Exceeded our expectations in every way
Everyone we dealt with conducted themselves in a professional, courteous and helpful manner. They were very helpful in providing a first quote and then adjusting it until we had fine tuned it exactly to our liking. All of the accommodations were excellent. Anthony was our tour guide in Kenya and he was very good. Paul was our tour guide in Tanzania and he was something special. We could tell that he was one of the most experienced guides in Tanzania because many of the other tour guides were consulting with him and he was treated him with a great deal of respect everywhere we went. Both of our guides had excellent knowledge of how to be at the right place at the right time to have the best experiences. We were able to photograph and take videos of many scenes that would be worthy of a TV documentary (We have put together a 45 min slide show and video presentation and we have had amazing reviews from our family and friends. We have seen the presentation many times and never get tired of reliving these experiences of a life time).
Hallmark gets top marks and we would not hesitate in recommending them for your safari.

Everything was perfect!
It was my first time in Africa (Kenya) and Levis Omondi found a very good tour for the tight budget, which I could allow myself. I had a perfect driver guide (Anthony), who showed me much more than the big five! He allways gave me good advices (to go to a Maasei-village for example) and answerd all the questions I had. The best place I stayed overnight, was at Enchoro Mara Camp. The safari was an absolut great experience!!!

Amboseli Safari
It was a nice tour. We had a good guide/driver. We could see a lot of animals including lions.

An excellent experience!
Just wanted to say that Hallmark Travel Planners were wonderful to work with. I took a group of 10 people on Safari the first of March 2014. The drivers that took care of us were top notch from start to finish! The lodge that Levis recommended for us was the perfect place to end our trip!
Levis was also extremely helpful in the planning phase of this trip. I would say that everything lived up to or exceeded our expectations! I will say this, the roads into the Masai Mara are a jostling experience, I would recommend flying in to whatever gaming lodge you are staying at (if that is an option). I have never experienced roads quite like that in all my travels, rough is an understatement. But our drivers were great to take us the best way possible! Thank you for that. All in all, an excellent company and experience all around.

Good reliable service
I had limited time available at the end of a business trip to Kenya, and enquired about my specific requirements from several tour operators.
Hallmark replied promptly, with a reasonable quote, then again responded quickly to a couple of additional queries.
The day before my 3-night stay at Masai Mara, I did have to telephone, to check that everything was arranged for pick-up the next morning. (A courtesy call to my hotel would've been appreciated.)
That aside, all other arrangements worked very well, with the same driver picking me up from Wilson Airport, taking me to hotel to collect large suitcase, then to international airport for departure - at no additional charge.

An Amazing African Adventure Planned and Guided by an Amazing Travel Company
I spent over a year in email communication with Levis Omondi at Hallmark Travel Planners as we planned our African trip. I had frequent questions which Levis answered promptly and with great patience. He was everything a travel planner should be--he listened to my thoughts regarding what my husband and I were looking for in a safari to Kenya and offered suggestions. He gave great guidance, but never pushed his own ideas on us. Levis was also extremely helpful when we wanted to extend our trip to Zambia to see Victoria Falls. The itinerary we came up with was exactly what we were looking for and the results once we arrived in Nairobi were spectacular. Our driver and guide was Anthony who was cheerfully waiting for us at the airport. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw as many different animals and birds as possible. Anthony was very flexible and willing to modify the itinerary for better game viewing. He was always on top of where the best chances were to see particular animals and did his best to get us to those spots. We are fortunate to be able to say we saw all of The Big Five. He was an excellent driver and informative guide. Our trip exceeded our expectations, in large part due to Levis and Anthony. We would not hesitate to recommend Hallmark Travel Planners.

Absolutely fantastic experience for the whole family, grandparents and children included.
We had an amazing 5 day safari coordinated by Hallmark Travel Planners. We had a fabulous guide/driver who took care of us the whole trip taking us from one amazing hotel to the next and who was also as eager to see the animals on the game drives as we were. He was very knowledgable about the animals and the game parks and had great suggestions on how best to fill our day. From booking the trip to actually taking the trip, Hallmark Travel Planners did a fantastic job and we are happy to highly recommend them.
