First of all, right from the start Kerry was amazing to work with in setting up our family tour.
We were able to be in touch with Kerry as un-expected issues came up as we were on the tour and she worked with us to sort them out. The places she choose for us to stay were excellent with wonderful service and amenities. The guides were knowledgable and easy to talk with and provided so much history along with visits to historic and political sites. Our safari at Mohlabetsi was fantastic and was a perfect ending to our two week tour from Cape Town, Johannesburg /Soweto and Kruger. I highly recommend Pembury Tours for a perfect tour company to work with. Thank you for this incredible service.

Wonderfully executed itinerary, recommendations, and responsiveness from Kerry!
Our experience with Pembury tours was wonderful. We took an 11 night trip to Capetown, Sabi Sands, Hazyview, and Victoria Falls (Zambia). The planning and timeliness of all of our planned activities and flights was excellent. During our preparation for the trip, Kerry answered my questions extremely fast and was very helpful in helping us plan our vacation. I could not have asked for a better tour consultant. Our favorite part of the trip was at the Sabi Sands Reserve at the &Beyond Exter River Lodge; the food was amazing, the staff extremely friendly, and wildlife did not disappoint. We were not prepared for the cold weather in the morning (about 50 degrees Fahrenheit) but the reserve had hot water bottles to help us stay warm! We definitely want to go back in the future and will use Pembury tours to help us plan our journey.

Dream Holiday in South Africa
We had 8 short days to see Cape Town, Johannesburg and go on Safari, but Heidi from Pembury Tours managed to customise 2 different tours for both of us to suit our needs. As our point of contact, Heidi was patient, resourceful, extremely professional and pleasant throughout. Even when we had an accommodation crisis, she handled the situation smoothly and we ended up with a better option. From airport transfers to private guided tours to 5-star accommodation to an unforgettable Safari at Sabi Sands, everything was arranged to great satisfaction. Thank you Heidi & Pembury Tours! Amazing and helpful service
The tour company was absolutely amazing and helpful through each question and each journey of the trip. It really helps that they know what accommodations to select and the different outings and options. Everything was pretty flawless.from airport and site pickups to accommodations, etc. I would recommend them to anyone who is traveling. Anya and Kerry were a huge help!

Fantastic safari booked by Pembury Tours!
This was my first time in South Africa and first safari. I was traveling alone, therefore needed good advice and planning. Laurette at Pembury Tours did a fabulous job providing me with a perfect itinerary. We communicated via emails several times and she patiently replied to all of my inquiries. She listened and respected my needs and most importantly respected my budget!!. The safari was an out of this world esperience; accomodations were fantastic, as were staff, rangers, trackers, food and locations. Transfers from airport and or lodges went smootly. Drivers super friendly and on time. I travel a lot and this trip is the most memorable one I got to do!! Thank you Laurette at Pembury Tours! Cape Town/Sabi Sands/Victoria Falls
We believe in using local travel agencies in the country we are visiting. We found Pembury Tours and worked with Laurette. We emailed frequently and occasionally Skyped when that was more efficient. She took our input, offered suggestions and options and we ultimately booked a two week vacation almost a year ago. Of course in that time things change. The hotel in Cape Town undertook renovations during our planned stay. Laurette notified us, suggested a different nearby hotel and we were very happy with our stay. The airline we had booked stopped flying our route on Friday's which was the day we were to leave so we had to leave the US on Thursday. We had two months notice and one email to Laurette got us into the hotel a day earlier. One other reason we book through an in country agent is that if we have any type of issue they are in the same time zone so issues can be addressed promptly. Happily we had no issues. Our itinerary went off without a hitch and we had a wonderful time in Africa. The internet, email and services like Skype have shrunk the world. Consider that Pembury tours offers excellent personal service and will be right near by if any issue arises while in South Africa. We are satisfied customers.

An amazing African holiday thanks to Heidi and Pembury tours
My girlfriend and I returned from our 16 day African "holiday" nine days ago. Needless to say, we wish we were still there! I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful vacation. We spent time in 4 countries, slept in 7 locations, took 7 flights and had numerous transfers. All went seamlessly. We were consistently amazed by the beauty of Africa, its mountains and rivers, and certainly the animals. Our only regret is not having more time!
In addition, I'd like to recognize Heidi Bedford for all of her efforts. We started this process very late and had significant schedule restraints. Of course, we had lots of requests and were attempting to work on a budget. Heidi worked tirelessly to find the right accommodations and was always able to offer suggestions and alternatives. We were thrilled with the quality of the itinerary she put together. Heidi may be new to Pembury, but she's got a wealth of knowledge and is a tremendous asset to your company. Heidi was also instrumental in planning a special day for my girlfriend's birthday. I can't say enough kind words about our dealings with Heidi.
We truly felt that Pembury had our best interests and cared about our experience. Bottom line, if anyone asks about going to Africa, we'll be certain to recommend Pembury Tours.

An amazing lifetime South African experience
Laurette did a great job of organizing a wonderful trip to South Africa.
Everything went as planned, the accommodation booked was perfect. The transfers were on time and the drivers were just great people.
The tours were fantastic, a special mention to the people at Idube, who we had a great time with and who provided lifetime experiences and friendship.
We fell under the mythical spell of South Africa and all its wonderful sights, smells and people.
The trip was just perfect for the two weeks we had available and a big thank you to Laurette and Pembury Tours for making it such a magical holiday.
We do a lot of travelling and it is very rare for everything to go like clockwork but Laurette and the Pembury Tours team made it happen, which meant we could just relax and enjoy your magnificent country!
