A hands on, flexible and professional agency
A few months ago I contacted Luciano Tours and Travels for an upcoming group trip of 23 people traveling to Livingstone, Zambia. The challenge was that this was not your typical group but a fun and adventurous group that wanted to maximize their stay completely. From the moment the group they landed to the moment we left, we needed some action. I had some ideas of what I wanted to do with the group and decided to work with Luciano who efficiently worked with me to put the ideas in action. With the help of their input, expertise and local awareness on what's possible and not in Livingstone, the agenda ended up being one of the absolute best. Not only did they work hard to facilitate the ideas, but Luciano Travels was very flexible as well. We had some last minute decisions/changes and last minute transfers booked and they solved it all within a few minutes. The flexibility they have is outstanding, especially for a group. Not only was also the communication between us and Luciano perfect from day one, but they were also on site 24/7 to make sure everything worked smoothly. Could not recommend them enough!
