We had a dream trip thanks to Pembury Tours!
We are so pleased with the services provided by Pembury Tours. Our tour consultant was Anya Visser, and she couldn't have helped us more. Great communication, very professional and extremely helpful. She managed to efficiently organize all our trip requirements, in great hotels, with smooth transfers, and even gave us some recommendations of restaurants etc. We honestly couldn't be more satisfied so we would like to thank her for organizing one of the best trips of our life. We had the best holiday ever thanks to Pembury Tours!
We had a wonderful experience with Pembury Tours.
Our agent, Anya, took all our requirements in terms of timing, budgets & quality and organized a trip accross Southern Africa that was outstanding and of amazing value for money.
All the accomodations she had booked for us were amongst the best we've ever stayed with, and she made sure that we would get the best rooms and packages available for the money. The guides she had booked for us were also excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating.
In terms of logistics, our trip went as smoothly as you could hope: all our transfers were present on time, we were always provided with information when arriving in a new locations about our upcoming arrangments.
Finally, we also very much appreciated the little extras, for example, asking our lodge to plan a private surprise dinner for us as it was our anniversary. Very appreciated! Last but not least, Anya was also super responsive answering all our questions via email, and she adapted quickly and always found solutions to our needs.
We will highly recommend Pembury Tours to our friends and family!

Seamlessly amazing adventure crafted by Pembury Tours!!
Right off the bat, Tammy, with Pembury Tours, was extremely responsive and knowledgeable when planning our trip. She was conscious of our must haves and budget, also offering items we didn't even know you could do.
Upon arriving in Joburg, we were met at the gate by a representative, taken through customs quickly and efficiently then sent off to our first flight to Livingnstone. All legs of our trip happened this smoothly. Accommodations and food were awesome and all tours were incredible!! They did not miss a beat!! We would use them again in a heartbeat! We highly recommend Pembury Tours.

Customized Family Garden Route
We had a wonderful customized tour of the Garden Route put together by Anya. Anya kept us up-to-date on the tour booking and provided great feedback as we had questions or requested changes. We had several weather induced changes, which Anya was quick to modify the the quick to ensure we completed all the activities. The trip went beyond our expectations. The only issue we had was lack of communication with one of out hotels, Lawhill Luxury Apartments. Several messages were left with the hotel we never received. It was minor, but could have caused issues. It was nice having the rental car dropped off and easy to return. We did shark cage diving, whale watching, two game reserves, several National Parks (including Addo), and lots of sight seeing. Both game reserves were wonderful. Lalibela Game Reserve was great with extensive information and conservation. Our guide Sarah was super knowledgeable and had a great personality. The second game reserver, Kariega, was a bit more tourist, which was perfect for our kids. Max, our guide, was perfect for the kids he was entertaining and keep the kids extremely interested. The two game reserves was a perfect combination. This was a great trip for a family, it was well planned, had elements for both kids and adults, and kept a good pace to keep us going but not wears us out. Tammy at Pembury Tours Created the Perfect Experience for Us!
Our first time to Africa. Tammy at Pembury spent a lot of time to create the perfect itinerary for us. From the very start of communication with Tammy, to post trip follow up, Tammy was truly amazing. The lodging, Safari's, day trips, drivers, pickups, and communication with Tammy was excellent. Extremely Positive Review Though We Had to Cancel the Tour
This review of Pembury Tours is a bit different in that we had to cancel the tour due to a medical situation.
Planning and booking the tour with Heidi was very professional and went very smoothly. We are in the US and Heidi often answered her phone and e-mail after hours in SA. We were able to book the exact itinerary we wanted including both of the safari camps we had previously chosen as our top choices. The prices were very good.
The most exceptional component of our relationship with Heidi and Pembury Tours was after we canceled the tour. I expected to lose all of our deposit, however, upon cancellation, Heidi said that she would do what she could to get us a refund. She did a heck of a job because she was able to get us more than half of our deposit refunded to our credit card.
The Pembury Tours offerings are excellent and Heidi went above and beyond the call of duty in taking care of us. I highly recommend Pembury Tours and cannot recommend Heidi highly enough.

One of our most memorable experiences, which we will never forget.
Would like to commend Kerry Ririe for the amazing package she put together for us. Despite a big time difference, she responded to emails very promptly and made any necessary adjustments to suit or requirements. We would certainly recommend her to any of our friends planning Botswana safaris. The safari itself all ran like clockwork, with all transport arrangements arriving and leaving on time. The lodges were superb, with super friendly staff and amazing food. The driver / guides were all very knowledgeable and made every effort to show us as much animal life as was possible. The Safari booklet given to us at the start will become a valuable souvenir of our holiday.

Excellent Service
We chose Pembury because of the excellent reviews and so feel it only write to add our own.
From the initial plans to pulling together our bespoke initerary everything was handled very professionally.
In the end we booked but didn't go on our holiday due to personal circumstances.
Tammy couldn't have been more helpful or understanding about our situation and did everything to help ease the disappointment, including arranging a partial refund of our deposit.
When we are next thinking of booking we will definitely choose Pembury as the service has been exceptional.

Awesome. Melanie did a fabulous job!
We spent three nights in Victoria Falls, four nights at safari lodges ( eight game drives and saw the Big 5), four nights in Cape Town and a night in Franschhoek (wine country) . Everything went perfectly. Even the weather cooperated!
Melanie always responded to our emails promptly, we loved our hotels, our transfer drivers were always waiting for us on time at the airports and the guides throughout the trip were patient and knowledgeable. It was truly the trip of a lifetime.
