I don't know how to describe Dennis Kibe. He is always there to advice you when you need to travel and pick calls at odd hours.His support is on another level always checking on your departure and arrival and the stay on the hotel. If you need to travel Call Bonfire and ask for Kibe!You will never regret

Flexible
I was impressed with bonfire's flexibility. At some point my guest's flight from London delayed with a whole 24hr, I just made a call to request my hotel booking to be moved to the next day. In just a few minutes the booking had been changed at no extra costs.

Consistent Awesomeness
I have booked several trips with Bonfire and every time Dennis Kibe has given great service.
For this particular trip, we stayed at Saltlick Lodge in Taita Hills. It was fantastic. The entire trip was taken care of in terms of planning so we had no stress, the SGR tickets were booked well in advance, the hotel transfer went very well (picked and dropped - Voi Terminus), the complimentary game drives were well communicated, the room selection was great and as per our request, all in all Dennis made sure we were well prepared and well take care of during the trip. All we had to do was be there and enjoy the break.

Awesome, great experience
The hotel selection was awesome, the taxi riders where punctual patient,warm and welcoming. The agent guy Kibe was kind. Always checking up on us,to find out if we had a safe stay and journey. It was an awesome experience with Bonfire. Masaai Mara is my next holiday destination. Bonfire through Kibe is my choice
