Best choice in Uganda to go, experience and explore the country.
This was our third time touring Uganda with Adventure Vacation Safaris. Each trip was perfectly organised and eventful. We didn't miss anything and our guide Michael was excellent. For us he is the best guide in Uganda. Next time we will visit Uganda, only with the same company and the same guide Michael.

Best trip of my life!
We had a wonderful week with Robert! We loved the chimpanzee habituation and gorilla experiences. The only drawback we had was time. We wished we had flown instead of drove so we could have had more time in each place. We felt very safe with our guide and enjoyed his company and appreciated his knowledge.

An absolutely memorable experience !
It was an amazing adventure.
The communications before our arriving were excellent and easy.
Our guide, Richard, was the best in the world, always kind, polite, well-informed about the country, the flora and the fauna and very friendly. More, it is a good driver and a person that you can trust, someone that you wish to have as a friend.
We have met many nice people along our trip.
The safari in itself was great. We have seen two leopards, the lion king, the shoebill feeding its young, many gorillas, chimps and golden monkeys.

A perfect choice for our Ugandan Safari
Adventure Vacation Safaris was our choice for a Uganda Safari, and we could not be happier about it. As part of a 3-country, 3-company larger trip, our Uganda Safari was a highlight. The mechanics of the trip worked seamlessly... lodges, routes, the vehicle, etc. But the best part was our driver/guide Godfrey, who was a treasure... he was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Ugandan wildlife, history, culture, economics, etc., and happy to share it. Our conversations about everything from human evolution to astronomical mechanics to Brexit were both enlightening and enhanced our journey. Meanwhile, he was a perfect guide who helped make every experience perfect... from making the last ferry across the river, to showing just where to stand to get a perfect picture of the waterfall, to picking out the perfect size walking stick for trekking with the gorillas -- he made everything work best. On our last sunset in Uganda, as we drank Ugandan wine in the open savannah, we were sorry it had to end!

We had a wonderful 3-week-holiday in the beautiful country Uganda. Everything was perfect organized. Whenever we asked for individual things, it will be arranged just in time. We felt all the time very safe and good informed. Also the Lodges were very nice. Thank you so much for a perfect journey, which we enjoyed so much.

Excellent organisation and an amazing experience
This was our second Safari with Adventure Vacation Safaris (AVS). Our first was two years ago to Murchinson Falls and the experience was so good we did not get quotes from anyone else for tha second trip. This time we spent a week at Kibale (chimp tracking), Queen Elizabeth Park and Lake Mburo. The week was very well organised and money transfers between the UK and Uganda went. Without a hitch. The whole Safari was amazing the highlights being the Chimp trekking at Kibale and the lions at Queen Elizabeth. We were briefed at Kibale not to approach neare than 8 metres to the chimps. No one appears to have told the. Chimps because when they descended to the ground onw walked right through the middle of out group of seven people!
Our guide Innocent was very knowledgable about the animals and especially about the varied and abundant bird life. He was also very knowledgable about Uganda and the way of life of the people in the many villages and towns we passed through.
So Thank you to all the staff at AVS for a wonderful week we will ever forget.

Adventure Safaris and especially our guide Robert created a terrific experience in Uganda for us
Our guide Robert was really the highlight of our tour through Uganda. He took perfectly care of us, always friendly and with great patience. All our accomodations were inspected by him first and if something was not perfect he took care immediately. On the afternoon Safaris he always found the perfect place for our Sundowner. We recommended Robert to friends of us visiting Uganda in November.
What was not so good: our permit for the Gorillas requested a 2 hour drive from our lodge early in the morning, means we had to leave at 6h and wihtout breakfast. Nobody told us before - in this case we would have choosen another lodge or choosen another timing for our travel. But again Robert made the best out of it - he made tee for us an organized breakfast boxes.

Great tour with a great tour guide
