Below average info and not very accommodating
The company did not provide much info or interpretation on the parks (Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater) they brought us to or the animals we saw. There was one guides who was a wealth of knowledge, but the other two guides (including our truck) barely said anything and when we asked something the answers were short and basic. Also, we asked to go deeper into the park to see the great migration and the drivers made excuses without trying to accommodate us, see how it could work or explain why it couldn’t. Finally, they promised us an “extra special” stop on our last day and then didn’t do anything about it even when reminded. Overall there was a lack of info and communication and they just told us what they thought we wanted to hear, true or not.

excellent service and very accommodating with professional staff
I have used the company a few times and have been impressed they always on time and have delivered exactly what i was looking for, any small changes i wanted they accommodated.
I have been coming to Tanzania for 10 years to do safaris and i have found a company that finally does as it promises.
Vehicles ecellent condition with good english speaking crew that find the animals, thanks Green Bee Eaters.
Most enjoyable, will see them next year.

I have known Green bee eater safaris as a very good organizing company tour, i planned a tour for my nieces who were going to Zanzibar and it was well planned, they gave me both options from the minimal budget to the high budget and i had to choose from there, this was done this year in July. They replied me in good time and they could call the number which i provided just to ensure everything was intact. i recommend them anytime:)
