Bonfire Exceeded my expectations
This agent not only did for me a special package but kept on checking on me throughout my safari .
Our guide James took us through history of Maasai mara and all information about animals.
He was very knowledgable and also interesting. Maasai village was the highlight and Bush breakfast at Emayian luxury camp.
The maasai dancing was very good.
We will come back to Kenya with our friends .
Shukrani Emayian
Thanks James
Professional and courteous tour operator.
We enjoyed our drive in the Nairobi National park. I would recommend other to use Bonfire Adventure services.

Dependable and Memorable Travels
From forming a good rapport to exploring all the available options, Bonfire, through Kibe, managed to customise a memorable birthday experience.
The attention to details and real time feedback made it easy to make decisions and facilitate payments.
Quite a hands-on team ready to assist and make the stay blissful.

Our guide was amazing
James was an excellent tour guide. Through him we were able to see every animal we could possibly come across. He provided great insight on the history of the land and animals. The whole experience was fantastic, i cant recommend it enough to others (if you go, ask for James!)

Very proficient, good communication and easy to book
Book a 2 day safari from to Tsavo East with pick up and drop off at Sarova Whitesands in Mombasa.
Trip was booked via Whats ap from England and my contact was Phyllis at Bonfire.
Everything went smoothly including payment which we could do in instalments.
Had a great driver very knowledgeable and saw alot of animals. Stayed at Voi lodge which was lovely especially seeing so many elephants at night whilst having dinner. A truly wonderful experience

Smooth booking but tour guide was very unprofessional.
Booking process with Denise was very well done but this is just the tip of an iceberg to have an enjoyable safari.
Day one - our tour guide was extremely late. He advised us to arrive at pickup location at 6.30 am but didn't arrive till past 8am. Worse, we couldn't reach him on contact provided by Born Fire. The guides lack of professionalism was evident right away since he got into it with one of the tourists stemming from frustration of waiting on pickup.
I didn't feel safe riding on the Land Cruiser after the guide explained his late arrival was due to fact that he had arrived at Nairobi city same morning following a seven day tour from Mombasa

My opinion is you better use another travel agency.
It was our first time in dubi and When we arrived we were dropped off at the hotel and left to check in the hotel by ourselves. We had a tour for the day we checked in even though we were extremely tired and ended up missing the tour since noone came to the reception to call us down. They just whatsapp you ( yet the hotels wifi was very slow so we received these messages very late) They only wait for you 20 min and leave you .
The second and third tour guides were really good. Congrats to them. The company only gave us activities for the first two days and left the other 4 unattended. During drop off to the airport on our departure we were left to navigate on our own until we reach our take off gate. Generally won't go with them again. I rather book for myself amd go alone. No difference.

Unprofessional travel agency
The travel agent I had did not pay attention to details, she got me mixed up with another client which caused delays in payment. Bonfire does not accept credit card payment from foreign travelers, agent also gave me wrong information about Safari itinerary over a phone call, may be that’s the reason why she did not send me an itinerary. I would not recommend Bonfire Adventures to foreigners who live outside of Kenya.
