Amazing experience!
My husband and I had an unbelievable experience on our 16 day trip to South Africa and to Zimbabwe. Mike took care of everything - every connection, pick up, guide, and reservation was flawlessly taken care of and seamlessly executed. He was efficient, readily available by email and phone, and all of his hotels, tips and safari lodge recommendations were excellent. We are veteran travellers, but this was our first trip to Africa. Exceptional first family trip to Africa -well-designed itinerary and every detail looked after.
Michael's responsiveness and attention to detail gave us great confidence as we planned a first time African (Kenya and Tanzania) trip for 4 - 2 adults/2 young adults. From the itinerary and lodges recommended, to transfers and logistics Micheal created a superb experience- better than those we met who had dealt directly with on the ground operators in Africa. . Safari Perfection Full of Amazing Surprises!
Mike Haines is a true professional. And there is no one else with his intimate & extensive knowledge of prime African game viewing regions in the GTA, Ontario or possibly even the country. Perfection in Kenya 2023
Mike Haines (Safari & Company) has done it again! This is the second amazing trip he has put together flawlessly, first was in Tanzania in 2019 (17 days) and now in Kenya 2023 (21 days). When you are on safari you are reliant on your agent to have thought and planned everything out, not only does he do this flawlessly from the minute you land he finds ways to truly provide service above your expectations. The people he works with in the countries you visit are professional but more importantly warm, engaging, and caring individuals which ensures a wonderful time – always leaving with more friends than you landed with.
