migration Ventures Africa have proved to be great friends and partners in our quest to conquer the tallest free standing mountain in the world. They ensured that we prepared well for our climb and supported our journey with one of the best crews I have worked with. Vitalis the chief guide was phenomenal all through. our safety was never in doubt, he put up measures to ensure our comfort and safety. Daily oxygen level checks, the cook prepared great meals for us and crew.
Getting to the summit required a lot of physical and mental strength and I am happy that all members of my party made it to the summit.
This company has invested a lot in terms of equipment (waterproof tents, comfortable mattresses, snow-hooks and warm clothing/shoes for the guides, porters and cook)
I am sincere when I say that all my friends were are very happy with Migration Venture Africa! We are considering returning back to Tanzania for a safari excursion. Amos- I will be contacting you soon so that we can begin with the preparation!

My Trip of a Lifetime
I have always wanted to visit Tanzania from the wonderful stories I hear from friends and also documentaries I have watched about Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti. In May my dream came true when my company sent me on assignment to Tanzania. I asked around our offices in Moshi and was introduced to Amos, the proprietor of Migration Venture Africa.I intimated that my interest was an affordable trip to Ngorongoro and Serengeti and he gave me several options, including joining a group of 3 guys from Czech who were going on 4 days & 3 nights to Serengeti and Ngorongoro camping. I must say that this has turned out to be the trip of my lifetime. I made new friends from fellow travelers who were easy going and fun to be around. We were 4 of us in the Jeep with Anderson our guide and Thomas the cook.
We spent 3 days visiting different parts of Serengeti and then had our last day in Ngorongoro.
Camping was fun and comfortable too. The camping spots were not crowded and that was quite nice. Anderson also chose to follow the routes with fewer jeeps and we got to see so many animals from close proximity. Infact at one time we were in the middle of thousands of wildebeest and Zebras.
I am very happy with Amos for the amazing deal and excellent execution by Anderson and Thomas.
Fantastic!!!!

Our Best Trip Ever
We went on the Kilimanjaro Trek Rongai route on a tour organized by Amos of Migration Venture Africa. He took care of all the details for our trip, permits, transfers and logistics. He was expecting us because when we arrived we found everything in place.
We went with chief guide Peter-the African Superman who took great care of us, we were in good hands and never worried about anything. I am very happy that we made it to the summit using the route with amazing views and not crowded.
Migration Venture have made it possible to cross out Kilimanjaro from our bucket list. Kudos Amos!! Kudos Migration Venture Africa.
Recommended absolutely.

Unforgettable Experience
We recently had an amazing experience to Kilimanjaro summit on the Marangu route. The whole process is organized well with an easy process, secure payment, experienced professional guides, reliable equipment, delicious food and to crown it all jovial company of the climbing crew.
Amos was great all through, he attended to all details for our trip and they went smoothly. Timely transfers from/to airport, park fees, booked hotels and alloted a wonderful trekking crew with Eric in the leader guide.
Trekking experience was great passing through different levels of the mountain which are distinctly different. Eric took our safety very seriously with oxygen level checks in the morning and evening.
The trails are well marked but steep as you get to the summit. You have to summon all your efforts to make it there.
The four of us in our party all made it to the summit!!! A huge thank you to Amos and the great team including Marco who cooked for us fine meals.
I am recommending all my people to come for your excellent service.

Away from the Crowds in Ruaha and Mikumi
We told Amos that we looking for a different experience having done the Northern Parks with Migration Venture last year and he advised us to do a camping safari to Ruaha and Mikumi and it has been a mind blowing experience. We landed in Dar from Nairobi and took a connecting small aircraft to Msembe airstrip in Ruaha. Amos had arranged that got Peter as our guide again. He is a fantastic guide who knows how to host his guests. He is always great company with extensive knowledge of the parks, animal habits and Tanzanian culture.
Ruaha is a very huge park and in the rainy season one can miss out on the animals however Peter drove through the muddy park roads and we had 3 excellent days of game viewing and birding. Mikumi did not disappoint too, Peter delivered too.
Camping was so much fun with excellent food, nice tents. The real jungle experience.
We are planning to do Selous in the dry season and we have already requested to have Peter again.
