Twaha and Donna took excellent care of us, from the beginning till the end.

The total tour completely met my expectations. A great plus was the visit to the mango farm. I can really recommend Wild Jungle Tours.

Thanks to the professional guidance of Twaha and Donna our group had a wonderful safari trip.
5/5

We were picked up spot on time. Twaha did a very clear briefing at the beginning of our trip. He provided us with fresh water during the whole trip. Visit to rhino sanctuary was a surplus to our trip to Murchison. Timing was very good. Communication top with a good sense of humour. Donna is an experienced driver with a very sharp eye to spot wildlife. Sometimes even better than our ranger! Service very good. We got what we expected! Even a change in program (on our demand) was no problem. Our guides were flexible! I can advise this company to any other tourist who is looking for a unique holiday.

Rwanda and Uganda in best hands!
5/5

Wild Jungle Trials offered to us a customised tour and safari in Rwanda and Uganda. Pick-up in Kigali and drop off in Entebbe was no problem at all, the one-way option saved us much time on the road. Communication with Teresa at the office and Twaha himself was a pleasure, the proposed route was adjusted to our wishes concerning activities, hotels and price range.

Route details 10 days: Kigali, Lake Kivu with kayaking, Volcanoes NP with Golden monkey treking, Kisoro, Bwindi NP with Gorilla treking, Lake Bunyonyi, game drives to tree-climbing lions at Ishasha section (Queen Elizabeth NP), Queen Elizabeth NP with game drives and boat safari, chimpanse treking in Kyambura gorge, game drives and boat trip at Lake Mburo NP, Uganda equator, Kampala. Awesome activities throughout the safari!

Very good accommodations, nice food, comfortable, spacious tour van, reasonable prizes and the best tour guide in whole Uganda! Thank you again, Twaha!

Returning Customers :)

We booked Wild Jungle Trail Safaris, especially Mr. Lukwago Twaha, for our safari in Rwanda and Uganda for the second time now, because Twaha is just our man! And again, we did not regret it.

Planning of the trip is easily done via email. Since we already knew the spots, we asked for a specific list of highlights we wanted to cover. The itinerary is well prepared and the lodges/hotels were just as we wanted them. You can choose your level of accommodation. Everything from low budget to high class is possible. Meals were always decent and excellent.

On very short notice, we asked to go Gorilla Trekking the other day, although we have not planned it - and they made it possible for us without charging any extra fee for the change of plans (except the trekking fee of course).

Overall we had just 11 perfect days

Thank you very much and see you next time, Twaha!

5 days Gorilla and Chimpanzee Safari-Tour
5/5

For my second time I made a Safari in Uganda, the second time with Twaha and Wild Jungle Trails. And for sure I would even chose them next time!
Everything is well planed before and all your wishes are implemented.
We did Chimpanzee-Tracking in Kibale and Gorilla-Tracking in Bwindi. Inbetween we enjoyed Kraterlakes, a lot of monkeys, wonderful Lokal food and Lake Bunyonyi.
With a good guide like Twaha you get to know the wildlife, the culture and the country easily. He is a friendly, openminded, funny person with a big knowledge and lots of experiences.
Weebale nyo Twaha for making our Safari to a wonderful and unforgettable trip!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE! Wow, above and beyond impressed with Wild Jungle Trails Safaris!
5/5

This was my second Ugandan safari. It had been several years since I had been so was unsure about how the process was going to work. However, Twaha and his team at Wild Jungle Trails made the process seamless. Not to mention the actual safari was a dream and such a unique experience. We did not have to worry about anything from start to finish. Everything was communicated in a timely manner and clearly. I would recommend above and beyond this company. You will not be disappointed and in fact, I think you will be shocked at how wonderful your experience will be!

An incredible tour with with a company second to none.
5/5

From beginning to end we had the holiday of a life time. Our guide, Fred, always put us first. He was knowledgeable, caring, always punctual and did his upmost to ensure our safety and happiness at all times.
When booking the holiday we were asked to send a deposit to a Ugandan bank account. We had reservations but decided to trust Twaha, the company owner, after calling him on WhatsApp, and searching the company reviews. We found them to be 100% trustworthy.
Our holiday entailed a custom made trip to include a visit to gorillas in both Rwanda and Uganda. Fred arranged for us to have the best guides for these visits ensuring maximum success, entertainment and education. As expensive as the permit was for gorillas in Rwanda we can honestly say it was worth every single penny and was the highlight of the trip.
As an ex ranger Fred seemed to know the best places to find all types of animals. We saw the big 5 in 2 days plus many birds and animals other guides didn't seem to find.
I'ts unusual for us to return to the same country twice but we are already planning our next visit to Uganda with Fred and Twaha.

What a wonderful experience provided by Wild Jungle Trails! Highly recommended.
5/5

I came to know Wild Jungle Trails through trusted personal references and was overwhelmed by their services and staff during my 10-day vacation in Uganda. Our guide (and owner), Lukwago Twaha, is a very special person. ❤️

Here is what was provided:
>Customized itinerary
>Attentive and accommodating treatment
>Super positive attitude throughout
>Trustworthy and safety-conscious events and activities
>Knowledge and solid relationships with locales everywhere we went
>Ease in booking, scheduling, and execution
>Excellent food venues

Here are some of the activities on our itinerary:
>3-night stay at The Haven (my favorite place — quaint and absolutely beautiful— ‘that day’-fresh fish served every day)
>Boat ride to the source of the Nile (which I learned was a complicated assertion to many)
>Trek through Rhino Sanctuary (got a t-shirt of Obama the Rhino — who escaped the sanctuary boundaries the day before our visit-lol)
>Hike thru Jungle to see chimps (we stood in awe watching a family of chimps interact—to include a little baby chimp who seemed to be personally entertaining us)
>Visit to local village to visit 7-yr old Mission-sponsored girl (Grace, the beautiful)
>Personal visit to home of city-dwelling dairy farmer (answering question, how do Ugandan’s live behind that gate?)
>White-water rafting on the Nile (Fun!! And safe due to excellent river guides)
>Two addt’l ferry/boat rides on the Nile (different times of day provide different types of bird and mammal sightings— who knew?!)
>And finally— 2 Safari outings (elephants, giraffes, antelope(s), birds galore, huge dung beetle(yes, odd to mention but so cool), signs of leopards and large cats ...)

Uganda is awesome!! Thank you Wild Jungle Safaris and Twaha.
