Awesome
These people get it. You are in great hands. They can be trusted. We asked for a special detour to see Impalila Island - which requires another border crossing. We had very little time, and we knew that, but they made it happen!! We were pretty amazed as they navigated us through Zambia, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Botswana —- all in 1 day! - so unreal.
We will use these folks wherever and whenever we possibly can.

Don’t look further!
My friend and myself just finished the 8-Day Victoria Falls, Chobe NP and Okavango Delta Tour with Webster on Christmas Eve while the enquiry was handled by Owen 6 months ago.
Throughout the process and trip, both Owen and Webster were professional, accommodating and very friendly.
Despite the fact that all the activities were outsourced, we enjoyed particularly the spectacular Victoria Falls National Park and the Full-Day Safari and Early Morning Drive in Chobe National Park where we saw the big five, with the exception of the rhino. This is in addition to other animals like the hippo, giraffe, impala, hyena and others.
As for the accommodation, we enjoyed Chobe Safari Lodge as the safari room was huge, there was a pool to soak after a long day, 2 excellent restaurants (ala carte and buffet dinner) to choose from and not forgetting breakfast with sparkling wine to start the day.
Though it was not clear on a few days if all meals were included with the use of HB/HB+ instead of FB/FB+ in the itinerary, this was duly sorted out by Webster. There was also a slight delay of our journey on day 6, this was rectified with a service recovery lunch and apologies from him.
All in all, do enjoy yourself and most importantly, manage your expectations as you embark on your next amazing journey with him.
Note: A friendly tip that the Elephant Sands Lodge do not have air conditioning but the stay was still ok with the morning chirping of birds at 5am and how they kept themselves busy with their nests at the restaurant area where breakfast was served.

A memorable experience.
We did the 8-day Victoria Falls, Chobe NP and Okavango Delta Safari and had the most amazing time. Everything was exactly as described in the itinerary and it all went off without a problem.
We loved the variety of experiences this Safari offered: game drives, flat bottom dugouts in the delta, river cruises on the Zambezi and small boat trips. The guides were always knowledgeable and friendly.
The accommodation was comfortable and even quite luxurious. The stay in Elephant Sands, with elephants wandering about so close to you, was a highlight. All the food was tasty and plentiful in all three accommodations.
We did the optional helicopter flights in both Victoria Falls and Okavango Delta before we did the on-ground tours and would recommend them. It provided another perspective and also gave more understanding of your ground experience.
We saw so many animals, insects and plant life. And all so close! We saw everything we had hoped to see except a leopard, which is notoriously difficult to find.
Flying into Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and out of Maun in Botswana meant that we didn’t have too much time on the road – 31/2 hours was the longest drive.
Thank you to Webster, Owen and team for a memorable experience.

Family holiday Hwange National Park, Victoria Falls & Chobe National Park hosted by Webster Musaidzi
The first thing that I need to mention is how overwhelmingly honest my dealing with Webster was. We had this trip planned several years earlier and had to cancel, Webster took care of your paid money and the security of our money was never in doubt! When we finally got to re-book the trip Webster immediately discounted our trip appropriately. To me this sums up the integrity and honesty of Webster.
After this the trip all went perfectly to plan and ran smooth as clockwork. Our time was full, busy and interesting. All our accommodation was at a great level including our overnight camping in the bush.
The whole family enjoyed the time spent with Webster and I would totally recommend his services and when I return to Vic Falls soon, I will certainly be using the services of Webster and DK Tours and Safaris for my booking and planning. I have had quite a lot of dealings with Webster now at the start by e-mail and then in person. I have really enjoyed all my interactions with him and consider him a friend.
Vic Falls is a wonderful place to visit, I would thoroughly recommend everybody visit at least once. I have been there 3 times now and it holds a special place in my heart!

Excellent service and value for money
As always, DK Tours has exceeded my expectations as the go to tourism company for a wholesome safari/vacation experience in Zimbabwe and Botswana. This is an account of my most recent visit from May 29 -June 5, 2022. This is a very long review and l hope it’s reassuring if you are having doubts about booking with DK Tours :)
Day 1: The trip started with an airport pickup to my accommodations.
Day 2: Was in the form of a next day guided tour of the majestic Mosi-oa-Tunya/ Victoria Falls. I was quite happy to have someone take the pictures. Trust me, you will want someone to take them! This was my first time traveling to Victoria Falls in June and the amount of water falling was truly amazing! I remember jokingly comparing the Falls to the Niagara Falls in Canada with another tourist who was visiting from New York. In his words, ‘the Victoria Falls are much better because they are all natural’ and we have the pictures to prove it! This was followed by lunch at the LookOut Cafe, the Lookout burger is to die for and the views, oh my!
Day 3: This was a more relaxed day to shake of the jet lag and exploring the city followed by a splendid dinner at Boma and some drinks at 3 Monkeys.
Day 4: The day started pretty early with a drive to the Zim/Botswana Kazungula border and there was plenty of wildlife along the way peeping from the darkness. We arrived at the border at day break, just as the border opened, and were picked ip from the Botswana side by Kidi, beginning our early morning Game drive. They say the earliest bird picks the fattest worm, which is probably why we were quite likely to run into a pride of 16 lions! This was my first close encounter with lions and by the end of the day the count had gone up to 20! No other group had seen that many by end of day. We had more close encounters with elephants, giraffes, impala, kudu, buffalo and hippos! My only regret was not seeing zebras that day (but there’s plenty of zebras at the Hwange National Park). We had buffet lunch in a lovely Lodge along the river and had a cruise after lunch. It was amazing to see the wildlife from the water side and elephants dipping in and playing in the water and a gorgeous sunset to end the day. We were then taken back across the body and slept the rest of the way after a very long, amazing day!
Day 5: The last day in Victoria Falls was topped by a 15 minute helicopter ride over the falls. As much as l loved the Falls from the ground, the view is even much breathtaking and better from the sky. You can even spot the devils pool which is on the Zambian side. The ride ended with a fly over the national park (l think) where we spotted some giraffes and elephants. At that point, l was satisfied with the entire trip with all expectations met.
In summary, this is worth the money and will leave you with stories to tell for a lifetime. If you are not sure, ask DK Tours for recommendations, including the best time to visit.
I hope that’s helpful. All the best!
