Great experience
It was very nice to be in contact with Benson. Most contact was by e-mail and at the beginning of the tour we met. I was travelling alone and he was also looking for possibilities to travel with a group. Things were nicely arranged and Benson is a very kind person who thinks with you to make it a great experience.

2 Day ngorongoro crater safari tour
The Safari tour was fantastic with an amazing guide, Francis.
He was so friendly and very engaging.. the guy is hilarious haha
Hotels were great and foods were excellent.
Would do it again for sure.

Totally Awesome !!
From the moment I found Benson Safaris right through to the moment Benson dropped us off at the airport for our onward flight to Zanzibar, the whole safari experience totally lived up to our expectations and beyond. Before we flew to Tanzania, I bombarded Benson with questions constantly about the safari and he replied almost immediately and answered my questions and put my mind at rest. Not only Benson but our chef and our tour guide Ringo who were with us throughout our safari were amazing. We were so lucky in that we got to see The Big 5 but aside from that, the whole experience was amazing and one we will never forget. Our chef produced meals that I didn't think possible when camping !!! Our tour guide Ringo was a constant source of knowledge and fun ! Would not hesitate to recommend Benson Safaris to anyone ... safaris should be a once in a lifetime experience but if we ever did another safari, I think it would be hard pushed to live up to this one .. Thank you so much Benson and your team :-) :-)

Benson was very professional and obliging and helpful in every way.
I cannot fault the communications, service or the accommodation that Benson afforded us. The safari was all we hoped for and more. The field guides provided by Benson were very good and friendly. Our holiday in Tanzania was well organised, it was so easy to deal with Benson and his crew. The safari was incredible in that we saw the Big 5 and so many other African wildlife. Accommodation was brilliant and so much more than what we expected. Food good especially the soups, so yummy. I just loved the whole experience and would like to say a really big thankyou to Benson and Francis. Asanti Sana. It was an experience of a lifetime.

An amazing experience - one I will remember for a long time.
Can't say enough about this trip. Everything went according to plan - including allowing for last minute changes to some activities. We saw an amazing number of animals, stayed in comfortable surroundings, had great food and plenty of it. There was a good mix of things to do and see. Our guides were very professional, knowledgeable and entertaining. Overall brilliant and memorable.

6 Day Kilimanjaro Hike
We've lived in Tanzania for over 4 years and have used several other safari companies during that time. But, the care and support we got from Benson's was second to none. Before the trip Benson himself answered each of our questions thoughtfully and quickly, and the value for our package was exceptional. All 7 folks in our group were able to summit Kilimanjaro using the Marangu route. Along the way the guides, porters, chefs, and crew that Benson put together was fantastic. I would highly recommend using Benson's to attempt a Kili climb!

All-Around Impressive and Lovely
We had such an amazing 8-day safari with Benson Safaris. I researched and contacted many operators and knew right away that Benson put a great deal of care and attention to detail to make it a special experience; I'm so happy we went with his company. Every aspect of our trip was top-notch; the safari vehicle was one of the nicest we saw at the parks (very comfortable and clean), the tented lodges were luxurious, and our guide (Max) was tremendous. We had so many incredible moments viewing wildlife and Max knew everything there is to know about anything we asked. We're happy we saw Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Parks (which are just stunning) in addition to Ngorongoro and Serengeti. We also loved the beautiful Lake Natron, but it was very warm in October and a long, bumpy journey. We loved meeting Benson both before and after our trip; he is passionate about making your trip to Tanzania once-in-a-lifetime and you will feel very well looked after on his tours. Thank you Benson! I booked when I arrived in Tanzania so I cannot comment on the 'communications' pre-trip. However, during the Safari, the communications between our small group and the driver were excellent. Ringo was calm, really funny, organized, patient, knowledgeable and lots of FUN! The service was (mostly) always excellent! Every day was a 8 or 9/10 on the 'perfect' scale ! Safari tour was beyond ordinary, everyday words. Surreal feelings every minute of the Safari....it was so amazing to think I was living one of my dreams, to be out living with those gorgeous animals and wildlife! Go with Benson Safaris to live out your Safari dream. You won't be disappointed ~ you will return home to want much more! James (Ringo) you were incredible. Thank you for an unforgettable time!

Just lean back, relax and enjoy. Benson do everything so you don't have to worry about a thing during your safari. You can really trust that this safari company give you what they promise you. All aspects of the safari, from the comunication with the owner Benson prepearing your trip, guides, and acomondation, everything is excellent. I did not hesitate to recomend Benson safari when a colleague were going to Tanzania for safari. Her family also had a great safari with Benson. I had a great safari in Ngorongoro. The guide found all the big 5, he was experienced and pleasant. I came back to Arusha the following year. On this trip i got sick, and the only person i trusted to call was Benson. He helped me to find a good hospital and i got the treatment i needed. I have been on safari with another company in the aerea befor, but if I will come back for another safari in the future, I am sure I will book with Benson again. I highly recomend this safari company.
