Great experience with this company! Went on a 3 night safari
We worked with Heidi who was amazing! We are a newly married couple in our 30's. When we landed in Jburg we had a handmade bag with a package inside that held our itinerary for Kruger and Blyde river canyon. I wanted to go on a 3 day safari and all she did was ask me me what my price range was and then she made things happen. I learned of a few other lodges that she didn't mention and she adjusted my itinerary so I stayed where i wanted. We also asked her to add on a day trip to Blyde River Canyon's Panarama route and she got us a guy to drive us there and then drop us off at a hotel where Zebra's roam around and drink out of the swimming pool ( that was the lodge I found though, but she booked it without question for us) She didn't try to get us to go over our budget and she was very quick to respond to every question I had, and I had A LOT. everything was great. I think you would have a great Trip if you book through Pembury.

Excellent guides, wonderfull located lodges and friendly people, prior accompagnement
Our trip was very personal managed, welcome and every treat during our trip was pico bello, transportation between different locations . Tammy 's communication in advance of our journey was top. She choosed 3 ecellent lodges , where the different activities: gamedrives, boattrips, helicopterflights, footsafari were very good arranged. Food and beverage were toplevel. Also very good that we stayed mimimum 3 nights in every location.

Everything we expected and more!!
We contacted Heidi at Pembury Tours to help us organize a select part of our South African Journey. We arranged to Skype Heidi at a time that would work for both parties, not easy with a 9 hour time difference. She quickly understood what we required for our safari bookings and made many helpful suggestions. Heidi arranged all our safaris accommodations and transfers, we did our own flight bookings. Everything went without a single glitch! We were very happy with the companies she chose for our transfers, they were always on time, extremely pleasant and we always felt safe! Her recommendations for accommodations for our safari's were excellent, we loved everything about our experience! Tammy Harding was brilliant. She communicates very well and is approachable and understanding of the needs of pensioners to consider their budgets, while still finding fabulous accommodation.
We know South Africa and were doing a self-drive tour in a non rental car. Tammy provided excellent directions to our accommodation, the length of time required to travel to each new destination as well as ideas of the things of special interest - so useful. We couldn't have asked for more and will be recommending her excellent services to any of our friends or acquaintances who propose to travel to South Africa.

Kerry helped me in planning a trip to Victoria Falls and South Africa, responding very promptly to all my questions. She arranged all the accomodations, transfers and tours, and booked the national flights. Accomodations were superb, transfers and tours well coordinated. A reliable tour agency and very good planning of our itinerary by Ms Laurette of Pembury
We are a group of 12 seniors from Singapore just back from an exhilarating 15 days tour of South Africa, Safari Parks and Victoria Falls. Our itinerary was initiated by us but Ms Laurette of Pembury has given lots of input and suggestions on the feasibility. During the 6 months of preparation , Ms Laurette has promptly and patiently responded to our enquiry. When the final countdown on 24/2 our anxieties were relieved, every thing went without a single glitch that include different countries transfers, tour guides, games drives, restaurants booking etc. We thank you Laurette for the wonderful and hardworking attituude. An absolute trip of a lifetime! Thanks Kerry!
It had been a dream of mine for years to do an African safari. Our trip did one better by adding Victoria Falls, Cape Town and Franschhoek. Kerry put the perfect together for our group of 4 (2 couples). We had the excitement of Vic Falls with the microflight and swim at Livingstone Island to the exhilaration of hiking up Table Mountain to the absolute joy of safari. (Special highlight here was Notten’s Bush Camp – try to go there at all costs!) To end this trip perfectly we had 3 lovely days in wine country. All transfers went off without a hitch. All guides were tremendous. The accommodations were terrific and the experience was seamless.
I had such high expectations for this trip and they were exceeded. I have traveled extensively and this trip stands at the top alone. Thanks so much Kerry for your diligence, patience and expertise putting together and executing my trip of a lifetime!

We had a fantastic 14 day trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe with Pembury.
The communication from the start was great, with a lovely lady called Kerry. We emailed back and forth for over a year while she planned our safari. Kerry followed up on all my queries and provided fantastic service.
When I had an enquiry about the booking she would respond quickly and no longer than within 12-24 hours.
I was very impressed with how seamlessly we were able to travel and could rely on someone to always be there to pick us up and help through every process. All the accommodations exceeded our expectations and the sights we saw were amazing!

Anya Visser is the BEST! She made our trip amazing and special.
During my entire life I never need a tour company. But, I tried to DIY my safari and found it impossible due to the complexity. Surfing the web I found Pembury Tours. And, I started a "conversation" with Anya about what we wanted. She made a proposal. We requested a few changes. Anya listened, and considered what we wanted, and made a second proposal. On paper it looked great.
Then, once the safari started (we went to three lodges) Anya's plan exceeded all my expectations. Drivers were where they were should have been. The lodges were great. All the logistics went off flawlessly. We had absolutely nothing to worry about but having fun.
