A team motivated by professionalism, morals, attention to detail and completely creative. This singular experience was prove that african hospitality is haven and genuinely so. The safari was amazing, the camping by the wild, tough scary but also so adventurous. Totaly loved the service from the ever available guides and customer care staff. Looking forward to the next opportunity to do this once again. Cant wait!

I was particularly impressed from the onset if making the booking and the kind and coutious respond from their reservation team and great customer service from their road crew the guide and almost thought their second name is service with a smile.

instant communications between the management and you even on the trip Francis would call every day to check up on how the tour is going,the tour you confirm is the one you get,taking a private tour has a 100% advantage over a group tour,the Lodges all a unique experience on their own and you Cannot be disappointed,this company will be my future safari choice and will recommend them to anyone who i come across interested on a safari,it was our Honeymoon and Francis provided a few surprises along the way

Amazing!
This company is great! They customized our trip to be exactly what we wanted and were incredibly responsive to email. Once we arrived, every detail of our trip was handled flawlessly. The accommodations were excellent, particularly Sarova Salt Lick in Tsavo--a must see place. This was truly a magical trip, and I have been recommending this company to all of my friends!

From the time of booking, to the day of the safari and after the safari, this company went above and beyond to deliver a really good experience. Francis, was quick to respond to questions and requests. He was reliable and his prices were reasonable. We had an elderly and disabled individual in our party and our driver did everything possible to make him comfortable and enjoyable for him. We lost something in the hotel and after the safari, Francis was able to track it down for us. This is type of service is rare in Kenya.
We will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
