Magnificent service with an incredibly thoughtful, intelligent and well informed local staff.
While on temporary assignment in Zambia with my employer, I took the opportunity to visit Livingstone. My company highly recommended Luciano Tours & Travel for all local activities, saying it was the only service provider they used in Livingstone. The reasons for the high praise were immediately evident. Their service was prompt and courteous with extraordinary attention to detail, but even more impressive to me was that the Luciano Tours & Travel associates were all local with an impressive wealth of knowledge and an apparent pride for their home. Owner of Luciano Tours, Shadrick, arranged everything to perfection for our American group.
Before we arrived, Shadrick of Luciano Tours wrote us excellent emails about all of our requests for sightseeing
in Zambia. He insured that we had the best accommodation available in our Livingstone Hotel, had our transportation organized perfectly for sightseeing, the Falls, walking with the lions and airport transfers.
Our group would give Shadrick and his company a 10 for the work he did and the results he gained.
Gem of a travel agent!
We used Luciano Travel and Tours on a recommendation from a colleague, so were not sure of the level of service to expect. We booked a last minute visit to the Royal Livingstone Hotel in Zambia, and Shadrick Luyanga exceeded all our expectations. I would recommend him to anyone planning an African safari. The company is professional and efficient and they provided fantastic service, from meeting us at the airport in Zimbabwe, driving us through the border post and dealing with all aspects of our stay at the hotel. Shamrock even collected some personal effects I had forgotten at the hotel, and arranged for them to be forwarded to me in Harare.
What a lucky find!

Based on the recommendation of a hotel in Livingstone, I was able to secure a cheaper rate for that same hotel through Luciano Tours & Travel. All communications with LT&T were by email from the UK, with a little trepidation on my part, hoping that things would work out okay, since this was my first trip to Zambia and I did not know fully what to expect in terms of service quality and efficiency. The various email queries I raised were all fully answered in a timely fashion, and the hotel - plus the river cruise also arranged through LT&T - were excellent and far better than I expected. I have no hesitation in recommending Luciano Tours & Travel.

My vacation was one of the most perfect vacations and I travel a lot - thanks to Shadrick!
Everything about my trip was perfection. Shadrick greeted me at the airport, got me through all border controls and obtained needed visas with no issues whatsover. He explained everything that was happening during the process so I wasn't nervous, given I was traveling alone. He always ensured I was happy and if there was ever a glitch in my schedule, an even better resolution was found. My trip was beyond expectations and much of that was due to Shadrick's professionalism and great customer service. I just wish I could have spent another week there!!
Luciano Tours did an excellent job of helping us plan and experience our excursions in Livingstone.
Luciano tours helped us plan excursions for our time in Lusaka. We are a group of audiologists traveling to Chibombo region of Zambia to help people with their hearing health and give hearing aids where needed. We wanted to experience Victoria Falls at the end of our trip for some rest and relaxation. They assisted us with airport transfers to and from our hotel, hotel reservations and excursions. They were pleasant, punctual and easy to work with. Our trips occur annually and we expect to utilize them again next year.

Amazing safari, very well oraganised & proffesional
The 3 day, 2 night safari in Chobe national park was fantastic. Our transport to & from Livingstone to Chobe ran smoothly. The camping facilities was really well set up and the food that was cooked was great! Shadrick was great as quickly responding to any questions I had via email before we departed. I would highly recommend!

Extremely professional
I used Luciano Tours to book my day trip to Chobe National Park in Botswana, Devils Pool High Tea at Vic Falls and Cheetah experience. My driver, Thomas, was extremely knowledgeable, an excellent driver and went out of his way to help me with any request, always on time - waited for me all day at the border and collected me after the High Tea on Livingstone Island, which I didn't expect. The other drivers who collected me through tours I organised through Luciano were always on time. I can only give a high recommendation to everyone to use them. I used Wild Horizons for one of my Horse safari bookings and was not impressed by them - they arrived late, took me for my ride at 10am instead of 9am consequently I finished in the heat of the day and would never use them again. I am sorry I didn't use Luciano Tours for my Horse Safari booking

Everything was taken care of and I could just enjoy my vacation.
Communication with Luciano Tours and Travel was always prompt and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me plan my trip to make the most of our time. They were flexible when we had to change plans, because that happens when you are trying to coordinate 4 different people's schedules. They took care of all the logistics and had a schedule ready to give us when we arrived so that I could enjoy my time. They were always on time and the services they recommended for different activities were amazing. I didn't have to worry about any of the details. They picked us up for every activity and made sure we knew where to go when. They listened to what we wanted from our trip and helped make sure we got it at a good price without having to spend a lot of time shopping around. Overall, excellent service. I would recommend Luciano to anybody looking for an amazing trip to Victoria Falls.
