Levis from Hallmark Travel Planners was our key contact. We started our planning with Levis ~3 years ago and due to COVID, our trip was delayed. Levis (and his team) are truly world class, were timely with all our questions via email and were extremely friendly & service oriented. When you begin the daunting process of selecting the travel company you want to work with, it was not easy and after significant online research...my wife and I decided on Hallmark. We could not be more pleased! Our 3 week trip to Egypt, Rwanda and Kenya was truly magical. All small details were executed on flawlessly and we highly recommend Hallmark Travel Planner! If you are looking for a personalized experience with top notch attention to detail, Levis is your guy. Levis was always very open and honest with us, and shared all the needed details to assist our planning. He helped us better understand all the COVID policies for each country, process to follow to secure our visas and all other required travel documents. My wife and I really value the service Levis provided and his insight greatly brought us a "peace of mind" in knowing we had a true partner helping us plan our trip, not simply a vendor who was checking the box and taking our money. Levis proactively offered supplemental info to help us plan, listened to all our needs and then helped us design the trip that matched our "trip of a lifetime!". Spectacular Honeymoon Trip!
Hallmark planned an unforgettable honeymoon for my wife and I this past September! We spent 5 days on Safari in Maasai Mara and Serengeti parks and a week at Diani Beach on the coast. Levis was incredibly helpful and easy to work with in designing the perfect itinerary for us and made sure that we were well taken care of during our trip. Both safari guides were super personable and friendly and the accommodations were fantastic. We even had the added bonus of seeing Nairobi during our layover on our way back and having dinner with Levis and his wife (a great personal touch!) I HIGHLY recommend Hallmark travel to anyone looking to plan their trip to eastern Africa!

Second amazing Safari courtesy of Hallmark
This was the second time choosing Hallmark to organise our Safari. After our first time in Febuary 2018 we were extremely happy with how it all went we had no hesitation for Levi's to organise our next safari to Tanzania. Once again Levi's did not disappoint, everything from the email correspondence to the actual safari went smoothly. We did have 1 last minute change of accommodation halfway into it but the replacement accommodation was very acceptable. Both our guides were brilliant once again. We requested to have one of the same guides(Freddy) as last time as we due to the great experience we had then.

First safari experience was great!
This was my first safari experience and I enjoyed every bit of it. Everything that was promised was delivered, driver was always on time and knew How to navigate the park and take us to the best sightings. Accomodations were excellent too. An Amazing African Adventure Planned and Guided by an Amazing Travel Company
I spent over a year in email communication with Levis Omondi at Hallmark Travel Planners as we planned our African trip. I had frequent questions which Levis answered promptly and with great patience. He was everything a travel planner should be--he listened to my thoughts regarding what my husband and I were looking for in a safari to Kenya and offered suggestions. He gave great guidance, but never pushed his own ideas on us. Levis was also extremely helpful when we wanted to extend our trip to Zambia to see Victoria Falls. The itinerary we came up with was exactly what we were looking for and the results once we arrived in Nairobi were spectacular. Our driver and guide was Anthony who was cheerfully waiting for us at the airport. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw as many different animals and birds as possible. Anthony was very flexible and willing to modify the itinerary for better game viewing. He was always on top of where the best chances were to see particular animals and did his best to get us to those spots. We are fortunate to be able to say we saw all of The Big Five. He was an excellent driver and informative guide. Our trip exceeded our expectations, in large part due to Levis and Anthony. We would not hesitate to recommend Hallmark Travel Planners.

AWESOME TRIP!
Hallmark did a great job planning our private tour trip. They listened to and planned everything we wanted to see and do. Levi responded to our questions quickly.
There was always someone waiting at the airports for us. All tour guides/drivers were awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us find all of the animals we wanted to see. The places we stayed at were really nice and accommodating.
I would highly recommend Hallmark if you are thinking of going to Africa!

Fabulous organisation that delivers what they promise
I can’t speak highly enough of this organisation. We did a 13 day private tour encompassing Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania which was fabulous. They had a tour that roughly met my needs which they allowed me to modify to include locations that I wanted to see.
From the start, Levis was very easy to deal with. He was responsive to all requests and nothing appeared too much of a problem. The itinerary that Levis put together was comprehensive and everything he promised was delivered. The guides/drivers were all professional, friendly and knowledgeable and their safari vehicles were very comfortable. They clearly knew their way around the national/safari parks.
The accommodation was all of a very high standard (apart from one hotel in Rwanda which although rating very highly on TripAdvisor did not meet the standard of the others). The others were all first class!
The thing that impressed me the most was the care for our wellbeing. There was some civil unrest in Nairobi at the time of our visit, and Levis kept his ear to the ground and re-jigged our itinerary slightly to keep us out of harms way. When he heard there would be a massive protest that would block roads and potentially impact our ability to get our flight home he changed things around to avoid any impacts. For this I am very thankful.
I would gladly utilise Hallmark Travel Planners again and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to plan an African adventure.
