Awesome Viva Safaris
We (I and my husband) had a wonderful time on our tour in South Africa because of Viva Safaris. The only thing we can say, Viva safaris is just awesome tour operator for everything, from day 1 until the until the end of our 6 days tour.
Professional
We were a group of four who immensely enjoyed our 3-day safari - at all levels, really.
Communication with Viva Safaris via email, pick-up and transport from airport hotel to Tremisana Lodge + the Kruger Park.
The absolute highlights: the evening drive, the full day in the Kruger and the Blyde River Canyon stop.

A great experience I won't forget.
It was well organized. Easy to jump in. From the first contact with them to Joberg to the reserve.
Every day we have something nice to do and I met interesting people along the way.
Totally worthy. I came back from the trip recharged and with a bag full of nice memories.

All around excellent safari.
I absolutely loved my safari experience. Everyone on staff was so warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make myself and all the other guests comfortable. It felt more like being welcomed into the family than just a guest. Everything was well planned out and the communication was excellent. The trackers and rangers were very knowledgeable and readily shared animal facts and stories. The tours were all incredible. I enjoyed the variety between the private game reserve where we could off road and have close up encounters with animals and Kruger. Kruger is gorgeous and classic safari experience, but the animals typically are further away from the road. The bush walk and the sunrise and sundowner drives through the nature reserve were my favorite activities. The lodge was super comfortable and safe. And I cannot say enough about the food—absolutely delicious! I cannot recommend this safari enough. Would definitely do it all over again!

An Adventurous Journey into the Wild: Wildlife Encounters, Warm Hospitality, and Memorable Moments
I booked a three-day package and was picked up directly from my hotel in Johannesburg. The drive to Kruger was quite long, taking approximately 6 hours or more. Upon arrival at the Tremisana Safari Lodge in the late afternoon, we immediately embarked on our first trip around the lodge in the Greater Kruger area. We were fortunate to spot some elephants and a lion during the excursion.
After the trip, we enjoyed a delightful dinner under a large tree in the bush. The food was beautifully cooked with a lot of care and attention.
The following day, we spent the entire day exploring Kruger National Park (BEST PART OF THE TRIP), with lunch at a restaurant located inside the park.
In the evening, we reached Marks Tree House where our luggage was already waiting for us. The "tents" (which I personally consider more like huts) were acceptable for a night's stay. However, I would have preferred a room with its own toilet and shower. It is possible to upgrade or ensure the right accommodation when making the initial booking.
At Marks Tree House, we were treated to a delicious homemade dinner and gathered around a large fire, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere for the evening.
The next morning, we embarked on a walking safari around the neighborhood. Although there wasn't much activity during this particular walk, it was still enjoyable. In my opinion, the morning walk could have been extended to three hours to enhance the experience.
On our way back to Johannesburg, we visited a viewpoint that offered stunning vistas of rolling hills and a beautiful canyon. The restaurant where we had lunch on both legs of the journey to and from Johannesburg provided a variety of high-quality food options.
All in all, I would recommend booking at least an additional night since the travel time to and from Johannisburg is quite long.
I highly recommend Viva Safari to everyone. The entire trip was well organized, and the staff members were exceptionally nice and helpful. It is evident that this is more than just a job for them.
Thank you, Viva Safari. I hope to visit again in the future.

Viva Safaris was incredible, they made every aspect of our safari experience 10/10.
The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, the lodge was quaint and nice and safe, and the food was SO good! Every single meal we were stuffed to the brim with delicious food. We saw so many different animals and birds, and the guides were wonderful at ensuring we had an interesting experience each time we went out on a drive or bush walk. They were very accommodating to any needs we had, including letting us stop to shop whenever we left the reserve, finding us hats in town that we all wanted to buy, and for anything else we asked of at the lodge. We really felt at home there and had so much fun. Balule is an incredible game reserve, and I am so glad we went with Viva Safaris as this was the trip of a lifetime!

Viva safari is organized, accommodating, and dedicated to delivering a fantastic safari experience!
Viva safari did an amazing job at making my groups safari experience a blast. The guides were amazing (Lucky, Rocky, Raymond, King George to name a few) due to their knowledge, humor, and friendly banter with our group. They also did a great job at making sure we saw a lot of wildlife on our game drives. The company was also very accommodating to any last minute changes we made and the food and kitchen staff was wonderful. Overall it was a very affordable and great safari experience that I would recommend to anyone!
