An amazing and unique experience
The safari we did with Migration Venture Africa was one of the most beautiful trips we have taken.
Our guide Noeli was outstanding. He guided us and took us to the most beautiful places, showed us the animals in action in every possible and imaginable way. He has always accommodated our preferences and needs to the best of his ability, and he has always taken care of us with unique attention.
He is a good, intelligent and knowledgeable person and he welcomed us with heart and love. We laughed a lot together and enjoyed ourselves thanks to his wit, friendliness and sincerity.
He was always attentive to the guide and also has in-depth knowledge about the animals, the culture of the country and the traditions.
The places we went on the tour were beautiful, especially the location inside the Serengeti has remained in our hearts.
Thank you for guiding us with love and passion through one of the jewels of your country along the national parks of Tarangire, Ngrorongoro, Serengeti and Lake Manyara.
Thanks also to Amos for his helpfulness, friendliness and promptness in organising this customised holiday for us in the best possible way. You were always so helpful towards us reassuring us even before the trip.
We will always carry you in our hearts, Elisa and Gianluca.

The best trip of our life
Thank you very much Denis! It was a great safari with you. We couldn't have had a better driver. We felt very safe. You were able to answer all our questions and there were many questions! You always responded to our wishes and were able to show us all the animals. The accommodations were perfect. Everything just fit.

Very polite, helpful, friendly, competent, intelligent, and has extensive knowledge about the animal
The very best safari guide I had the pleasure of experiencing was Deniz Mlay, also known as NJOFU. This man knows exactly what he's doing. Not only does he speak excellent English and have extensive knowledge of Tanzania, but he is also respectful and goes out of his way to satisfy his guests. Let me start from the beginning. He first gave us a brief overview to refresh our understanding of the upcoming safari.
Then we set off, and during the drive, there were always pleasant conversations, and we learned a lot about the country and the locals. Once on the safari, Deniz Mlay was right at home; he knew the area better than anyone else. He was not only a superb driver but also knew every shortcut and route. He was familiar with the staff at the park entrances, which allowed us more time to see animals in the national parks since he helped us get ahead of others.
Deniz Mlay also has an incredibly extensive knowledge of the animals and the nature there. He could answer every question. We saw almost all the animals you could hope to see—INCLUDING A RHINO!
Even after the safari, he remained helpful, doing everything to meet our needs. For instance, when we wanted to buy souvenirs, he took us to the local museum to ensure we didn't overpay.
I can only recommend this safari guide/ expert and would gladly go on another safari with Deniz Mlay NJOFU anytime!

Simply great
The safari was our absolute highlight of the holiday. 4 days of safari and 3 days in the national parks was just great and we would do it again in a heartbeat with our safari guide and expert Denis mlay A.K.A NJOFU. Dennis always tried to show us the animals that we really wanted to see. He looked after us well, got us drinks, red bananas and organized a Masai tour. Thank you for everything! :)

With my wife we took a 5 day 4 night safari - excellent experience!
The guide Joseph Temba is very kind, efficient in finding animals and experienced in driving around the parks. Accommodation and food were just perfect and Amos organized it all in his typical efficient way at a very competitive price (we followed personal advice from past visitors and we share their excellent impressions). We immensely enjoyed it, highly recommended!

Best way to climb Kilimanjaro and enjoy it!
Excellent experience! Stephen and Joseph are just perfect guides: very kind and knowledgeable, willing to explain anything about plants, animals, Tanzania society. Cooks freshly prepared hotel-level and excellent food from local ingredients. And it is just a miracle how porters made up our tents, brought equipment, our big backpacks and water always in time and with good tempers. I really recommend it to reach the top slow but before sunrise! And Amos is very efficient in organizing it all, from airport pickup, accommodation and side trips, all at very good prizes. Finally, nothing matches the night sky without light pollution at 5000+ elevation!
Great!
We did a 5-day Safari with the organisation Migration Venture Africa. Thanks to our guide Bonny, we had the best experience. He is a very kind, smart guide who drove us around safely through all the national parks. We saw a lot of animals, including the big 5. The lodges were also amazing and the staff very welcoming! We would recommend booking your safari with this company.

Custom tours in Tanzania – good guides, good lodges, good prices, personalized service.
I worked with Amos (the owner) to arrange a 19-day tour for our group of 12. Communication was excellent, and response was usually quick.
Our group was to meet with a sister organization in Iringa, but we wanted to do some excursions before and after that. Amos set it all up. We went with Migration Venture Africa because of excellent word-of-mouth recommendations from a prior group of our organization that went in 2017. The price quoted by Migration Venture Africa was below what we could have pieced together on our own based on commercial tours we found on the internet. Our itinerary included a couple of days in Moshi, then Iringa (a non-tour layover), then Ruaha, then the Northern Tier parks, Olduvai Gorge, Ngorongoro, Mto-wa-Mbu (“Mosquito River” but we didn’t see any) an interesting village with nice art and market, and a Maasai Boma.
Our trip included a charter flight from Arusha to Iringa (it’s a long drive by road!), and back from Ruaha to Arusha. Migration Venture Africa handled all the ground connections.
The drivers/guides drove safely on the highways and expertly in the parks – from navigating mudholes after an afternoon rain in Serengeti to evading a mad bull elephant in Ruaha.
Migration Venture Africa helped us fill a gap in our schedule. Our first stop was Moshi for a few days of rest and adjustment of time zone. A few of us wanted to go on a Kilimanjaro day hike (not to the top! Just to Mandara Hut, the Kilimanjaro Marangu trail’s first camp on the way up to the summit). We were going to use a daytrip we found online. Migration Venture Africa said they could do the same trip for us, and their price was lower than the internet price. Our guide, Rogath, has been to the 19,000+ft top 87 times! So this was easy for him. We had a great outing, and yes we were tired (2800 ft elevation gain hiking through the rain forest). We got to see Colobus monkeys and tree hyrax.
Migration Venture Africa said they have done trips for parties from 1 to 25, so our party of 12 was larger than normal. They did a great job planning and executing our itinerary. They showed us the best and took us to some nice lodges. If someone asks for my recommendation, this is it.

Joseph temba was an excellent guide. Highly recommend. 5 day safari was great. 3-4 safari would be good as well if you are short on time

Exceptional Service and meticulous planning for an excellent value on the dollar
Our family adventure with Migration Venture and Amos in Tanzania was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized, allowing us to focus on enjoying our once-in-a-lifetime journey.
Our custom trip began with the 8-day climb of Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho route, and we couldn't have asked for better guides than Epa and Joseph. If you’re looking for a tourist guide, Epa is not for you. But if you want a seasoned professional who will ensure you reach the summit safely and well-acclimatized, Epa is second to none. Epa's calm demeanor and deeply humane, supportive presence made us feel at ease throughout the climb. Joseph was especially supportive during the hardest times of the climb; his encouragement was invaluable in keeping our spirits high.
We were also immensely grateful for Epa’s crew: a team of 14 porters and a cook, assembled by Epa himself. It’s clear they have a deep respect for him and his incredible experience. Epa’s genuine concern for their well-being fostered a strong sense of loyalty and dedication. The porters' remarkable dedication was evident every day, as some, after setting up camp, would come back one or two kilometers to help carry our bags. Their efforts and kindness made our climb not only possible but enjoyable.
Following the climb, we embarked on a 5-day safari through Tarangire Park, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara national parks. The highlight of our safari was undoubtedly the hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti and the canoe safari on Lake Manyara. Both experiences were breathtaking and offered unique perspectives on Tanzania’s stunning landscapes and wildlife.
Our safari driver, Denis, was exceptional. His driving skills ensured our safety, and he had an uncanny ability to position the vehicle perfectly for the best views of the animals, while respecting the experience of other park visitors. What truly stood out was Denis's pride in his vehicle. Despite the dust flying around all day on the gravel roads of the national parks, Denis made sure his car was clean, reliable, and comfortable every single day. This attention to detail was greatly appreciated.
Amos, the mastermind behind our trip, was fantastic. His meticulous planning meant that every detail was taken care of, leaving us with no hurdles during our journey. The only hiccups we faced were with arrangements we tried to organize ourselves. But even then, Amos came to our rescue, salvaging our stay in Zanzibar and turning it into another highlight of our trip.
We highly recommend Migration Venture to anyone looking to explore the wonders of Tanzania. From the challenging climb of Kilimanjaro to the mesmerizing safaris, every moment was extraordinary.
Thank you, Migration Venture (Amos, Epa, Joseph, and Denis), for making our dreams come true!
