Dancom tours and travel made my stay in Kenya a wonderful experience. The guides were great, spoke very well English and told me a lot about the history of the city.The were friendly and host. They can really help you to get from A-B and beyond.
The tour was standard,like i had lunch in a very god restaurant and after they took me to a good place for refreshments,it was a very enjoyable tour.The guide constantly supplied me with free bottled water.
I was extremely satisfied with Dancom tours and travel.

Very prompt and helpful at every step
My primary goal of using a safari agency is not so much the vehicle or the guide (these have always been excellent no matter the provider, in my experience) as much as finding a good and reliable deal for a high-end lodge, and Dancom truly delivered in that regard.

Mombasa tour
I booked my mombasa tour with dancom tours and it was an unforgettable experience. First the hotel they booked for us the Amani Tiwi resort was just amazing. The tour around all the historic sites and the beach was also exceptional . They seemed very knowledgeable of everything I asked and their customer service was great. The prices too were pocket friendly. I will book with them next time am in Kenya

Josphat took the time to email and arrange everything to our liking. He was responsive and accommodating.
Our driver and guide, Joffrey, was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the safari (he told us he had over 30 years experience in the safari business). He got us right up close to various groups of animals. We even saw cheetah and lions eating their kill (might be graphic for some). Joffrey arranged for us to go to a Masai village, which was another good experience.
One thing I would change would be staying at the Mara Sidai Camp. Although the staff were all very kind and accommodating, it was a little too "rustic" for our liking. The tent zippers were not all working... the electricity did not run long enough for us all to get ready with light in the mornings... etc. However, it was clean and again, the staff was great.

Very good service and brilliant communication from start to finish!
Brilliant service throughout our stay, the camp site was beautiful and the safari was a wonderful experience, Joseph was well informed and was able to take us on safari to see all the big 5 and more, i would highly recommend dancom tours to anyone about to embark on a safari, i would definitely book them again, many thanks to all for this wonderful experience, myself and my daughter have made everlasting memories and our friends are very envious of our photos!
