Amazing Safari Experience
I am used to planned trips on my own and I do love it. However KrugerPark.com has provided an incredible service. Anthea has been extremely nice and willing from the first email and 30min skype call and made sure to understand our needs. She provided lots of information and suggestion and answered all my question in a very short time. She arranged everything perfectly. She even called me on the first day to make sure that everything was going smoothly.
The safari itself was amazing, exactly what we were looking for. Small camp, excellent viewing, excellent food, very nice people. We enjoyed it that much that we are already thinking of going back.
We could not have asked more. Thumbs up for KrugerPark.com! I have already recommend it to my friends.

Easy online booking
We were looking for accommodation within Kruger National Park during a busy time when no SA National Parks accommodation was available. Ruben from KrugerPark.com recommended Nkambeni Tented Lodge as it suited our budget and our preferred location. With Ruben's help, we made our booking completely online from Australia in about 20 minutes. This was good service.
Nkambeni Tented Lodge was ok but not spectacular. The buffet style evening meal and breakfast were good without being special. Each tent had indoor and outdoor showers and the furnishings were good. It looks like a lot of tour operators use this lodge as compared with independent travelers like ourselves. Insist on tents near the main facilities if you do not want to walk 100s of metres each way.

I went a lot of to Kruger (more than 30 times...); it was the 3th time that I have problems with c.c
Your safety is our priority. As an accredited member of South Africa's
most well-known tourism authorities, Cape Town Tourism and the Southern
Africa Tourism Services Association, we uphold strict policies and
adhere to stringent regulations. We use state of the art encryption and
never store your credit card details. We are also the first South African
travel company to use 3-D Secure (3DS) credit card security.
It,s not true!!!
My credit card was used for somebody during my stay with you, and they "stall" my money from my account...

Posted on May 9, 2016Hi Manuel.
We hear your frustration.
Credit card fraud, especially skimming, is a global problem and we do everything in our power to prevent it from occurring.
As a travel company, we process a high volume of credit cards, therefore, we use 256 bit encrypted SSL and 3DS, for supporting banks, and do not store any of the card details.
If we can assist with a formal investigation please contact your consultant and we will be more than willing to assist.
Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.
Tedious, since I continuously needed to follow up on my queries and bookings!
The tour that I had in mind, was booked as per request, except for one stay at Skukuza. The hosts that are present on the live chat need to make more effort to provide guidance and really find out what it is the customer wants on their trip. Overall, we were very happy with the suggestions and our bookings...however, there were one or two camps that didn't provide us with what we wanted. (Self-catering) wise...this is not a train smash, but it could have been avoided.

Posted on May 9, 2016Hi Joey
We are glad to hear you were happy with the suggestions. Feedback is what helps everyone improve and if you mail your consultants about exactly what was lacking at the self-catering camps we will pass the feedback along.
Thank you

Great experience and enjoyable
The guides were knowledgeable and explained a lot about the animals and took the time to point out so much that I was not aware of. The Rodaville was clean and well kept however the meas though great on the bushbrei were were plain and steaks (ostrich) were tough. Suggest better cooking or steak knives. Over all great value and experience

Arrangements for travel/transfers were very poor and (in retrospect) ridiculously expensive .
Advice provided by travel agent, Adelle, regarding travel/transfers was exceptionally poor in terms of logistics and cost. She was not worthy of our trust. We had already chosen Londolozi as our safari destination and found our experience there, and indeed for the remainder of our trip to South Africa, to be very positive. We will return to the southern coast of South Africa and Londolozi for further golfing/safari experiences but definitely will not use the same South African travel agent .

All the best

Brilliant
Was a fantastic trip, staff were lovely and the cooking staff made the most amazing meals.
Only suggestion is that clients are informed that when they stay at the bush camp, the kruger games drive no longer become and option as it is too far.
also, the one morning when you can sleep in, you are woken by the cleaning staff raking the sand haha!
