Fantastic service!
It was a last minute booking and our main condition was a private game viewing vehicle. In google search I have come across krugerpark.com and consultant Ruben helped me to narrow it down to number of suitable places. He worked with us all through the weekend and even at the late hours to make sure that we find the best place for the best price and with the vehicle we wanted. I never thought it will be possible but he did it! We have spend the most amazing weekend in Kapama Karula and I have had a best birthday in my life! And without Ruben it wouldn't have happened.
The most amazing experience from booking to the trip itself
From inception, my experience was great. Giada was my travel agent and she tailored my trip to perfectly match my tastes. There were different types of accommodation provideo yet all of a high standard. The safaris were amazing and I saw most of the big 5. All in all a fantastic milestone birthday vacation well executed and enjoyed! I would recommend KrugerPark.com without reservation and Giada in particular.

Amazing
That was my first time to be in Africa. Before the trip i was not sure about krugerpark.com. Because of many speculative things about Africa. But it was a beatiful country i have ever seen. Krugerpark.com helped me about transfers and lodge very quickly. I was very pleased about the Nkorho Bush Lodge and all employees. Thank you krugerpark.com.

Always ready to provide help and so efficient
The travel consultant had very well understood my needs and expectations regarding my safari experience. And finally, although many lodges were fully booked, she found an accurate solution for my family.
Same for the rented cars, thanks to her professional network, she found also cars even I had some special requirements.
Moreover, she was always ready to answer from my questions and to provide help/suggestions regarding my trip.
Obviously, she knows very well her job and the environment to provide accurate information.
Well down !

Trip of a lifetime!
We had a wonderful time. I have to mention that the services in South Africa (all places we went from Johannesburg to Kruger to Cape Town and beyond) are great. All staff, all people, everyone we came into contact with was so great, nice and helpful. Beyond that, South Africa is absolutely beautiful! This was a vacation of our lifetime and we are already thinking about our next visit. We will be back for sure.
We had a great stay and loved the food. The staff at Winchester Mansions and Kruger park was very helpful with all our questions and made our stay very enjoyable.
Also, the shark dive trip was very nicely organized, we really liked it. Everyone was so knowledgeable and we can tell that they love what they do. Thank you for booking us with Marine Dynamics!
We are going to be back very soon!

Customer service on a whole new level!
We initially made our enquiry via the Kruger Park website and received a very quick response from Giada. From that moment on she worked tirelessly to deliver an itinerary which met our brief exactly and as this was our first safari, offered excellent advice to ensure we were making the right decisions. As I am based in China, Giada and I often spoke at rather anti-social times for South Africa and regularly on weekends - she made herself available at any time to respond to our (many) questions. Following our booking, Giada kept in regular contact to offer advice and then throughout the trip she ensured everything was running smoothly. I can honestly say that it was one of best examples of excellent customer service I have ever experienced from the start to the finish and Giada was able to not only deliver an amazing itinerary but also pre-empt and anticipate our questions and concerns. Thanks to her hard work and determination to ensure she met our brief, Giada created the trip of a lifetime and I would have no hesitation in recommending her and the team.

Kapama game reserve
We stayed at the kapama South camp. Truly 5 star treatment, we got picked up from the airport as promised. Our bedroom was exactly as had been promised. We managed 4 game drives in the 2 days we were in the lodge. Well fed throughout the day, staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend it to others

Call it the Tourist tax on pricing, especially when you see what you get for it
The safari's and guides themselves were great. Thank God I only did the 2 night, 3 day stay. The accommodations are terrible! I'd met a couple on the way down that did the cheaper "tented" version. There experience was much better- and cleaner. For the price you pay, you'd think it would be a stunning room. It is not. The locals I know in Cape Town informed me what it actually costs a local to do this for them. They tourist price us of course and
I'd be fine if I had a beautiful room with an amazing bed and stunning accommodations. This was 2 dirty not even the size of single bed beds, no frame to them, no skirt on the bottom box spring showing it for all it's dirtiness, a dirty shower, dirty walls, old dirty looking towels (they were clean but the vibe felt gross), everything felt dirty. I paid almost $800 for those two nights & not really 3 days. I thought that would mean a beautiful sleep in beauty. We all chatted over dinner on the condition of what we got and felt the same. My recommendation- book a stunning hotel separately. Book the safari's separately. it'll be the same or cheaper. And you can self drive as well but you'll miss out on the amazing information the guides give. You don't need to be suckered into this - some research and a tiny bit of effort and you can avoid all this bs.

The most amazing trip of our lives.
Clive did an amazing job for us. We started out at a wonderful hotel in Cape Town - Table Bay Hotel. We had a wonderful guide for the day (Lynne Abrahams). All the transfers worked perfectly and we started our safari in Tanda Tula. The tented camp was wonderful. Forman was our guide and he told us everything about all the animals.
We then went to Chitwa Chitwa which was incredible. There are no words for the wonderful lodge - we stayed in the Chitwa House - thanks to Clive. The safaris and animal sitings were unbelievable. We will remember this trip for the rest of our lives and are hoping to come back. Armond was our guide and was so knowledgeable. The food was wonderful and we were served like royalty.
Hoping to come back soon. We left our hearts in South Africa.
