Incredible Greater Kruger/Botswana/Victoria Falls/Okavango Delta Independent Safari
Kerry @ Pembury Tours helped us arrange a fantastic independent game viewing trip that was affordable and exciting. She worked with us over several months, finding great camps and accommodations to suit our individual preferences . . . lots of wildlife/fishing/birdwatching. She booked all the internal flights and a car rental so we could make good connections and make the best use of our time. We emailed frequently, and Kerry was flexible and easily made changes to the itinerary so we could visit all the areas we wanted to see, including Victoria Falls, in a logical sequence. And, when there was a problem with a booking at Kruger National Park, Kerry went above and beyond, and called them daily to see if an opening occurred, and she was able to book the Rest Camp we wanted. Notten's Bush Camp was spectacular, and we loved Simbavati, Chobe Safari Lodge, Pom Pom Camp and Kruger National Park. This was our second time booking a tailor made tour with Kerry and Pembury Tours, and we have enjoyed it so much, we want to go a third time. We will call on Kerry again the next time we travel to Africa!

Smooth as Silk - 3 lodges in 7 days - Kruger and SabiSands
Having once been ripped off by a tour company I always have reservations about booking through companies I don't know. Not having Pembury on TripAdvisor therefore worried me a little as I couldn't check out the reviews, good and bad.
I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Everything from selecting the accommodation to actually travelling around South Africa was just perfect. The freedom to select from a range of lodges makes you feel as if you're doing it all yourself, but without the hassle. Once in South Africa everything went like clockwork, pickup from the airport, internal flights, transfers between lodges, the lodges themselves..........everything was wonderful.
Thank you Kerry for all your hard work in putting this together and making it a most memorable experience.
p.s The wildlife sightings from all the lodges ( Simbavati, Nottens and Idube) were unbelievable! I've never seen better.

Excellent Customised Tour by Brilliant Travel Consultant
We had never used a travel agent before, as I always conduct the research and make the bookings. While researching Cape Town, Safari & Vic Falls I found a Pembury Tour that visited all 3, so sent an enquiry. Received an almost immediate reply that a travel consultant would contact us directly. Kerry Kirie contacted us, working to develop a customised itinerary.
Extremely satisfied with the service, we contacted 2 others for similar quotes, but Kerry's level of service was vastly superior to the others, so we went with Pembury.
The level of detail included in the planning is exceptional, which resulted in the entire tour taking place without a hitch. Kerry provides a detailed itinerary by email and then delivers a detailed package at the initial airport pick-up. The package incudes vouchers for all services - hotels, tours, transport, etc should there be any conflict over whether it is pre-paid. We never required any of the vouchers. She also included an excellent booklet she compiled providing information on our various stops. This was invaluable and was well used.
All transports arrived on time, all vehicles were reasonably new and drivers were very safe, considerate and informative. With the exception of the Royal Livingstone, all hotel were good to exceptional.
Kerry and Pembury also encourage feedback and take said feedback seriously to improve their level of service to future customers.

Excellent trip arrangement, every detail was as planned.
The customer service from our travel consultant Kerry Ririe was great. We request for a quotation and next day Pembury Tours replied to us. We changed twice our travel dates and Kerry was really kind to check with lodges for the dates changed. The tour was customized as per our requirements and when we arrived to the safari, this was exactly as planned and transfers/lodges well organized. I really recommend to book with Pembury Tours especially if you are 1st time traveller to a safari like us, they will arrange everything and you just have to care of having fun.

We will never travel SA without Pembury !
As we traveled SA with a honeymoon itinery from Pembury in 2013 (Garden Route) and were more than satisfied we decided to come back in 2014 and travel from Cape Town to the Kalahari and back. It was an awesome and unique trip again and we were really satisfied.
Communication with Kerry was very easy and prompt via email, so was the payment.

Adventure Honeymoon 2 years in the making!
Having never used and agency to book a vacation, I was unsure of what to expect; but not having any experience traveling in Africa, we decided it would be good to find some experts. Kerry at Pembury Tours is just that! She helped us choose the perfect locations throughout Africa that both allowed us to stay on budget and to see and do exactly what we wanted! After 2 years planning (and many, many changes in itinerary due to our indecisiveness) we had to most perfect honeymoon! Kerry walked us through the seemingly endless options and helped us choose what turned out to be places and adventures seemingly designed for us. The trip was made exceptionally easy and went off without a hitch! We couldn’t be happier with Kerry and Pembury Tours; we couldn't have had this trip of a lifetime without them!

Everything was top notch. Susan communicated with us throughout our plans, including air fare, tipping, travel tips, lodging, attire...... The service was beyond belief! We felt like royalty. Extraordinary
From the beginning to end Pembury Tours was amazing in helping me plan an unforgettable holiday in SA. From giving recommendations, scheduling and answering all questions they helped me every step of the way. We just wrapped up the best holiday of our life in the most amazing country I have ever discovered. My tour organizer was Kerry and she went above and beyond for me from day 1. I highly recommend Pembury Tours to help plan your holiday in SA. I also highly recommend a Safari at Arathusa Sabi Sands, this place was a hidden paradise perfect for a traveling couple to escape.
