This was a trip of a 60+ year lifetime
Communication and service were excellent. This was a custom tour that flowed like clockwork, with every pick up and driver being on time or early and promptly delivering us to our next site. The guides on the game drives were superb, both in their ability to spot game and in their knowledge about all different kinds of wildlife and birds. It far exceeded our highest expectations.

The Best Travel Agent ever for a Trip of a lifetime!
We found Heidi online from all the great reviews. Indeed, Heidi at Pembury Tour was efficient, responsive, honest and priced fairly. We arrived Cape Town with a welcome package detailing the tours, the flights, the pick up times, maps, even a glossary of the animals that we would see!
We did a private tour for our family of six. We started off with 5 nights in Cape Town, staying at the beautiful Table Bay Hotel. Heidi arranged for private tours for us (wine tour, city tour, Whale watching etc). We then flew to Kruger National Park, staying at 2 different lodges (Naledi and Arathusa- both excellent) for different safari experiences (seeing different animals with different landscapes). We then flew to Victoria Falls for 3 more nights. We did an amazing dinner cruise on the Zambezi River, walked the trail along the Falls and crossed the border for a day tour at Chobe National Park.
Heidi arranged the tours, the domestic flights, the hotels and all the very prompt transfers. Everything was meticulous. We would highly recommend Heidi and Pembury Tour!

Anya @ Pembury Tours is Great!
I worked with Anya on every aspect of my Safari, and I coudn't be happier. She followed my "must do" list and suggested several ingenious ways to accomplish them. In addition, I was offered several side quests that coincided with my list. Somehow, each step of the trip seemed to get better and better!
She responds with email and Skype/Facetime efficiently. When I was in Africa and felt unsure of the itinerary, Anya called me promptly to confirm dates and times. She is great!

Fantastic Experience - Great Communication, Attention to Detail and Follow Through!
We had a fantastic safari vacation in Zambia and Botswana, thanks in large part to Kerry's terrific communication and thorough attention to detail. I began planning this trip 18 months ago, and although I stated up front that I was still over a year away from the safari, Kerry followed up immediately, answered my numerous questions, and helped me put together an incredible 30th wedding anniversary trip for my husband and me. We stayed in three Sanctuary Retreats camps - Sussi & Chuma in Zambia, and Chobe Chilwero and Baines Camp in Botswana. All of our transfers were taken care of, and we experienced no issues whatsoever on our trip. She even arranged for a "guide" to get us through the Johannesburg airport when we connected through to Livingstone. It was unexpected and greatly appreciated! The camp guides were knowledgeable and friendly, the food was very good and our accommodations were just wonderful. And of course the wildlife was spectacular. We had thought this would be a "once in a lifetime" vacation, but we are certain we want to return, and when we do, we will book through Pembury Tours. Many thanks!!!

Honeymoon to Cape Town, Winelands, Kruger, and Victoria Falls
Heidi at Pembury Tours is the greatest! She was so helpful and quick with all responses in the planning process. She planned us the most amazing honeymoon. I am so glad we used this service because there’s no way I could have organised such a smooth and enjoyable trip on my own. We never once were left waiting on a transfer anywhere. All of our local guides were knowledgeable and respectful. And the safari was a once in a lifetime experience. We saw more incredible anaimals than we imagined possible. Gail Davis was AMAZING. I always plan my own trips but I am so glad that Gail was on board. I found Pembury just searching on the internet. I sent a request and she got back to me right away. Gail was very patient, as we did not commit right away. A trip of this magnitude takes thinking about. Gail was very respectful of our budget. All the accommodations were just what we needed and the safari location she choose for us was perfect. During our trip she was very accessible. We are from the U.S. so we had tons of questions from cultural to parking to restaurant recommendations. Gail answered them all in a timely fashion. We have a few very minor hiccups on the trip and Gail was more than happy to help (no trip is without them). The locations she choose for us to stay were is great spots of touring. She handled all the rental car "stuff" and made sure we had all our creature comforts. I would not hesitate to recommend Gail and Pembury tours.
