Good
Well organized tour. Accommodating to our schedule and our time delay.
The tents could have been cleaned at least once a day. The breakfast required a bit more variety to accommodate for allergies and dietary restrictions. A good tour but some room for improvement
We really enjoyed the tour Organised for Masai Mara for 2 days and 1 night.
We really enjoyed the tour Organised for Masai Mara for 2 days and 1 night. Pamela was kind and patient for providing g various options and packaged and took a last minute booking request. The hotel stay and game drive were value for money! We highly recommend magical retreat!

Best Vacation well organized company
This trip to the East Africa was my 1st experience with Wildlife ever. Magical Retreat and Pamela were very professional but also kept the promise of giving the best quality agreed upon. It was due to the mere trust we had in each other that's how I had booked a 6Day tour for African Game drive with complimentary African Bumpy massage. We wanted a luxury trip which it was as well as had been offered good driver from Nairobi and back. Our guide and driver Livingstone Msagha was very good in sighting animals and very patient as a person. His pateince paid off as we could see the Great Migration at Maasai Mara, as he insisted to remain there for 2-3hours. Kudos to his hardwork to drive us around on such unpaved roads of safari.
I only wish if I had got better stay instead of Sopa Loadge - Maasai Mara like I was offered in Sweetwaters (Serena Camp) and Lake Nakuru - Sopa Lodge. The Maasai Mara Sopa Lodge was bit disappointment Old and after seeing the other property it dint seem as Luxury (not worth at all) . Even at Nairobi Airport I wish Pamela had few SIM card for the client during their stay to reduce the hassle of waiting at airport. We ended up buying Airtel, it had pathetic service in the Rift valley and being local there they should know better 'SafariCom' had better coverage.
The Ballon ride experience was incredible, thanks to the weather and so was the Thomson Waterfall & Lake Naivasha's (huge freshwater Lake) Boat ride as suggested by Pamela. Worth it !
Overall the safari was Awe-inspiring and it was all because of the Magical retreats & adventures Tours team work.

Pamela was great offered us one of the best deals and the best tour guide/driver.
It was one of the best experience I've had. The coordinator Pamela was great and helpful. Our driver was excellent. However Kimana tented camp and Mara sidai camp didn't stand upto expectation. It was dirty food was like doing a favour . They literally served us boiled basic macaroni rice and vegetable, no curry or sauce. I highly recommend to stay in lodges and not tented camps. Apart from the stay at kimana and Mara sidai camp everything else was excellent.

It was a four nite, five day exiting family trip.
Very good and educative trip with variety of sites to tour. We set off from Malaba. Slept in Naivasha at Sopa Lodge, The second nite and 3rd nights were spent at AA Lodge with a full of game drive though Mara game Reserve. Fourth night was spent at Nakuru Sopa Lodge aft a game drive.
We saw all the big five. Three Lion prides, Buffalos, Wild beast, Rhinos, Zebras, Elephants and Flamingos.
Amazing
Everything was just as it was supposed to be. Safaris were great! Hospitility was amazing..
Overall we had a great trip
A good Safari.
It was nicely organized. on time and it was co ordinated very well with very minimal urging from us. I wish we had been given advanced notice about timing of the elephant park. other than that it was smooth ride. the guide knew the park very well and where to find the animals for viewing.

Fabulous , I must say
Pros - A fantastic experience . The whole interaction with Pamela starting from initial stages till the very end and even now has been wonderful. She was very patient in answering all our queries and understanding our requirement. Our driver Peter was very professional and handled his job exceptionally well. He was outstanding in driving us through the forest and help us spotting the wildlife.
Cons - We weren't happy about the hotel that was booked in lake Nakuru . I guess it was called Chester. The condition of the vehicle can be improved or the existing vehicles should be replaced with better ones consider the terrian in the forest and also enroute.

Well organised with knowledgeable guide cum driver
Excellent service. The safari was well organised by the operator eventhough our trip was only for two days. The tour schedule is discussed well in advance and the Guide cum driver strictly followed the schedule as agreed . The vehicle is Ok but could have been better considering the road conditions . Nevertheless we enjoyed every minute of the trip
