Easy to work with, was quick to tailor our Safari to what we wanted, great results
Kerry was quick to respond to our questions as we sought to narrow down our options. The itinerary quickly came together to match our days available and what we wanted to do while in South Africa. We loved each of the lodges we stayed at. Kerry was available every step of the way, from planning, to confirmation, to logistics while we were in the country. And it was so nice being met when we arrived at the airport and having every detail worked out from where we were staying and getting from place to place throughout the week we were there. Never had to worry about a thing--the perfect vacation. In addition, the lodge operators knew our preferences without us even having to say a thing. Would gladly work with Kerry and Pembury Tours again.

Efficient, knowledgable and friendly, excellent company to work with.
After a great deal of online research, we approached Pembury Tours and asked them to arrange a South African safari trip for us. Tammy quickly responded to our message and started working on our trip. We told her our budget and our particular interests and she did the rest. She put together several proposals and from that, we finally came up with a superb trip to four different safari destinations. Tammy arranged everything perfectly, the lodges she suggested were excellent and all of the road and internal air transfers worked seamlessly. We didn’t have to worry about anything while we were away, Tammy had given us her contact details and was available at any time should we have any problems or queries.
We would highly recommend Pembury Tours for their excellent customer service and would like to thank Tammy in particular for all her help in planning a wonderful trip to South Africa. We hope to work again with Pembury Tours in the future.

Heidi Pembury at Pembury was an excellent agent. Would use her again without question.
The tour arranged by Heidi at Pembury was outstanding. She interpreted our level of expectations and delivered spot on.

Each of the places she booked for hotels, boutique inns and safara lodge exceeded our expectations and were first class.

Even though we are UK based and Pembury Tours are based in South Africa, the liaison and interaction between Pembury Tours and ourselves was brilliant from start to finish. We were able to provide an outline scope and budget for the holiday from which Anya (our superb Pembury agent) was able to suggest and create the exact holiday we wanted. Keeping us informed at each stage of the process, we were able to work with Pembury to tailor the itinerary to suit our specific needs. Then I had a camera melt down and Heidi was able to get parts and have the pick up driver deliver to me. Phew! talk about over and above service!!

Kerry Ririe organised my itinerary to perfection, and updated it a few times because of COVID.
My brother and sister-in-law recommended Kerry at Pembury Tours to me because they were so pleased with their holiday, and I am very glad they did!!
Kerry organised my tour in 2019, including everything in my itinerary that I had said I wanted to see. On the morning of the day I was meant to leave, the impact of COVID hit and my cruise to Cape Town from Australia was cancelled, through no fault of Kerry's.
My itinerary had to be reorganised a few times, as successive postponements were necessary due to the duration of COVID. Kerry reorganised these with professionalism, and I was finally able to travel 2½ years later. My holiday went smoothly, including a change of one meeting point at very short notice due to track work, arranged by Kerry while I was on the superb ROVOS train. Each transfer and guide was on time or early, and I never had a moment's anxiety. My driver and guide in Johannesburg made it easy to see that fascinating city and surrounds, including the sites commemorating the life of Nelson Mandela, and the 3 hours return drive to the Black Rhino Game Reserve in Pilanesburg. Black Rhino had been recommended by an ex-pat South African friend in my home town in Australia, and I wasn't disappointed. I also stayed at the fabulous olde-worlde Victoria Falls Hotel, and on the Chobe Princess on the border of Namibia and Botswana which my brother and sister-in-law had enjoyed.
The standard of hotels was excellent and they were conveniently located, particularly in Cape Town where I could safely walk to the V & A Waterfront in 5 minutes, and had a view of Table Mountain from my room.
I recommend Kerry and Pembury Tours with total confidence that your holiday will exceed your expectations!

Perfection
This trip to Africa was a childhood dream and 50 years later I finally made it. I could never have planned this trip without Tammy Harding. She not only had to put this trip together once but twice. Originally scheduled for 2020 which had to be postponed & again in 2022. She was amazing. Followed me through my whole trip. Checked us in with our flights when I had no access and was there every step of the trip when we needed her. She made sure we were taken care of in any way we needed. I felt safe knowing she was there to help if we needed it. Her response was always immediate and I will be forever grateful to her for making this experience the trip of my lifetime. Tammy Harding & Pembury Tours made my childhood dream a reality. It was an experience my daughter & I will remember forever.
