David was excellent and looked after our every need
Safari tour was very good - unfortunately tour guide (who to be fair to Adventour was new and on trial - so perhaps will not be there for future travellers) was not as enthusiastic or engaging as we would have hoped for a holiday that is only something that most people do maybe only a few and possibly only once in a lifetime. That is why the rating is 4 rather than 5 star.
David however was excellent and absolutely committed to customer service and ensuring we had a great time. His knowledge and attention to detail was second to none.
We did see lots of animals including the big 5.

Great, well organised 3day Kruger Safari
The communication by e-mail with David was very smooth. He picked us up from our hotel in Johannesburg together with Thom. Both
David and Thom are very friendly and helpful. David is an experienced guide, we could listen to his adventurous stories for hours. The Kruger Adventure Lodge is a nice lodge with friendly staff. We were only two people but we got to stay in a large bungalow with one double bed and two single beds! On the first day, we already saw a lot of animals during the sunset safari. Eventually after the full day safari on the second day, we saw the big five except the leopard. On the third and last day, we followed the Panorama Route which was absolutely worth it. Overall we had a lovely trip. There were only a few minor points like the sandwich that was provided in the packed breakfast and that we had to wait a long time at the gate to enter Kurger on the second day. We definitely recommend Adventour!

Seamless safari
10/10 Recommend!
My partner and I chose to do the 4-day tour complete with the panoramic route. Dave from Adventour was excellent enough to pick us up from a location completely off-track, at 7am on New Years Day (if that's not impressive enough I don't know what is!)
The drive up to Hazyview was stress-free, and the accommodation had everything you needed (aircon, swimming pool, bar, delicious dinners, friendly staff etc). We had a game drive upon arrival in the evening, and then 2 full day safaris consecutively after that. Our safari guide - Happy - is great at his job and goes above and beyond to ensure that you are well-informed about every animal/plant in the Kruger.
A big thanks to Adventour for making our trip so unforgettable.

Amazing experience !
We received all the necessary information from Adventour.
Our driver (Tom) who took us to Kruger and back to Johannesburg was very friendly and nice all the time, providing all the assistance we needed.
The lodge was OK, nice swiming pool and friendly staff, breakfast and dinner at the lodge was very tasty - I would only suggest a better breakfast bag (you to take with you to the Safari), bread was dry and practically no filling in it. The day safari at Kruger park was nice, we could see all the big-5 but the leopard (which was already expected), and apart from that many other animals living inside the area. I was an amazing experience, got a little concerned when learned that there was no gun in the vehicle, just in case a lion decides to jump in...

Traipsing through the desert of Namibia
All our emails were answered promptly before we departed; David constantly strived to update his messages and emails on his cell, wherever signal allowed it (showing us he tried his best to keep in constant contact with all queries and future travellers). Service was good, with the guide adhering to the itinerary. The Safari itself proceeded smoothly; the vehicle was reliable and clean and the guide's input to any and all questions was polite and informative. We were fortunate in being just the two of us, thus having personal attention. David's knowledge of the area, through which we travelled (Southern Namibia), was extensive, as it was his home Country. All meals were made via campfire or gas. David cooks enough to feed a small army, which led us to often jokingly monitoring his "portion control" and we did our best to eat 2nds, in order to "keep our strength up" (this became our own private joke, as he explained that cooking for only 3 people was almost impossible for him). His bobotie was exceptional, made with the aid of "Bridget's trivet"! His dexterity with regards to braa'ing and boiling goods on the gas braai brilliant. He packed and unpacked his bakkie with familiarity and ease. He kept up good humour, even when the harsh terrain got us a puncture. We were assisted by the friendliest farm owner, Hermien, who had the neatest, cleanest bathrooms at her campsite we had ever seen! She and her husband plugged and pumped up the back tyre in 10 minutes, so very professional and helpful. At every opportunity, David pointed out numerous sights and interesting facts about the terrain and upcoming towns. David is trustworthy, funny, informative and most of all, brilliant at what he does. We would book again with him in a heartbeat!

Amazing tour!
I spent more than 10 days across the south of Namibia with a private driver :) It was a great tour. I saw so many different and beautiful deserts with animals (oryx, horses, zebras, squirrels, a lot of kind of birds and... scorpions!). The camping camps and the lodges were very good, very clean, comfortable (with most of the time electricity and wifi). The people were very friendly, also the guide. He is a good driver, a good cook. I will never forget the funny jumpy car with Savannah :)
Thanks for this adventure!

Good overall, but small details weren't up to scratch.
The safari and the Transfers from O. R Tambo were as expected and I am happy with the service.
The Lodge on the other had needs some attention.
- the rooms are nice and authentic, but the cleanliness was not up to scratch. The room was was sticky and it was necessary for me to wear socks within my room at all times.
- the bathroom was not clean in terms of smelly, mouldy and run down...updates or industrial cleaning needs to occur.
- the service was push and confronting, being pressured into eating, and ordering food that wasn't first picked to eat.
- the pool was very merky, the bottom of the pool could not be seen due to this, along with bugs floating on the surface at prime swimming times.
- wifi is claimed to work at reception, the pool and the restaurant, this is false, it only works at reception and if your lucky enough to sit at the right table, works in the restaurant. This is unacceptable for an accomodation that mainly receives international guests, along with the fact the local reception is a 2/5 within the lodge rooms.

Great experience!
David, Thabo, and the all the team were very kind to us from before our trip and during the same.
- Lodging at Jburg: pick up and drop from airport to the lodging in Jburg was on time. Rooms have basic amenities to spend one night before driving 5 hours to the Kruger National Park.
- Transportation to the Kruger Park: Thabo was very kind with us and very careful driving. In our return to the airport, he offered us the panoramic tour and it was a great decision to do.
- Safari at the Kruger Park: Dyon was a professional guide. He knows a lot about the animals and he explained us all the questions we asked him. He showed us the BIG FIVE!! It was such a wonderful experience!
- Lodging at Kruger Park: all the team who work there and also in the restaurant were very kind with us. Wifi is not provided at rooms.
Thank you again Adventour team for this amazon experience at The Kruger National Park.
