Could not have been better
Cannot thank Melanie at Pembury tours. Booked a 2 week trip to South Africa with very little knowledge of the country.. the hotels chosen were fabulous and the Safari at lalibella was exactly matched to our needs. We met the staff along the way and all delightful. Even after we were back minor issues were still being sorted. So I cannot recommend them highly enough and will reuse them for our next African adventure

Excellent service
We booked our South Africa tours with Pembury Tours starting End of December up to 4th of Jan, our Tour Operator Kerry Riree did a fantastic job and tailor-made our points of interest for the trip, she provided much detailed information about the kind of activities we are interested and also suggested a few places that proved to be simply fantastic and memorable. The planning and logistics were so precise like clockwork and best part of all was that we were being contacted by Kerry at every point after reaching a new destination, just to ensure that we were safe and also to reconfirm that everything went as planned and that we did not have any problems. She ensured that we were booked in the best accommodation and managed the two safari tours….. We had a memorable trip to South Africa and I would like to take this opportunity to express a big “Thank You” to Kerry and Pembury Tours for their fantastic service and will surely book our next trip through them very soon.

Kerry at Pembury took amazing care of us in curating a 30 day trip of a lifetime!
My wife and I are extensive travelers but this was our first experience requiring an agent to assist us and it was the best decision ever! Kerry took great care to help us create a tour of a lifetime. She helped us plan out an extended trip that covered Southern and Eastern Africa. The properties and operators she chose for us were excellent and very professional. At all times Kerry was in contact with us and responded very quickly to any questions or needs we had. Transfers between camps, air travel and connections were absolutely seamless. The overall experience was amazing and the memories are priceless. I can’t recommend Kerry and Pembury Tours enough!

Very Good, Excellent!
I just returned from an amazing trip to Namibia in March 2023. The schedule and all the planning suggestions for local flights, land transportation and tour guides as well as lodging were made by Tammy Harding at Pembury Tours who provided excellent service. My experience in Namibia went smoothly without a glitch and all the suggestions and arrangements made by Tammy were excellent. What a great place to visit!

Incredibly thoughtful and kind- Heidi at Pembury tours made our dreams come true!
My husband and I just got back from a two week vacation to Zimbabwe and South Africa and all I can say is- wow! We had such an incredible time and it is all thanks to Heidi at Pembury tours. From the very minute we arrived everything was taken care of. This was our first major international travel and we were both a little nervous, but Heidi thought of everything and we were so comfortable. Every transfer, excursion, meal, and accommodation was perfectly thought out and the service was always 5 stars. Heidi did a great job of balancing the list of things I told her we wanted to do, while also adding some of her own fantastic suggestions. She even booked us an amazing dinner for my husbands birthday! Kerry’s fantastic and helped make my trip of a lifetime come true!
From my first email to Pembury Tours over a span of 11 months, Kerry has always been incredibly courteous, responsive and accommodating. I had very specific game reserves in mind while planning a trip to Sabi Sand in S. Africa + Cape Town, and Kerry/Pembury was the only travel agent who was willing to work with my suggestion & budget instead of highly recommending other reserves/location. During the trip on a Saturday, my husband accidentally dropped his phone in the airport transport’s car, and Kerry quickly helped us to contact the driver to retrieve the phone. I would highly recommend Kerry and appreciate all of her help in making this incredible trip come true.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in South Africa. A 3 week trip from Cape Town, down the Southern Cape and onto the garden route, ending with a wonderful 5 day safari at Madikwe National Park.
It was a memorable trip, incredibly well organised by Anya at Pembury Tours. Her knowledge and understanding of what we wanted was great and we thank her for her patience in making this such a special trip.
Everything went so smoothly and even when our internal flight was cancelled going to Johannesburg for our safari, Anya was on hand to rearrange, help us switch flights and “hot foot” us through the airport on our arrival, so we didn’t miss a day of our safari - and this was on a Sunday!
We would have no hesitation in recommending Pembury Tours.
I should add that we live in the Channel Islands!

Simply the Best!
During 17 days (28/Apr-14/May 2023), a Group of 9 people from Portugal have joined a tailor made trip developed by myself and Ms. Heidi Bedford, from Cape Town to Johannesburg, crossing the Winery lands, Garden Route, Knysna, Port Elizabeth, Chintsa beaches, Drakensberg Mountains (Lesotho), Durban, St. Lucia, Eswatini and Kruger NP.
We are travelling a lot, but for the 1st time, I have the "necessity" to send our feedback in order to point out our tremendous satisfaction with "Pembury Tours" and namely, the Senior Tour Consultant, Ms. Heidi Bedford!!!
Since our first contact, already in February this year, till several days after the end of our tour, Heidi was an amazing person in supporting us and doing everything possible to give us a great and unique experience. We will never forget her top professionalism, kindness and dedication to our satisfaction!
Now, after the end of the tour we realize 100%, how valuable were her suggestions and tips, in fact she knows the "ground" and she is very attentive in order to introduce us the best "value for money" options.

Anya pleasantly answered many questions, was thorough, courteous, thoughtful, and very helpful.

Had the best experience working with Anya!! She went above and beyond to help us plan and book the most memorable trip to Cape Town and Sabi Sands. Planning the trip with her was super convenient - she was always available to answer questions on email/whatsapp and even spent a lot of time with us on the phone. The logistics were planned in detail and Anya was constantly checking in with us to ensure everything was smooth.
