Excellent and very friendly team.
The whole team of ACZ were good and friendly during our visit to Kenya last week. Our tour guide Mr. John is very funny and knows exactly where to spot the animals! Thanks to him we have some amazing pictures and memories to carry. Joshua is an excellent co-coordinator and will be available always to answer your questions. Hope to avail their services again in future.
Scope for improvements:
The lunch arranged during game drive can be better.

I loved this tour. It was everything and more! It was one of the best experiences Ive ever had!
My tour guide Richie made my experience! I saw the big 5 the ugly 5 YOU NAME IT. They are so kind and accommodating. After the safari it felt like I had a second family in Kenya. It was indescribable and the best service. I cannot recommend this safari ENOUGH!

Fantastic beyond words, well apart from these. We had a fantastic time
Can not recommend these people enough . We were met at the airport by cheerful helpful guys took us to the lodges . We spent a week being looked after by their staff. It was magic. Very punctual.very polite. Could answer all questions. Knew every bird and animal. Their staff tried their very best to help us to see every thing. Honestly can't recommend this firm enough and would use them again. Thank u so much

amazing bang for your buck
Staff maintained good communication before the trip and picked me up at the said time. The guide and driver was great and answered all our questions. Accommodation isn't five stars but more than enough. I heard elephants trumpeting at night! We saw all the big five and more than once. It was incredible.

My recent trip with this tour operator was absolutely phenomenon- magical African adventure
The commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction of the operator was palpable during the entire trip. I mean; besides the standard itinerary offered, the tour operator outdid itself by going designing a customized itinerary for my wife and I by considering our very unique needs at every step right from the actual booking, the trip itself and our departure. The communication, service as well as the safari itself was beyond our expectations. Well done ACZs safaris. I have never met a team that is so dedicated to servicing its diverse clientele like you did guys! Simply awesome. I my books you have a 10 star rating.

ACZ Safaris was excellent choice for 3 days Masai Mara
First of all email communication with Joshua was very clear and he answered all my questions, then he personally picked us up at our place in Nairobi, also dropped off after safari.
Our driver James Gichina was great guide and his driving skills were famous, he found always perfect spot for us to make clear pictures of all animals and interesting information about them, also thanks to him we saw all BIG 5, great job James. We can recommend ACZ safaris and James as driver/guide with confidence for great fun and adventure.
We were at Rhino camp, it is not a 5 star accommodation but room was clean, also bedding, hot shower and that is all we needed for 2 nights during safari.

Awesome!
It was a awesome trip! Joshua came to pickup us ontime and gave us 3 boxes of water for 4 days trip:) Our tour guy name "James" were super well organized and nice, always answer all the questions that we had and try very hard to drive us around to find the big 5! 21 days of outstanding adventure in my home country Kenya
First I take this opportunity to thank the ACZ safaris team for their outstanding professionalism throughout the entire process. I have traveled before but I never had such a smooth process from the first email which was replied in a few second to the drop off to my residence in Kenya.
I have been working abroad for five years without a chance to travel to my homeland, Kenya hence when I got a chance to come home this year all I thought was to travel throughout the country with my family.
It started with a single email which was replied by John. I didn't know where exactly to start so it was a little awkward but John worked miracles with the little information I provided intact he just asked how many days I would like to spent in Kenya and within a few minutes he sent a couple of itineraries with different quotes.
I chose one that took me to the famous Masai Mara, mt kenya, Sweetwaters in Nanyuki, lake Nakuru, Lake Bogoria and Baringo Amboseli Tsavo East, lake Naivasha, Samburu and many other places without forgetting the magnificent Diani beach in Mombasa.
The guide was knowledgeable and they chose very good accommodations based on out budget. I am glad I chose them even after reading one bad review about them. I was also disturbed by the fact I had to pay upfront through PayPal however they had other payment options. I don't regret taking this risk as John told me it helped in preparing a smooth process.
Once I go back to work in October I will recommend them to my colleagues and I will be back soon. Thank you so much team ACZ safaris.

A once in a lifetime experience!
The initial correspondence with the tour operator Joshua was very good - efficient and professional, as well as informative! Making sure that the tour fitted our needs and payment through PayPal was very easy!
On the day, Joshua met us at the specified location as agreed, and was very friendly. He introduced us to our guide and driver and told us he would meet us again on our arrival back to Nairobi.
Our guide and driver, James, was incredible! His knowledge of the Masai Mara and its animals was astounding - every question we asked him, he knew the answer to. Throughout the 3 day safari, he made huge efforts to locate the different animals using the CB radio to communicate with fellow guides. We ended up seeing 4 of the 'big 5', including a rhino, which is incredibly rare!
The accommodation and food was really impressive and well organised, as was the whole experience. A bonus visit to the Masai Village was humbling and a truly unique experience, and for a very reasonable additional cost!
Upon return to Nairobi, Joshua met us as he had said he would and took time to accompany us to various places around the city, helping us to arrange our immediate future plans!
A fantastic company, fantastic experience and a fantastic review well deserved! Would highly recommend!

Safari Adventure was not quite what I expected. The housing was primitive and unacceptable.
The communications were average the service was very poor the tents were absolutely terrible. No hot water for 3 days no way to flush the toilet. Could not take a shower for 3 days

Sorry for the misfortunes, we communicated with the camp's management and they agreed to discipline their staff who mistreated you. They have also promised to repair their tents. We also request you to always raise these kind of grievances to the contact person as soon as you experience such so that it can be corrected. We take full responsibility for this and promise that this will not happen in future.
