safari and Victoria falls.
I was introduced to laurette through the staff at lalibela game reserve to help with planning the second part of our first visit to South Africa. She has been amazing! Her organisation and communication has been second to none and although British airways changed one of our flights at the last minute which meant our connections didn't work she rebooked our flights and hotel without us having to do anything! We have had an amazing time. Thanks again Laurette.

Adventure of a Lifetime
From the very beginning, I knew we would use Pembury to book our 2 week Sabi Sands Safari/Capetown/Winelands/Victoria Falls vacation. Tammy responded within 24 hours to any and all of my questions in great detail, and customized our trip based on our desires. From beginning to end, our visit went off without a hitch - including our various transfers between hotels and airports, meals, and air travel. The pacing was also perfect for my husband and me - we felt we had ample time to rest in between activities and never felt rushed. Tammy booked our safari at Idube in Sabi Sands Game Reserve - an experience that exceeded our expectations. By day 1, we had seen the big 5, and each subsequent game drive was thrilling. If you are seeking expert advice and individualized attention for a private safari vacation (and not have to worry about details), I would recommend Pembury in a heartbeat!

The best of everything; hotels, travel, locations, most importantly, fantastically well organised
We originally planned to go in 2016, but we had to change plan quite late on and then reorganise. Throughout it all Laurette at Pembury could not have been more helpful. We have been on so many holidays over the years, but this has probably been our best. The mix of locations, hotels, travel arrangements, varied scenery, experiences, people, safari, wildlife, city, service..... This is mostly due to the highly experienced, professional service from Pembury. Laurette, quite simply, is a master at what she does.

We just got back from a trip to Zimbabwe and South Africa. I started planning this over a year ago with Kerry. Since we visited a number of places and we had a mix of wildlife and citylife as the focus of this trip, our itinerary had a number of moving pieces. Kerry took care of all aspects of this trip; be it an airport transfer, day tours with guides, safari bookings and air transfers. Everything that she helped plan was delightful. I am impressed with her excellent customer service skills, knowledge of the area and simply working patiently with clients to tailor the itinerary. The Trip of a Lifetime
I've been dreaming of a trip to Africa since I was a child, with great expectations, and I was not disappointed.
From the very first email to Pembury Tours, everything was handled promptly and completely. Our personal tour consultant, Tammy Harding, patiently answered every question we asked, researched areas we were interested in and provided us with the confidence to move forward with the trip. Our stays at the Sanctuary Camps in Botswana and Zambia were exceptional, from the knowledgeable guides, to the camp staff, to the daily drives and the outstanding meals. And, each time we moved from one camp to the next, friendly and competent employees were there to take and receive us. Everything went off without a hitch. This indeed was my trip of a lifetime! All tour arrangements met our expectations. Tour operators, drivers etc were punctual, courteous and helpful.
Accommodations were good and at Ngala tented safari camp and Simbambili were excellent. Included meals were top notch. And safaris exceeded expectations. We have excellent pictures of the big five and many more.

Just came back from our 10 days African experience. Heidi, our consultant, was beyond helpful to accommodate our wishes around our time and budget constraints. She is attentive and always responded in a timely manner to all our questions and changes requests. Every transfer, activities and accommodation was as described in the proposal. Tour guides were knowledgeable and professional, and the tours groups were only 4 people, almost private, for the most part. Thanks to Pembury's planning we covered a lot in the short time we had. Visiting Victoria Falls was a bonus and the two reserves she recommended were different but equally amazing. The lodge that she booked for us at Sabi Sands, Arathusa Lodge was excellent and a great way to finish our holiday. Great value for the money!

Excellent service and attention to every detail
I had the pleasure of working with Heidi Bedford. This was our first trip to Africa so I had tons of questions which she answered and then, based on what I wanted to see, planned the perfect trip for my husband and me! Every detail was handled, I was so confident in our transportation and lodging. She even arranged our airline tickets at my request. Trip of a lifetime to South Africa
Anya is one of the best travel partners one could ask for. Our flights got delayed, which meant we had to lose a day and cancellations/ postponements galore. But Anya had been super helpful, helping us manage all the disruptions. She managed to keep our morale high, by taking care of small details as well as the big revisions. She planned a perfect itinerary and was super responsive through out the trip. Every location we travelled had soemthing new to offer. Anya also helped us with additional things like where to shop, where to book tickets for skydivign etc. We kept buggering her with queries at times at late night and she always helped us out, no matter what. I am super impressed and super happy. 5 stars +
