An experience of a lifetime!
My friend and I travelled a 5 days 4 nights circuit through lake manyara, ngorogoro, serengeti and tarangirr using mercury travels, and we were very satisfied with the experience. Our guide, Stewart, was a total pro at his job, and was almost always among the first to get to the spots where lions, cheetas and leopards recided. In addition, not once did we break a wheel on the whole trip. One truly appreciates this feat, after having driven past several vehicles that had to stop in the middle of the savannah to change wheels or wait for assistance. His driving was really top notch, and I must say that this turned out to be one of the top priorities in hindsight. In addition to this, he could answer almost all questions we had about the animals, and otherwise had a good set of books to fill in the blanks. The sleeping facilities were fine for the budget, with nice sleeping mattresses and warm sleeping bags. Also, the owner of mercury went the extra mile to get us to our hotel a bit outside of Arusha, and we appreciated the service. I would definately recommend Mercury tours for anyone wanting to go on a safe, professional safari!

Mercury Zanzibar was a reliable tour operator, even thow there were some changes in the program.
We were picked up on time as prearranged in Dar es Salam. We felt always secure due to our very experienced driver, who was a knowledgeable safari guide. His english was quite basic, but over all sufficient. Accommodations were simple, but clean and for the price absolutely o.k. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain in January, what didn't allow us to drive the intended route due to a flooded road. We had to face a very long drive back to Dar es Salam and the next day to Mikumi. But everything was organized and we were housed in a good hotel. The really ennoying thing was, that for the last day our guide did not know that we were supposed to go to Udzungwa. So I recommend to check the program the first day of the trip with the guide. After some discussions and bargaining we found a good deal with Ndamungu from Mercury Zanzibar Travel for a compensation. All over it was a good experience with great game drives and due to the long drives we we saw a lot of the country.

An amazing experience
The guide was really nice and helpful, interested in what we wanted to see. Hakuna Natasa was their motto and they tried to make us feel this way.The food was really good too.
