Great service
Pamela met us at the airport late at night to greet us. Everything was coordinated and ran smoothly. Our driver Sam was fantastic - very educated and personable. We had a very good experience and will certainly use Magical Retreats and Adventures Tours again in the future.

Excellent holidays in Mara Serena.
I would highly recommend Magical retreats and adventures tours. We had an excellent time in Masai Mara in
Mara Serena lodge. The customer service of the tour operator was very professional. They even called us to ask if we like our stay in the lodge and reminded us to ask for the lunch boxes on the day of departure.
Treated like a king and queen
Magical Retreats is the best safari outfit to use when in Kenya. You are assured of viewing all the big five and having the politest driver/translator ever.

This was the perfect ever honey moon any given couple will enjoy ( margical Retreats your the best)
Got marred on the 17th Oct 2015 and Magical Retreat ( Pamela) had the perfect honeymoon planed for my wife and I to enjoy. Waking up on the 18th Oct there we hard out tour guide/driver Mr. Livingstone Masagha waiting for us to start the trip to Masai Mara where he was so accommodative in everything and telling us how we will enjoy the trip. Pamela keep in mind that you do have the best person there with you if you do remember we did ask you about the road because of the condition of my wife so Mr. Masagha did everything we asked him even driving @ 10kph if it had to. Please pass my regards to him and tell him thank you so much for all he did for us we can never repay all his kindness first day in Mara and he made sure my wife did see all the BIG 5 that she has always dreamed of. Thank you so much and now I do promise that coming year 2016 definitely we will be bringing our son to enjoy Kenya also so keep us on your schedule.

Big 5 in 5 days! Experience of a lifetime!
Read the hype on the African big 5 before the trip but wasn't expecting to get to see all as these are wild animals free to roam in their own environment. Was absolutely over the moon that with a day spare we had got to see evey single one. And these were not just glimpses of a spec of an animal on the horizon these were close up encounters with each one. To be so close that you can hear them breathe and smell them really opens up the senses to appreciate how majestic these wild animals really are. I will be looking fondly back on the awesome photos for many years to come!
Really cannot recommend the trip highly enough. Everything went smoothly and happened as planned. Accommodation was out of this world. I would never have thought such luxury accommodation would be possible in such a remote area of wilderness.
The views were outstanding. The sort of views that bring inner peace if you just sit and stare. What an unbelievable part of the world.

Awesome experience with life time memories
Had an amazing vacation both in Mombasa and at the Mara Sarova organised by Pamela and her team. The commucation was excellent, checking out that we were fine throughout. Mombasa was great as known "Mombasa raha". The Mara safari was superb and had a fab time with Mr Livingston, who enabled us see different animal species. We will definitely return and have my trip organised by Magical retreats.

It was really "Magical" !
I have travelled with Magical Retreats & Adventures Tours for a 5 days safari in Kenya. (Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha & Maboseli). Dealing with Pamela was just great ! She is a wonderful lady and very friendly. She answers emails fast, give good advices and the most important is the best price with best service ! Our driver during safari was Peter. What a lovely person ! And also very professsional. We saw almost everything during the safari, all animals were there! Car and accomodation were very good, food was excellent. Thank you Pamela and Peter for everything. I would definitely choose you again if i come back to Kenya !
