Tammy at Pembury Tours Created the Perfect Experience for Us!
Our first time to Africa. Tammy at Pembury spent a lot of time to create the perfect itinerary for us. From the very start of communication with Tammy, to post trip follow up, Tammy was truly amazing. The lodging, Safari's, day trips, drivers, pickups, and communication with Tammy was excellent. We had a perfect trip to a country that was new to us thanks to Tammy. Thank you Tammy! You're amazing!

Customized Family Garden Route
We had a wonderful customized tour of the Garden Route put together by Anya. Anya kept us up-to-date on the tour booking and provided great feedback as we had questions or requested changes. We had several weather induced changes, which Anya was quick to modify the the quick to ensure we completed all the activities. The trip went beyond our expectations. The only issue we had was lack of communication with one of out hotels, Lawhill Luxury Apartments. Several messages were left with the hotel we never received. It was minor, but could have caused issues. It was nice having the rental car dropped off and easy to return. We did shark cage diving, whale watching, two game reserves, several National Parks (including Addo), and lots of sight seeing. Both game reserves were wonderful. Lalibela Game Reserve was great with extensive information and conservation. Our guide Sarah was super knowledgeable and had a great personality. The second game reserver, Kariega, was a bit more tourist, which was perfect for our kids. Max, our guide, was perfect for the kids he was entertaining and keep the kids extremely interested. The two game reserves was a perfect combination. This was a great trip for a family, it was well planned, had elements for both kids and adults, and kept a good pace to keep us going but not wears us out. Seamlessly amazing adventure crafted by Pembury Tours!!
Right off the bat, Tammy, with Pembury Tours, was extremely responsive and knowledgeable when planning our trip. She was conscious of our must haves and budget, also offering items we didn't even know you could do.
Upon arriving in Joburg, we were met at the gate by a representative, taken through customs quickly and efficiently then sent off to our first flight to Livingnstone. All legs of our trip happened this smoothly. Accommodations and food were awesome and all tours were incredible!! They did not miss a beat!! We would use them again in a heartbeat! We highly recommend Pembury Tours.

We had a wonderful experience with Pembury Tours.
Our agent, Anya, took all our requirements in terms of timing, budgets & quality and organized a trip accross Southern Africa that was outstanding and of amazing value for money.
All the accomodations she had booked for us were amongst the best we've ever stayed with, and she made sure that we would get the best rooms and packages available for the money. The guides she had booked for us were also excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating.
In terms of logistics, our trip went as smoothly as you could hope: all our transfers were present on time, we were always provided with information when arriving in a new locations about our upcoming arrangments.
Finally, we also very much appreciated the little extras, for example, asking our lodge to plan a private surprise dinner for us as it was our anniversary. Very appreciated! Last but not least, Anya was also super responsive answering all our questions via email, and she adapted quickly and always found solutions to our needs.
We will highly recommend Pembury Tours to our friends and family!

We are so pleased with the services provided by Pembury Tours. Our tour consultant was Anya Visser, and she couldn't have helped us more. Great communication, very professional and extremely helpful. Flawless and Transparent Planning & Execution by Kerry Ririe
We booked our custom trip with Kerry Ririe and it was the absolute best decision we could have made! She was an amazing resource for both education and customization throughout the planning process and even while we were on our trip. We were given many options in both price and activity level to choose from. She was very flexible throughout the process, constantly updating the itinerary as our choices evolved. Pricing was also very clear throughout, so no surprises at any point! Aside from the very responsive, helpful and efficient planning process, our 10 trip was unbelievable! We spent 10 days across Capetown, Kruger National Park (Sabi Sabi) and Livingstone (Victoria Falls). It was everything we could have hoped for and more. Tammy Harding was our travel consultant from Pembury Tours. She provided great advice about the travel options we could explore and was responsive to both the timing and cost of these proposed options.
She got back to us without fail within 1-2 days of receiving every one of our e-mails.
The accommodation booked at Victoria Falls, Hazyview, and Sabi Sands suited our needs and our budget and made our trip all that more memorable.

Exceptional
It is when problems arise that you can best judge service. We missed our international flight due to fog at a connecting airport in Australia. Pembury's response was exceptional. They promptly re-organised our itinerary and got us back on track. They covered the extra costs until we got back and told us not to worry, just enjoy the trip which we very much did. A great family holiday with great back up from a very professional travel agent. I would highly recommend them to any and all travelers.
